“We have used Trailfinders for a number of years in arranging a variety of tailormade overseas holidays. Their professionalism and customer service are, in our opinion, second to none.
Only twice have we encountered difficulties quickly resolved by Trailfinders in a highly satisfactory manner.
The latest resolved problem was that we had booked an expensive airfare to New Zealand for December 2020. Cathay Pacific seemed reluctant to refund our airfare of over £7k.
Trailfinders stepped in and, out of their own resources, repaid us in full.
We do not normally engage in this type of review but we wished to express our gratitde to Trailfinders and hope to use them for many more years.”

“Would like to thank Nick and his team in Edinburgh for dealing with our holiday to Singapore, Cambodia and Vietnam after Vietnam closed its borders while we were in Singapore. After a few emails we had a flawless trip to Cambodia with some extra days added on and after a change of departure airport from Hanoi to Phnom Penh we arrived back safely 12 days early. “I have dealt with trailfinders a number of times now. it started with an expensive, once in a lifetime holiday. I kind of new they had a reputation for not being the cheapest but I don`t agree with this. I found on that first trip, and on every other occasion since that they can also save you money. I have received invaluable advice and ways to keep the costs down. Yes, they can help you if you have a large budget, the hotels are all top quality and in great locations. but also for people like me, whose budget isn`t so big, I have had excellent accommodation. It is probably an ideal job for someone like me that likes to travel because all the staff seem to have been everywhere. I am booked to go away again and the guy that I talked to went last year. I`ve got advice on places for breakfast and everything.

“No reserved seats on our £5500 special holiday!?
We booked a celebration holiday in St Lucia in Feb 2017 with TrailFinders who failed to reserve our premium economy seats on Virgin Atlantic both out and back. Consequently we had no confirmed flight bookings until 48 hours before on way out and 2 hours before on return flight. This caused us both high stress and unnecessary time spent trying to resolve especially in St Lucia for return flight. Lots of apologies and a token compensation voucher off next holiday!! ...which we will NOT now be taking with Trailfinders??”
