“I like to shop in Belfast TK Maxx, lots of different products, time to browse-I spend hours hunting for bargains. to top it off the service is always good. Thanks to Paula again, she is always helpful and I like to get her when I go to the till point. she is friendly and always remembers my name. Well done PAULA, excellent customer service.”

“The most exiting shopping dealer is Lewisham TKMAX Department Store.Standing tall and arrogant in the middle of the shopping centre and selling amazing gifts for every customers budget that they mostly need.... The TKMAX store created magical with fabulous ,great value gifts.From getting Secret Santa for love ones and little ones. The Festive Season created beautiful atmosphere to get items who can bring rituals at home ,for family,best friends and who are very close to celebrate Season's Greatings with stylish range of homeware facourites . Thank You all who gave a sharming stylish feeling from your Hallowe'en collection. to celebrate New Years resolutions in a luxury home comfort with something for everybody on your list now & always. I wish you a very Happy Christmas and Joyful Koving New Year 2025!!! Kind Regards”

“This department store(tkmaxx dfo cairns)ir really good and nice...all items that you need is there and some are famous branded too..the shop is well lighted not dark,and the section of the items us really visible..the passage is wide..very nice ambience!!! But this staff get my attention,his name is ALEXANDER(name in the docket)..He really help the customer nicely... It's the most bussies month of the year (Christmas)the QUEUE in the counter is blockbuster movie WOW-O-WOW!!! Two girls in the counter looks stress and not smiling,no eye contact,they just stand there doing there job... For me as a supervisor in customer service for 12 years...that's is absolutely not good...The only person go beyond my expectations is ALEXANDER,he smile,eye contact,he's body language is very happy to serve even lunch time already,his voice calling "next please" not shouting/angry voice... I wish tkmaxx employ like him.. TWO THUMBS UP for tkmaxx for employing him... Good luck and have a nice Christmas cheers LMA”

“Fantastic professional, friendly service from Team Leader Joel and his colleague Callum- they helped me choose a sofa- even got one out of its box ( it had only just been delivered) they also assisted with arranging the delivery which was really hassle free- two great assets to the company, a real pleasure to deal with them and made for a streamlined purchase, lots of helpful information given about the care and protection of the fabric. Thank you again Joel and Callum.”

“I’ve just visited TK Max in Cwmbran and have to give a shout out to Sharon on the changing rooms. She was really kind and helpful and went the extra mile to help me with a sticky situation. If all retail staff were like her the world would be a better place. Thank you Sharon.”

“My mum went into the above bar branch in Southampton on Wednesday 10th April. She noticed the lift was not working and she is unstable going down on escalators. A very kind lady on the jewellery section came to her rescue and she called for the manager who was also a lady. They very kindly got the men fixing the lift to turn it of so she could go downstairs then when she got out they turned it back on. I just want to say they both went above and beyond customer service and they are a credit to your company. Thank you very much from a relieved daughter,”

“This is my favourite and only shop now. They have original and absolutely unique clothes and much more other stuff. I'm usually shopping at stationary shop and recently I bought gorgeous coats made in Canada online. I've ordered both on Friday evening and they did arrive next day at 10am. They provide absolutely the best service ever. THANK YOU TKmaxx. You made my day again 🤗”
