“TK Max at Browns Plains Qld is my favourite of all shops the stock is always different every time I visit the prices are amazing so are the quality of goods I also love their seasonal displays eg Halloween and Christmas are my favourites also the staff are so friendly and smiling I would recommend this store to anyone”

“Today I was impressed by three ladies who have assisted me with my sale day. 1. The one who was working at the jewelry point. She refers me to the second lady as she was dealing with the jewellery section. She ensured I was assisted straight away with no delay. The second one did not catch her name, she originates from Bangladesh. She ensured that got the best products explaining the importance of the products as per needs in a holistic manner. 3. Tiscica who serves me at the till. Who helps me my earring. All three of them have went extra mile To support me with my products by providing high quality service and standard.”

“Alison and Sarah at the Scunthorpe store were extremely helpful when a gift card I had purchased for a friend at Xmas had been lost. Sarah informed me that customer service would be able to help and gave me the telephone number- luckily I was able to find my receipt with proof of purchase, they were able to freeze the card and Alison was able to issue me with a new gift card. Thank you so much!”

“Thank you to Liz at TKMax, Menai Bridge Retail Park. I went to TKMax in Menai Retail Park, Bangor, North Wales to have a look at the sales & obviously it was pretty chaotic with customers discarding clothes & objects everywhere, which meant some items got separated. I was trying to find an assistant & Liz came to my rescue; she is a fabulous advert for TKMax customer service as she helped me look for a missing earring with a smile on her face & a lovely attitude. Later on I found a coat minus it's belt & after approaching several members of staff who shrugged their shoulders & walked away, Liz came round the corner & she offered to look behind the counter & in the changing room in case a customer had discarded it there. She also suggested my cousin use the online TKMax to find a jacket that the store didn't have in her size & we found one & purchased it online there & then. I don't think my cousin would have thought of this without Liz's help. She really made our day & I would like to say a huge thank you to a smashing assistant. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻”

“Amazing customer service, in general I like TK Maxx, but just before Xmas they made me very happy, with Roberto Cavalier trainers, Tommy Hilfiger leather loafer, Kenneth Cole jacket, all in all great quality, and Killburn ( London) branch deserves a well done from me as they are always there to help you, thank you again for your great effort!”

“Unbelievable customer service. Bought large mirror in Drogheda store, which did not fit in my car, one of the TK Maxx employees Gareth saw it would not fit and offered to deliver with his Jeep the following day, Sunday morning, which he did. He would not take any money or even a bottle of wine as thanks. Amazing service!”
