“Ordered payed not recieved Dpd driver says that niether me nor my noeghbour are in ?? Yet cameras dont see a driver 2 days on trot? Wont use this company again wholst they use dpd compleate joke Contact services also a joke . Order with caution protect your payment as whilst dpd involved it likely you wont see your order As the next excuse its lost ?”

“I've made a purchase online with them, using secure data like I do in every online site and got an email from Terraces Menswear asking for codes of my card that no one ever requested and saying they couldn't send the cargo without those confirmation codes. Even called my bank, they tell me those codes don't exist. Guess what, 3 days later the money left my account and the clothes never came. Tried get explanation by email..worst client service EVER!! Don't even give me an explanation. Filling a process now. Terraces Menswear, the worst experiance.”

“I used to shop at terraces regularly however i went early dec 2020 to do some xmas shopping, i had a gift voucher that was given to me for xmas dec 2019. As someone with an underlying health condition i asked if the gift voucher was still valid with covid and explained my self isolation, the response i had was that it had recently become invalid and that covid wasn’t around last xmas! In all fairness with great reluctance it was accepted however i will definitely not be shopping there again!”

“Well I buy most things online and I had high hopes for this order. I ordered several items for my sons birthday. On arrival one of the tshirts is damaged. I emailed straight away with a photo. I now have to print off the returns label, package it up, drive 6 miles to my nearest post office and then they will give me a refund. When I asked about anything as a good Will gesture they said No. When I asked to speak with the owner, they said they don’t do that. The least they could do is sent an alternative tshirt without damage and offer my postage to be returned. Needless to say with this terrible customer service I won’t be buying again! And my son missed out on a tshirt for his birthday today!”
