“ Really bad customer service in both branches of Coventry. The one at central six couldnt do an exchange or credit for a faulty item without receipt. The manager made a big fuss out of it. Would never shop in this place again and will let so many people not to support theis company.😡 ”

“ Usually a nice experience shopping in TK Maxx, spoilt today by one staff member who I assume is long overdue for her customer service training. I had money to spend but didn't bother. Staff need to be mindful that the customer is important to the longevity of the high street shops. To be fair the other staff member was lovely. It makes a difference!! ”

“ Don't use their online service, an error on their website meant a package I ordered went to the wrong address and they were 100% unhelpful. Just wasted my time and I lost £60 because of them. Plus it took over 7 days to deliver to that address anyway. Never had worse service in my life. ”
