It's good for buying until you get an issue and the agents don't respond for hours ...I have chat with a couple of them and everytime they are like " give me a minute to read your message," then they dissappear for hours ...so not the best when you need support

I'm having the worst experience of my life. I thought it was a serious platform and no one would solve my problem.

I don’t those who work or run this company how can you fall asleep every night, This is more than a depressing and manipulative company who exploited the users to the maximum but shamefully try to escape all the responsibilities, yes that’s their first and only agenda, if I choose to let them go is because our life deserves other good courses more than thousands pounds and endless battle and fighting with this unconscionable company. As we all know selling on Vinted they provide the label in the majority of the occasions, charge the minimum fee, they take care of the whole process, if the items not getting any updates during the transit buyers will got refund in the timeframe, sellers would got equal amount of compensation, they protect both parties equally and carefully, selling on Depop you can choose the courier by yourself or shipping with Depop, if I find the shipper by myself I’m in contact with the courier all the time easy communication or choosing insurance etc. But on this VC, they are just manipulating, using the label they create, I have no choice but to go with it, but when the courier lost it hundreds of pounds item, they are burying their head in the sand, they said I should contact the shipper by myself they’re not responsible for this, but I’m selling on YOUR PLATFORM, I don’t have any protection any reassurance, PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY OF SALE or RETURN MY ITEM OF sale # 30044485, # 31053891 # 29865171 # 36565019 #36565286 #35702994 #35679116 #34870352 #36068651 #36068400#36671143

Horrible experience. In September, I ordered a brown crocodile Saint Laurent handbag and instead received a black Love Moschino handbag in a Saint Laurent box and dust bag. Initially the company appeared helpful but insisted that we file a claim with the shipper (fedex) despite me repeatedly saying this was not their fault because I received a perfectly intact and unopened shipping box. The box simply contained the wrong items. That led nowhere. I continued to try to have a dialogue with customer service team because I paid an authentication fee on the site and still received the wrong items. But they have done nothing. It’s nearly 2 months later and I have not received the correct bag nor have I received a refund of my $1300. And this morning I received this: “Please be informed that the team has confirmed that the right has been shipped to you so they did not make wrong action on this.” Really? Then how come I have a Love Moschino bag and not a Saint Laurent bag. Buyers beware.

I was scammed on this website by one of their buyers. Vestiaire did not help to investigate nor to make contact with the buyer. I have reported to actionfraud, interpol action, fbi, and various other authorities. Please be careful using this site especially on chat, email and bids.

Worst app ever. Don’t sell anything there, they are a complete scam. I put my shoes up for sale for 30€ and after someone purchased it I was only supposed to earn 5€. They said it is because of some seller fees that I was never made aware of before selling anything - but seriously - 25€ in FEEES? plus they NEVER PAID ME the 5€ anyways, so I sold a product and NEVER received the money. Plus when you contact customer service and ask for the proof of payment they are useless and never know anything. Use Vinted instead, works much better.

I am amazed how this company is still in business. their verification team is totally clueless and regularly lets fakes through or rejects genuine items, however apparently they they have a certain quota they need to reject, so basically they will find any excuse, your new with tags item has to be sent in a box (we can't beam the item to the pretend quality control) so a crease in the skirt that will hang out and is simply due to the item having been folded is a flaw.... A designer using raw edges, that are visible in the pictures, mentioned in the description, the "experts" regard as a flaw.... Their verification is the biggest scam possible, they seem to employ the most inept people, they are about as trained as their "customer support" and possibly work for peanuts. It's hilarious how Vestiaire styles themselves as fighting fast fashion, all they are doing is taking money from buyers and sellers while offering virtually no support, have the worst trained staff, but they put their hands eagerly into your pocket. In case you read an article praising them, have a look at their investors, you soon will realise that the article is not an article, it's advertisement. Now wait on clue to the copy and paste reply, and do try to talk with somebody at Vestiaire, the bots have no idea, can't do anything, it's pretend customer service, like their "verification experts" are total jokes

I don’t understand why this company has so many bad reviews. I had only good things to say about them. I have found so many good deals in such a beautiful products. The only thing I may complain is how long it take to ship to the USA (around 2 weeks), but that’s it.

Warning to all future VC clients. I bought a shirt from VC that was described as "very good condition". The shirt arrived with a stain in front of it (10cmx10cm). it is a oil stain, so cant be cleaned. I reached out to VC and send them a picture of the stain, but they firmly claimed that there is none. After sending the shirt back, they had the guts to confirm that there is no stain. They re-listed the shirt, including my picture of the stain, which is absolutely ridiculous. if there is no stain, why add the picture of the stain? i absolutely don't understand how such an obvious stain can be ignored.

They block me to speak with the sellers for no reason as I didn’t do anything wrong . They don’t respond my texts and e mail . I wouldn’t buy anything too pricey as if there is a problem they would not respond to it . Too risky

I've had buyers purchase an item only to be canceled and refunded without my knowledge. I know because the buyers contacted me. I've had sales canceled because the postal service did not scan the shipping label and the buyer was refunded AFTER they had already received their purchase. I've had badges taken away because of this, as well. As a result, my items were not shown as to what I deserved. The customer service agents have simply ignored my chat messages on multiple occasions and the hoops I had to jump through for the professional seller department to verify me. I sent in three applications. The first two were ignored. I've had gifts I included with a package go to Vestiare to be authenticated only to be taken out and not given to the buyer. I've had item found non compliant for reasons I can not understand. One said the leather was not the same color as the pictures in my listing. I make every attempt to make every picture look just like the bag. In one instance, the picture they took was in terrible lighting and looked like a totally different bag. One item that was found non complaint had a chalky substance in the bag that I am certain was not sent or packaged that way. When I got the item back, I dusted it off. It wasn't a stain as they had accused. Before I was a professional seller, they allowed a bag to be returned because the buyer states that the front clasp was broken. They took the buyers side. When I received the bag back, I discovered the item was just fine and clasp was working exactly as it should. The buyer lied, then messaged me saying I needed to redo the listing and take it down from the site. Said I needed to pay back Vestiaire... The last straw was when a buyer bought an item where I had added a generic strap to a Gucci bag. I clearly disclosed this in the listing. The Gucci bag was authentic, I just added a non branded strap. This listing was accepted and posted online through their curation team. The buyer returned the bag to them and said it not a Gucci strap. She should know this, again it was disclosed in the listing. They again sided with the buyer and now refuse to send me my bag back unless I pay them for shipping. If they don’t hear from me in six months they will destroy the bag. It states a seller is allowed to add on items so long as it is disclosed in the listing. I’ve tried to talk to customer service and all they say is to send proof of authenticity. How can i send proof of authenticity? I stated in the listing it was a non branded strap. They have taken all of my seller badges and my items are no longer being seen. On top of that they punish the seller by taking more commission out for themselves. Does this seem right? Basically the company benefits and makes more commission off of your listings if THEY find them non compliant. This shouldn’t be. That’s motivation to unfairly find things wrong to their benefit. I’ve had it with this company. It’s disgusting how they treat their sellers.
