My Walmart.com was hacked and an order placed. Within 8 hrs I caught it and called to cancel the order. It is now 4 days later, 9 phone calls and multiple on line chats and the order is still not cancelled. They told me to deal with the credit card company. They just dumped the problem back on me to resolve. Every cust serv person gave me a different story but ASSURED me it was being cancelled. What a joke they are, I will never deal with them again.

While it may be difficult to not shop at Walmart due to their obviously very competitive prices versus their competitors, the reason they are able to do this is because they cut corners everywhere else. Whether it’s the terrible conditions for their employees, or the over seas labor they use as their supposed customer service department, that don’t speak English and respond only with automated scripted answers, or the lack of any type of sales support at all once the initial purchase is completed, until we as consumers stop giving them our billions of dollars each and every year, you can expect to continue to receive the same 1 star treatment as evidenced by the thousands of reviews posted here and elsewhere. Why would anyone make any type of change if they were continuing to make billions year over year without seeing any loss in their profits. If you all want to stop receiving the same crappy shopping experiences you all posted here about, shop literally anywhere else but Walmart, until they make the most basic of improvements so that we no longer have to vent in frustration on these review sites. The sheer eff you attitude their customer service department has for its customers is absolutely appalling and nothing is going to change that until and only until they start hurting in their pockets. Spend the couple extra cents and buy your items at the thousands of other choices we have other than this scandalous, racist, homophobic conglomerate, that we have fed countless billions to, only to be treated like the stepchild junkie in the family when all we’re asking for is the most basic of common courtesies.

I don't understand why it takes days for them to release a hold on my money after a delivery. Instacart does right away. This needs to be fixed.

Was shopping for items for my house and a female Walmart employee comes up to me cussing me out screaming about somebody stealing from her. She is clearly mentally unstable and I don't appreciate an employee screaming at me like she'd lost her mind nonsense. I don't know her, don't know where she lives or what her situation is but she is a very poor representation of the store and how customers are to be treated in your store. I'll take my business elsewhere. I don't need attacked by random employees.

I was at the Ft. Wright, KY Walmart today. I didn't have a whole lot so I went through the self serve. I rang up my items and an employee interrupts me and scanned a piece of paper she had. Next it showed me ringing my items up. She then says, oh, its rung up and leaves. I basically was accused of stealing. This was terrible. I paid for my items but was not happy with the service I got today. There was no apology, nothing. Terrible, terrible customer service!!

I'd like to share my LAST experience with any Walmart money center. I've had problems with literally every.single.one!! I'm warning the public, please use any other bank account unless you want to be calling them in a panicked freak out like how could you let this happen??? Please Walmart, hire competent employees when it comes to very important knowledge of how to cash checks and put money on their own money card. No more. I already feel sheepish about having something totally f****d up happening to my money I need, especially because of the horrible living situation I'm using all my mental energy trying to get out of, with no help from family or friends. Do you know you're putting people like me in possible danger by causing sooo many issues with something that wouldn't be an issue almost everything else. End rant, please consider hiring mentally competent employees, you'd be doing the struggling public a huge relief.

Shipping with walmart is HORRIBLE. Maybe 1 out of every 10 orders comes at time shown on app. I mean like 5 plus days later than it said on app. Much worse than Amazon.

Bait and Switch. Walmart today substituted 5 of the 7 items I ordered that were “available” . Of course they wanted to charge more. Buyer beware. Just go Amazon. Once you select what you want to buy. That’s what you get at Amazon. With Walmart, roll the dice…they will trap you and unless you are someone who lets Walmart pick what you want to buy, I recommend you dont buy at Walmart online until Walmart addresses this Bait and Switch tactic.

Walmart #3831 needed battery for vehicle, called 3 auto parts stores to get battery none would install (said too complicated), went to Walmart thinking I'll get good price and install it myself. To my surprise not only did I get good price, it was installed in about 30 minutes

Well there is only way to start this post. I want to take this opportunity to openly let Walmart that going forward I will be spending all of my money with other businesses. I stopped at Walmart in Piqua, OH on my way to Eldora Speedway. I purchased several items including a 15 inch inflatable mattress for $59.00 plus tax. When I was getting ready to got to bed last night I inflated the mattress just to find out it did not fit into the space. So I very carefully let the air out, fold it and put it back in the box and was going to take it back for a refund. I went to the Walmart in Celina, OH this afternoon to purchase some additional things for the weekend and attempted to return the mattress. I was informed by their customer service counter that it is now a Walmart policy to not refund the money. If the air mattress box has been opened then you cannot return. You can purchase another mattress if you pay more that is good for Walmart but before you can leave the store with your new purchase they will open that box so that you cannot return that mattress. My problems with this I believe is very simple. There are no signs anywhere informing customers of their policy. When I purchased the mattress in Piqua no one made aware of their policy. So after speaking with a manager, Adam at the Celina store he informed me that I could call and file a complaint with Walmart corporate offices. I attempted to do that but the young lady played the I she could not hear me game when I started to explain how in my opinion the level of customer service has taken a very serious decline at Walmart over the past few months. Heck since they want to to check myself out, bag my purchases then I should be able to handle my own refund. I walked out of the Celina Walmart and left the mattress with their customer service as I don’t need any more extra stuff occupying space in my house. So the bottom line in my opinion is the following: 1. If you treat customers poorly then they will spend their money at other stores. 2. The $59.00 plus tax will hopefully next break me but Walmart has lost a very long term customer! I may not have spent thousands each year but going forward I will be spending my money with companies that actually care about taking care of their customers. So also be careful regarding what you buy at Walmart as you may not be able to return it! Let me know if you have been treated like this at any other Walmart stores. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Store number 3700, Indian Trail North Carolina. I bought a Orbi router that failed after 4 days. by that time I took it back to the store and they said we need to original box that I'd thrown away. But wait a second... 1. The receipt just says "Electronics may be returned for refund or exchange with receipt within 30 days." [It says NOTHING about the box.] 2. Above the cust service counter, is a banner saying "We'll happily refund or exchange your merchandise within 60 days!" [It says NOTHING about the box.] 3. On the counter top, there's a paper that says "Refunds or exchanges will be handled to your satisfaction." [It says NOTHING about the box.] 4. I called the customer service line and they said, "of course we'll take it back. We'll let the store manager 'Tyler' know so he can call you." Riiiight. Tyler is a ghost. \\\\\\ I guess lying to the customers doesn't really matter. \\\\\\ So Walmart, my average annual spend of $3,000 is going somewhere else.

Walmart sells a lot of products at good prices. But my last pair of glasses cost $587.00. The frames were $100.00. Where did the extra $487 come from? The final bill was a shock. I'll go to COSTCO next time

The shipping tends to be fine. The groceries. OMG I would never recommend this service to anyone. There has been many occasions that they have just canceled my order. I won't go into all the details but I will tell you that the last time I called customer service told me that the driver returned everything because he had something better to do. The Frozen items are melted always. As in liquid ice cream. When I called to cancel they refused to allow me to. They did give me an additional free 6 months of a service that I don't want. Who do you actually speak with it Walmart to cancel your subscription? Because I use the free Paramount Plus I'm not going to spend any time worrying about it. But if you're questioning if this is a good delivery option for your groceries the answer is no no no.

Went to the alliance Walmart last night at 9:30 to purchase a fishing license. Unfortunately, there was no one there intelligent enough to help me. Return the next morning at 6 o’clock when they opened had to track somebody down only to find out they couldn’t help me. Because there was no cash in the drawers until 7 o’clock. I’ll never spend another dime here.

I bought a TV from Walmart back in October. When I got it home because it started messing up. I bought the warranty for the TV. I called the warranty place and they said my warranty was no good because they sold me a used tv! I bought the tv Oct 1 they said someone bought the same tv in Sep on the 17 and brought it back sep 20! Walmart is not supposed to sell TV‘s that’s been brought back! I went through hell getting somebody to fix this problem! My understanding that store is under new management! I went back up there to replace the TV and they made me pay 98 extra dollars same size and everything! When I bought the TV, it was on special back in October! I don’t see how they charge me any extra money when it was their fault they sold me a used tv! They didn’t make nothing right just charged me more money! Since it was walmarts fault for selling me a used tv they should’ve probably did an even trade but they charged me more money. By this point they should of gave me the tv for free and my money back because this is so wrong! I feel some type away about this because it wasn’t my fault. It was Walmarts fault!

I have been a Walmart prime member since it started. I LOVE not requiring a minimum amount for free shipping. My purchases arrive promptly usually the next day. Walmart pricing is fair, quality is great, and in the rare case I need to make a return can mail it back or just stop by at your local store. This is very convenient.

Walmart uses FedEx for shipping. FedEx is a bad company does not bring your package to your door they throw it where they want to. Also do not order anything with glass FedEx will break it. Walmart needs to find a different shipping company and until then I will not make any orders.
