I ordered a Cricut machine in June of this year. I had a lot going on and didn't try using it until recently for Christmas projects. When I opened the box, I discovered that the machine had already been used! It was dirty, had no instruction manuals, and someone had left a pen in the front pull-down storage compartment. The Walmart website wouldn't let me initiate a refund and when I called, I was told I had waited too long to do anything about it. I understand that in a way. HOWEVER, none of that would be an issue if I had been sent what I ordered which was a brand new Cricut machine.

Be aware! Egift cards of Walmart is one big scam. A flawed system, you buy the card and the recipient does not receive it. Walmart takes no responsibility. See attached photo, that’s what your recipients will receive…

I won't ever order online again. First item was a third party and when I sent it back, they charged $45. Second they said it would be delivered on a certain day and it came weeks later with the website saying it will be delivered but the shipping company saying something different. Then the day after it was to be delivered, Walmart website said a delay in shipping. The item I'm waiting for now says it was out for delivery on the 8th. The shipping company said the just received the shipping paperwork. Now on the 9th, Walmart website says delay in shipping. If your expecting it the day Walmart says, then why is the shipping company different. (ie FedEx) Don't make promises for a certain delivery day if it's not even going to be close to that day. I'll stick with company that deliver when they say, not Walmart ever again.

I purchased an item on Walmart Marketplace and it was a scam. The item sent was not the item described. The seller wanted to give half the money, admitting that the item was not the one described, for a refund but I refused. I opened a dispute with PayPal and both Walmart and PayPal wanted me to pay to return all items in the order not just the scam item. I pointed out that in my region the law was very clear that I did not have to pay to return the item but would be happy to if the seller issued an RMA for the return. They refused and sided with the scammer.

I am emailing to make a complaint about one of your store employees...My daughter (who suffers from Anxiety and PTSD )was shopping today at your Uniontown Pa. Super Center #2019 November 30 2021 at approximately 12 pm....when she had an accident by dropping a large container of Apple juice. ...embarrassed and upset she stood at the spot of the accident looking for an associate when other shoppers continued to push carts and walk through the mess.....she became very upset but didn't want to leave the area because she was afraid someone would not notice and have a fall....she continued to search for an associate when she saw one she said "excuse me" and the associate became EXTREMELY rude and began to berate my daughter for making a huge mess and then "intentionally" spreading it around to make it worse. (my daughter had not moved but other shoppers didn't seem to care as they walked and pushed their carts through the mess)....as my daughter finished her shopping after the accident she again encountered that same associate in another area of the store and she pointed at my daughter and loudly proclaimed "there she is, that's the one that made a huge mess and then walked through it and spread it around" My daughter was mortified and quickly left the store.....I am extremely upset about your associate's behavior...it was nasty and mean and completely uncalled for. My daughter doesn't want to come back to your store because of the incident and I can't blame her....obviously some of your employees need some kind of retraining as far as customer service goes.

i have spent a lot o money on website only to be lied to and ripped off by them and have documents to prove what i say it is by far the worst website on the planet I won't spent .02cents on their f$%^&*$ web sit ever again they can go *%#% them selves. i was given an e-giftcard for reimbursement in october the email was dated 10/23/21. but the issue date on the e-card 8/16/21 used it date was 8/18/21 f a shipping charge and when i tried to use it it was already used and to top it off they never reimbursed me for a defective item as they said they did how can a refund asked for in august be already done in march or a gift card issued in October be dated for august this one ig f'ed up company

Came to purchase set or 4 tires on 11/24/21. Highly dissatisfied with the customer service. Flew in from out of town to attend a funeral, wife had picked me up from the airport and on the way to the house we had a flat. Went to walmart the following day, had 4 tires installed but had to wait until Walmart associate waited on 2 other people before I was cashed out. Park the truck at home the next 2 days preparing for funeral, notice the low pressure light on, sent truck into diagnostics and determined that 1 of the 4 sensors were not reading (no pressure reading) took truck back to walmart so they could correct the issue. Associate proceeded to tell me he had a discussion after he determined the sensor was not reading....I don't remember that conversation. Waited approx 1 hour until they decided that I would have to go pick up a sensor due to them not having 1 in stock. They did offer to reimburse me for the price of the sensor. Frustrated customer!!!!

Every time I buy off of Walmart site my debit card gets hacked. This is freaken ridiculous!!! I just spent 229 on Walmart the 23rd of November 2021. My acct was hacked at same time someone bought groceries.. I also bought something at Walmart few months back and my debit card got hacked again. I will never shop at Walmart again.

Horrible experience in Riverton Utah Supermarket and South Jordan Gateway. Both food deliveries. First was Riverton, sent a pic of my siding and said he delivered my groceries. I called Walmart for 30 min before a human picked up. Finally got pick-up and told her the driver lied, did not deliver and she said the groceries were still at the store. Many words later told me she would have delivered by 5, 5:30 rolled around, another round of 30 minutes to get a human and hung up on. Finally a person at pick up said my items were picked up- but you see, I never received those too. I asked if it was the same thief, she said probably. So, they let the kid pick up again and not instantly fired- WOW. He stole from me and lied twice. Second from South Jordan Gateway, they delivered someone else's order to my 90 year old grandmother. She picked up her bag, expecting grapes, croissants and canned goods The bag ripped and all 12 eggs cracked all over the bread, porch and grapes. I had to leave work and go clean up her porch. AVOID USING DELIVERY, they have gotten so desperate they kept a thief employed after deceit and dishonesty. Harmon's, Smiths and Amazon are much more safe and quality workers.

loss of password to online account. 2 customer service contacts via telephone and alternately spent 40 minutes online waiting help to regain access to account to no avail. If less than 1 star rating was available - I would have chosen it!

After MONTHS of playing Walmart's release game for the X Box Series X, I finally won! They took forever to ship it! And when they did, they went with a second-rate shipping company... Needless to say, it was Lasership, a company KNOWN for "losing" "not delivering" and "stealing" packages.. Needless to say, I never saw my X Box! As soon as Lasership got their sticky paws on it, it was immediately marked "Lost" (Yeah I bet it was!) Wal-Mart refused to replace my X Box stating "Microsoft" Wouldn't allow it! Even during the MONTHS, I have been fighting for a replacement they had at least 3 releases of X Boxes! I was informed, yeah we have them, we just can't give one to you even though you purchased it and we messed up... What kind of MESS is that?!?! You have what I ordered but refused to replace it! I was offered a Playstation.... But this was not what I purchased, if I wanted a Playstation I would have brought a Playstation and I'm sure this rant would be about a Playstation... But NO! I brought an X Box Series X! Give me what you owe! They basically said f-off we not giving you the item you sat up months trying to buy and playing this release game for! They gave me funky ass $50 thinking it would make me go away quietly! WRONG!!! I don't need your funky ass $50 CLEARLY I just paid 500.00 for a gaming system you refuse to replace. A gaming system I'm sure has been placed back on your website for $1,000+. CROOKS! O and this offer came MONTHSSSSSS after trying to go through customer service, who was absolute of NO HELP! Those agents are liars and useless!!! Trust me you aren't getting their real names if you are taking notes. I write everything and everyone I speak to down, so I found it beyond funny that I was given names like Lynn and Lisa only to get a survey asking me how my chat with LoveJoy went.... WHO? YEP! CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS don't waste your time with the X Box BS it's all for show! And for NOT!

walmart stores and walmart online has failed at every turn slow shipping customer service product price in store purchases have been a major hassle as i'm elderly and disabled and was told the store on hayden medows in north portland doesn't need to provide people like me safety and comfort in their store by providing electric shopping carts so much walmart has failed it's customers and they never correct the problems that means they don't care i'm canceling my membership and deleting everything walmart of my computer andi wish they suffer as they have made me suffer

I received all of my order EXCEPT for one item being shipped fromInstantly to the door. I received a nonstandard tracking email 10/5/21 that said it had been delivered. I contacted Walmart online and was told he’d issue a refund. I never received a confirmation email but waited patiently. After 10 business days I sent an email to walmart and they relayed my message to Instantly to the Door. Walmart then relayed their answer to me which said the item was out of stock but they would issue a full refund in 7-10 business days. 10 business days later NO REFUND! So that’s twice I’ve been told I was issued a full refund and twice no refund. Yesterday early afternoon I sent an email to both the vendor and Walmart still haven’t heard back. Today I talked with a rep at Walmart and they are having technical problems and she asked me to call back. VERY ANGRY WITH WALMART.

I ordered 4 tires on 9/20. Walmart charged my credit card on 9/21 (before shipping). Tires were to be delivered to a Walmart store on 9/25. They didn't arrive. And as on 10/27 they still havent. I cancelled the order on 9/27. Walmart.com only cancelled 1 of the tires ordered, and still has "Cancellation Requested" and "Delayed" as the status. I have contacted Walmart 3 times. Apologies by the agent, and claims that it is fixed and I would have my full refund in 5 days, then 10 days. I have received full refund for 1 tire, partial for 1 tire. I am still out more than $400. No tires,and they are apparently planning to keep most of my money. Never a written status. No apologies from any manager. Walmart.com has a poor web site, and apparently cannot manage it at all. I strongly recommend that no one purchase from them. My experience shows you will get nothing but grief if you do.

I ordered Angel Soft Toilet Paper on October 11th and never received the order I want my money back. But all I got was one lie after another lie. I will never shop on line at Walmart again. They stole my money. Never put it back in my bank account.

I actually don't know how to start with this review . It is been an ongoing thing for me I am a 66-year-old woman who shops at Walmart in MacArthur West Virginia , I probably spend $1000 or more in Walmart's a month . I like to buy clothes they have discounted for children so I can give them out in the community , One day I went in and they had a really good deal on a little girls tops they were a dollar apiece when I went to pay for them they rang up at three dollars, so I approach the sales girl that was working there her name is Chelsea and I asked her how come they had a dollar price mark out there and was charging me three dollars for them. Her answer to me was well when Walmart has one too many colors they will price them differently . And my answer to her was as a consumer How am I supposed to know that if there's a dollar on the table for the price . She looked at me as rude as she cared and said well if you'd let me finish I would tell you . I could feel her hostility so I said you know what why don't we just call a manager and ask them I don't want you to get in any trouble . She didn't like that at all then she became really angry then over me even suggesting that we ask the manager. she did give them to me for a dollar but she proceeded to just throw my things in the bag simply because I had asked for a manager to solve the problem . Well I was finishing putting my things in the cart to take to the car and Chelsea had approach the other young sales girl working with her they were giving me the stare of death . That got on my last nerve so I just simply turn to her and ssaid I appreciate very much what you did for me but I do not appreciate the rudeness and she came back at me with something else I don't even remember she was angry too so I just hollered something over my shoulder and left. So the next time I was in there I thought this is so childish and ridiculous I approached her and said look honey can we just bury the hatchet on this and start over . She proceeded to tell me no no you get away from me and I'll get away from you I know that you were going to go to the manager over me so stay away from me . Needles to say this really made me angry so I said you know what you can do you can walk over there and drop dead for all I care and it was over I figured I just would never go through her line again . But like I said she has friends in there and every single time I approach one of them for anything they try to be as rude as they can to me . And it's just Chelsea and her couple of friends that she works with they work at self check out and they're always together I had to approach one of the young Men the other night, because the self checkout register was malfunctioning. I don't think I've ever been so angry in my life when I walked up and asked him in a very nice way if he could help me he said go on go back over there I'll be over there when I can and that's exactly verbatim what he said. In the most rudest voice he could use . I'm not gonna drive 7 miles to go to another Walmart because of some childish immature people that are being protected in Walmart and this is what I hear I don't know if that's true or not but someone told me one of their mothers was a manager of some sort . I've talk to other employees and they say that they're treated like that to by this small click to. There's a lot more to the story but I can't put it all here but if I go in Walmart and they're there and I go in their area at all they try to make my life miserable . Or if I need one of their help there's not always someone else to go to . I probably spend $1000 a month in Walmart I buy all my medicine and all my groceries there. I have battled cancer this year and do not always feel like driving to another Walmart which is a lot further away . I feel like they have went and told management there that I am some crackpot . That couldn't be farther from the truth I went in there for years and I always got along with employees and met a lot of good people there but I now dread every time I walk in the door if her or one of her friends are there . I realize help is hard to get nowadays but so we're good customers not trying to start a war here just want these immature people to grow up I know Walmarts are not their parents but someone needs to say something to them I have tried talking to the head cashier or floor monitor or whoever it was and I could tell they were already ahead of me . She just acted like it was nothing.

I have been dealing with customer service for 3 days now. I ordered a grille and was sent a king size mattress. When I called to have them come get the mattress and replace it they tried to have me bring it to fedex. When I said I had know way of getting it there the person gave me a run around. When I asked to speak with supervisior l got hung up on. Called back and spoke to a manager after arguing with another person. They supposedly called fedex set up pickup between 8- 5 on Thursday. Surprise fedex never showed, called Thursday night and spoke to yet another customer agent who apologized and said he was calling fedex and came back and said it was all set to get picked up Friday between 8-5. I told him it had to be gone before weekend because I had a party. He said don’t worry it will. Surprise surprise didn’t get picked up yet again. Called back at 5:15 Friday night asked to talk to a manager not wasting time explaining to anybody else. Finally got to a manager after a 1/2 hr. Explained everything said for me to call fedex he couldn’t help me his system was down couldn’t even look up my order number. We went back and forth about them picking it up. Supervisor said my system is down I can’t help and hung up on me! I then called right back and talked to customer service rep gave my order number and they looked it right up no problem and schedule a third pick up! So supervisor lied to me, system was fine! So now I still don’t have a grille, I can’t get my money until mattress is returned! It is now Saturday and no mattress pick up third day I was lied to!! Keep getting lied to! Talked to person today’s day and asked what I’m supposed to do, they just sit there completely ignoring you! All they say is I will note it. So I asked for a supervisor. I was told that his department doesn’t have a supervisor. Funny they gave me supervisor every other time I asked. I am so tired of being lied to.I will use my sons social media following to make sure as many people as I can reach no how Walmart treats there customers!!

Walmart in Hixson, TN is one of the WORST Walmarts I’ve ever been in. Sunday afternoon and they had ONE register open. Store Leads could care less - they just want people to use the self-checkout because they’re too lazy to actually work. NOT gonna happen. I’ll shop elsewhere. Customer service is non-existent and this store SUCKS. Needs a decent manager that actually knows how to manage.

I shop at the walmart store on hwy 99 in vancouver wa and it is by far the worst store I have ever shpped in for missmarked product. first they take out the price checkers so you can't see what the actual price is going to be at the checkstand and if you don't remember what they have it priced at on the shelf you WILL get ripped off. like I said this store is by far the worst walmart that I have seen for doing this. not sure if its being done on purpose or just bad management not paying attention to what their employees are pricing products. either way, buyer beware with the store on hwy 99 in vancouver.
