I find it ludicrous that my order for incontinence pads was cancelled by Walmart for "shipping issues" but I was able to buy them on eBay for the same price.

Atrocious disappointing shopping experience. I have been a customer at Walmart for years, and bought thousands of dollars worth of items. For one order, Walmart didn't send me half of the items I paid for. When I reported this issue, Walmart decided to block my account instead! How is this fair? Walmart listed items on sale, Walmart did not provide me all the items I paid for, and Walmart chooses to block me from purchasing? They gave me a "returns policy violation" - did I steal something, was I a criminal, or was Walmart the one in the wrong? Horrible experience - do not recommend! Wish I knew earlier how stupid this company is.

I have placed one order, received 11 emails about it ! Had to call them twice, with rude agents ! Turns out they charged me for items the could not deliver ! And can not explain why the items are not available ! They did promise to reimburse me ! Very nice

This is happened the second time since I’ve been to my local Walmart they put a price at the bottom and when you go to the register with the item it rings up 20 $30 more and then when I call representative it takes forever to finally they tell you they can’t leave the registers they don’t help you at all I really feel like they are policing deceptive prices at the bottom so when you pick up the item you bring it to the register and it rings differently you don’t wanna hassle with it or they can’t get anyone to help you

They barely answer the phone, and when they do they give the wrong information. Shelves aren't in stock. The mistakes made on my transaction requires supervisor approval but they can't get anyone on the phone either. Another customer was told "It's just easier if you go somewhere else". I can't blame them, at least they were being honest.

The King Arthur 5# flour bag was split open from top to bottom and compromised. Walmart refused to exchange it… instead offered a refund only and to purchase at a higher cost, excluding my PayPal $1.00 off coupon discount! It wasn’t my fault their delivery boy ripped the flour bag… one more reason NOT to patronize them!

I ordered a fitbit watch paid for via paypal. Walmart charged me over $128 but I have yet to see the watch and it's been almost a month. When I called customer service, they could not find my order (???) using my name phone VISA number or email. I never received confirmation of the order but I was still charged. They said they could not help me and that I would have to go through a dispute process with paypal (obviously not paypals fault!) Terrible customer service.

Very disappointed in the quality of the crib and walmart’s customer service. I bought this crib and it was supposed to be all white and you can see the yellow primer in multiple areas. If you read the reviews to many cribs sold by walmart you will see that this is very common. I called and complained and was told that I could return the crib and then purchase a new one. I did not want to do this because it is a huge hassle and it seems likely that I would order a new crib and just get another one that is painted poorly and be in the same position. I asked to be reimbursed for the paint that I would have to buy to repaint the poor quality one I received. I was asked to take pictures of the crib and send it into walmart customer service. I was then told to resend the pictures pointing out the very obvious yellow colour in multiple areas of the crib. I did this and then received a call apologizing for having me send in the pictures because that there was nothing that they could do for me. Walmart does not care that the products they sell are of poor quality and will just waste your time. NEVER BUY A CRIB FROM WALMART!

I was at Walmart on rt 73 in mtlaurel and in the deli is a lady named Rose that hand makes the chicken Barbacue,chicken Cesar and south west chicken wraps .there awesome there fresh and made by one of the best employees there.ROSE.shes a real asset to there business GREAT JOB!! store # 5944

I know that we have all been conditioned to lousy customer service even to the point of expecting it, but, this went beyond that. My 89 year old mother was in Walmart in Canton, ms yest., survey ID#7rfbd012430m. She was in line to check out and was told her line was card only, she was paying with card and nothing mentioned about not getting cash back from card. She requested cash back from her card and the card process went thru. That's when things just got really STUPID. She was told that they could not give her cash bk. She said ok, well just credit my card bk for the cash requested and that's fine. She was told we CANT'T do that. She then said for to just credit the whole transaction bk to her card and was told CAN'T do that either. Mom then asked well what can you do? She was told they were going to have to call somebody. Time moved on and she finally asked could she sit down somewhere. They did provide a chair. 2 hours later and many questions asked of different rude people she was finally given her $60 in cash. The manager handed her the money turned and walked away without a word. I'm done letting this behavior slide, done with Walmart except to go back to this store to speak to a manager myself in person. I am also going to spread this story on all social media avenues and to everyone I run into in person.

Walmart . Had my husband working the teamlead position since January only to tell him today that he isn't getting the promotion after all, even though all I've ever heard about his work has been praise. You had him doing a position he wasnt being compensated for since January, working team lead hours, doing team lead work, dealing with team lead problems, on a stockers pay. A poor repayment for good work. You should be ashamed, but I know you aren't, you don't care about your associates and it shows. The absolutely disgusting way you have treated him, and used him makes me so unbelievably angry.

On March 13, 2022, Automotive Dept. I took my car in for an oil change and they overfilled my engine with 10 quarts of oil. It was smoking bad following the experience. I took it to my mechanic on Monday and they found that Wal Mart, Evans, GA store overfilled the engine by 5 extra quarts. It caused the spark plugs and coils to foul out. The PC valve had to be replaced. It cost me over 14000 in additional costs. I had filed 12 corporate complaints (2203300-005410) and got no response from the store, region, or corporate. I will NEVER go back. It could have been resolved but not by ignoring me.

My daughter and I went yesterday and bought some deli meat, low and behold we net Ruthie behind the counter. Shexwas incredibly helpful to the woman before us, and we asked questions as well that assisted us so nicely. My granddaughter had requested to try Salomi and we both don't eat it. She wasn't with us so we were trying to determine which one to choose. You all had 3 different kinds, we chose the one with less fat. Ruthie added an extra slice of the hard so she could try it and compare it for next time. I would have never thought of it. I have never encountered at any store such a warm, caring woman purposely serving a customer and making it the best experience. This was the Vero Beach, FL store. We were almost ready to walk out and she tracked us down because we forgot our turkey. Seriously, I applaud this woman. I requested a picture of her, she thought I was a hoot. Ruthie makes everyone feel special.

I am disabled and need a power cart to get around in the store. I realize that those carts are a service nut I was at a Walmart today and they only had one of those carts and it was in use so I left that store and went to a different store. It is very inconvenient.

I put the Walmart app on my phone, yesterday, and it has taken me 3 hours last night and 2 this morning to completely rebuild everything on my phone. I'm still having trouble, though, getting other apps to work correctly. Now that I was finally able to remove it and almost get my phone working, again, NO way will I do that, again. I DO NOT recommend the Walmart app!
