Worst ever experience..! I purchase an item on Date: 16 Apr 2020 Order Number: 46770761 By the 20th of April I received a text and email from Hermes that they have “successfully delivered” my parcel to my address (address was correct by the way..!”!”). However the item was never delivered to my address whatsoever. These are the dates of my chats and emails with T.M.Lewin: • 20th April • 23rd April • 25th April • 30th April • 01st May • 03rd May • 05th May Plus several calls to their support team On the 30th of April they offered me to send the item again plus a complementary shirt OR a full refund. knowing how terrible an unreliable Hermes delivery service is. I decided to have a full refund. They told me the refund will take 4 to 5 working days (this was 30th April when I talked to Connor from support service). It has passed 46 full days and I still awaiting my money. I have contacted them on their chat and even two members of the staff have left the chat when I start explaining my situation (they don’t care. Once they get your money they don’t care if you got your item or money back).. Simple .! I have read some of the other reviews below and as mentioned by other customers like (Karl itos, Jag Narayan, Frederik, JT, Attitla Sereny)…….. .......There is not a better and clearer example of setting a massive wall of incompetence than T.M.Lewin. If there is one good thing about T.M.Lewin online experience….”please let me know because I didn’t found it…………”. The whole experience has been utterly deflating and depressing in it dire awfulness and remarkably disgraceful. The customer team only do is apologising and saying (your money will be in 4 to 5 working days) even when I explained that I have been waiting for more than 20 days for the money. Nevertheless they keep repeating the same. Quiet bizarre ..!” Unsurprisingly during the time ( 20 April and 1 June ) I have been struggling with T.M.Lewin . I have purchased from other companies and experienced flawless and remarkable customer service receiving items on time from (TedBaker, Charles Tyrwhitt, and Emma mattress, to mention a few). However T.M.Lewin keeps blaming their incompetence to the “lockdown” HOW PATHETIC..!"!”!”. Complete absence of planning, training, and business resilience and continuity. Absolute mismanagement and disorganization from TOP MANAGEMENT I would advice to anyone considering engaging with T.M.Lewin online to think twice.!” Read the other reviews because so many people cannot all be wrong. T.M.Lewin is the most hideously awful online service I’ve had the misfortune to come across; opportunistic corporate bandwagon jumping with almost no understanding of what actually makes good, effective and efficient customer service and satisfaction. or even passable..!” T.M.Lewin may be full of emails offering reduction and cheap deals but they are inexcusably bad to say the least. Don’t buy there....... As I said before, You will have better experience and pay almost the same with the offers from Ted Baker and Charles Tyrwhitt plus the quality is beyond good..!” far better that T.M Dismal, service that will inevitable make them disappear like a bad dream. Verdict: What to order: Nothing. What to avoid: Everything.

Very disappointed with the customer services!!! I have been chasing for my 80£ refund for a month now!! They tell me the same thing over and over. To be such a big and well known and high end company, the service offered after purchasing is very poor!!! Very disappointed after buying so many shirts from them!!!

Ordered a tie for my soon to be son in law on 20th November. He wanted a tie to match the dress I had chosen for the wedding this Christmas. It was a £49.50 tie that had been reduced to £19.49 which was brilliant. But 2 days later I have no confirmation email even though I put through all my payment details and can see the order on my computer history. So no tie no email and nothing from TM Lewin to say they could not honour my order. Really annoying.

Busy Saturday early morning at Westfield Stratford. Not being in a mood for shopping however great smiley attitude and excellent knowledge-product specifications and suggestions made me stay and purchase an item which got my attention while passing by TM Lewin store. I must admit that I haven’t experienced for long a good, right product knowledge which adds to the product more value. Great job! Thank you Amani!

Even one star is too much ! A complete farce so far and problem still not resolved . We purchased 2 chinos and what should be a simple exchange for another size is still an ongoing wait for the second correct size to arrive , 2 months later ! The Meadowhall store in Sheffield has failed to sort the problem , never get back to us and now even the customer service team has failed to handle the complaint .... never ever again

This afternoon i went to the Tm Lewin store at Springfields shopping centre and was served by a smashing chap called Daniel .He was polite so helpful really knew how to treat the customer it was a really pleasurable shopping experience for me as the shop is well stocked up ,some great deals on offer clean changing rooms and Daniel being so helpful .I llok forward to going back there soon to make some purchases.

Visited St Albans store today and was referred to as ‘that woman’ is next to be served. Operative was a young boy and obviously had no customer service skills. Never shop there again.

What a fabulous experience today at TM lewin Bluewater. A young guy called Eddie have make both mine and my sons days so much easier. I was dithering about trying to match pocket square to a jacket when he came to my rescue. Helped sort pocket square tie and socks too. Even let me video him folding the pocket square. It’s been a breath of fresh air to encounter shall a wonderful member of staff. Thank you to both Eddie & TM lewin Bluewater.

I think even 1 star is too much. Ordered a shirt for click and collect and waited for more than two weeks, when I emailed to find out where it was they couldn’t locate it and said straight away full refund will be sent (great I get my money) but didn’t offer to resend out just wanted to give my money back, and if I wanted the shirt would have to reorder it over the phone even though the money wasn’t refunded yet.

I ordered 2 ties and they failed to arrive. Chased it up and was told would be dispatched to me. My order finally arrived and on opening it there were no ties just a shirt with the address of a customer in Australia!!!!! I phoned and was told one of my ties could be sent but the other was now out of stock. If been sent when the order was first placed would have had 2 ties but by now only one was available. Was told a £20 “gesture of goodwill” voucher to spend on anything had been emailed so thought would use it to purchase another tie. Just to add to rubbish experience with T M Lewin the voucher code failed to work! So 2 weeks down the line still no ties!!!

In March 2017 I purchased 2 T.M. Lewin suits from Myer (NSW Australia). I really liked the suits and then purchased numerous shirts, ties, pocket squares, collar bones and then another suit. Well here we are September I noticed one suit was "delaminating" - where the interface detaches from the fabric and caused a ripple effect on the front of the suit coat. October - Go to Myer - not interested - TM Lewin Sydney store - not interested - TM Lewin HO in the UK - not interested. I have been wearing suits for 35 years an never had a suit only last 18 months. TM Lewin - you've lost a loyal customer who spent thousands in a very short period of time - never again.

Would not recommend this company, not willing to accept returns if you try the shirt on upon arrival. Almost 2 months to receive shirt back with letter stating “unable to accept return”. Poor poor customer service! Find a more trustworthy company to order shirts online from!

They did not send any notification of my online order so after a week I emailed and got a response that the order had been lost at their delivery depot! Got refunded but was not happy with how it was dealt with. Have ordered many times before and this is the second time this has happened.

In late December 2017 I placed two orders with this company, both on the same day. One order arrived on Jan. 13, 2018 and the following order -- placed on the same day, reputedly shipped on the same day -- has never arrived. I have corresponded with this company minimally three times and the response has always been the same: "wait." It's Jan. 24,2018 and I'm still waiting. What's worst is that the company doesn't track its package due to a low weight. It only "tracks" whether a package is shipped or not. Once shipped, it has no idea where the hell it is in the "process." I wouldn't call that a good business practice, but who cares, clearly the customer service department doesn't.
