Didn't receive shipped order. Called customer service for online orders.. I have been on hold for over 3 hours. Never ordering from Walmart again. Amazon is awesome!

Our family and our coworkers love to shop at Walmart Super center in Everett WA. There’s variety of organic and regular produce /products at good price. Nice customer service. During these pandemic days, they put the health protocols in place, but there’s no long line outside (I stopped by Target to check them out but there’s a long line outside waiting in the windy weather to get in) Time is money. There are pros and cons, but Walmart is the best place for shopping. I hope this Walmart store be expanded, become a bigger Super Center to meet the high demand of one stop shopping.

I have been trying to contact the Bridgeview Walmart Pharmacy, store 1779 for about 30 minutes now. I have called the pharmacy at least 10 times and let the phone ring until it hung up on me. No one has answered. I called the general store number and once they patched me through to pharmacy and again, no one answered. I called again and a woman answered that she would see what she could do about connecting me to the pharmacy and then proceeded to hang up on me. I called the general number again, and another woman proceeded to tell me that everyone in the pharmacy is on lunch and to call back later. Forgive me for not knowing the policies of Walmart but I think it a little ridiculous that every single person in the entire pharmacy would be out on break at the same time. I am trying to get ahold of someone so I can renew a blood pressure medication. I am out of this medication and I need it today. I am an 84 year old woman with hypertension and other pre-existing conditions. With COVID going on, I can not make unnecessary trips to the store to see what is going on with my prescription. I need to speak to someone on the phone so I can renew this prescription and then send my granddaughter to pick it up. In the time that it took me to find this website and write this paragraph out I was on hold for 7 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager was not in. I am currently on hold waiting to speak to whoever can help connect me to a pharmacist. This is absolutely ridiculous that I have to be dealing with this right now. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire time of coming to Walmart. Don't waste your time with these incompetent people; go to CVS or Walgreens.

Ordered online- there was 3 motherboards left, bought one with expedited shipping. Day later get message back that my order was canceled and they were sold out- AND ITEM WAS DISCONTINUED. this is bs

Didn’t receive one expensive item and one box was empty with more missing items sealed and taped by walmart!!!! Never shopping there again and you have to hold for 2/3 hours when calling....

The only reason I give it a star is because I can’t give it Minus 10 stars. I’ve been waiting for over 1-1/2 hours for an online ‘customer service’ rep to help me. Only 41 more minutes to go, I’m informed. I tried to change my address in my account. But my account doesn’t show my address, or anywhere that I can see where I may do this. Myself. In a few minutes. Walmart must have the WORST customer service ever. And by seeing other reviews, I realize Walmart doesn’t care. HORRIBLE service!!!

Ordered Walmart grocery...spent 1 hour getting every item and my substitutes....driver calls and says "he's here"....I tell him you are not in front of my door....I provide the correct address....he hangs up. Groceries not delivered to my address. I called customer service and they indicate order was delivered and call the store to confirm. I left a message with the store and no call back. Called customer service repeatedly and they don't assist. Woman calls me back from Walmart says issuing a credit and 10 days later no refund yet. Called again and still awaiting... HORRIBLE service and worse customer service!

Absolutely the worst online customer service. I spent over 6 hours on hold waiting for chat and waiting for a call back to cancel a back ordered item. Talked with customer reps twice who promised to take care of the issue, sent emails, got email confirmation that the order was cancelled - now my card has been charged and the item ordered 6 weeks ago - and cancelled - has shipped! Deleted the Walmart app from my phone. Will never order from Walmart again. This is a disgraceful way to treat customers.

Buyers beware! Everything is good until you have an issue. I ordered from Walmart.com. The item was nonfunctional. I contacted Walmart.com and got NO response. I took the item to a Walmart store. They said they could do nothing about it. So I tried Walmart.com again. I stated the issue and did get to wait to chat with an agent. I waited over 110 minutes and was told over 25 times that an agent should be with me in a given number of minutes. Six times I was told that an agent should be with me in about 1 minute while I waited well OVER 10 more minutes. That’s when I made up my mind, I don’t need this. I am done with Walmart and Walmart.com. Buyer beware! This could happen to you too!

I am a walmart credit card holder and with everything going on with the covid 19 shutdowns I honestly forgot about my 25.00 balance for a few days. When I remembered they applied a 26.00 late charge fee to my balance. It's a shame that every other company is trying to work with their customers during this crisis and Walmart is capitalizing from it. Needless to say, I paid the balance and will never use that credit card again and I will take my business to target or anywhere other than Walmart for that matter. They proved to me that they could care less about their customers, they are all about the dollar. Lesson learned.

Placed my order a month ago, was supposed to be delivered on 4/14. Still haven't received my order! Tracking states it's delayed or lost, that was 2 weeks ago! Been trying to get my money back for a week now, left 2 emails to the seller and Walmart no reply! Hope you enjoy keeping my money, Walmart! It will be the last time I order anything from you!

I placed an order that said "in-stock" would arrive 4/22. Spent the entire day waiting because it said, "end of day," the next day the date had change to 4/23 "end of day" did not come again. Friday 4/24 website changed to "end of day" yet again. Just checked at 4:45pm and it now says will be delivered "next business day, end of day." I don' think I am ever going to see this. And you may be losing me as a customer for lying day after day. If Fed-ex can't deliver packages on time then use UPS (I do not care who ships it to me - just stop lying).

I placed an online order that was to have been delivered 4/22. I tracked the package and it wasn’t even in the US yet. I attempted to “chat” with customer service, but that went about as expected, nowhere. I asked for a person to talk to, yep, 2 hour wait. I’ve never been fond of Wal Mart, this just fuels the fire, so to speak. I can’t cancel, I can’t talk to anyone, and of course they have already charged my account. I wouldn’t have given them even one star.

My doctor told me last week to avoid WalMart at all costs over the next two months. Foolishly, even though I had donned gloves and mask, I ignored her advice to go pick some frozen foods up. I was horrified at the condition of the Super WalMart on Hampden Road in Denver. It was the FILTHIEST PLACE IN AMERICA. Nearly NONE of the employees had masks, gloves, or sanitizer. Of course, the customers aren't wearing them. Hacking, coughing, sneezing - this is employee and customer alike. Floors are filthy, the shelves are filthy, garbage everywhere. Walmart's attitude - coronavirus? WHAT coronavirus!?! 10 minutes in and halfway through my trip, I just put the stuff back and left. It was too dirty to shop there. Not ONLY should the store be avoided at all costs - do NOT use their pickup or delivery either - equally filthy. This store should be closed, either by the governor or by Walmart itself. It's an abomination.

I've ordered a few items online and was waiting for the delivery. It was delayed for a week and when I checked online, it was automatically "returned" without me clicking the return button. What was that? I maybe just one customer but that's one customer less!

I recently placed an order with Walmart.com. The Order was scheduled to arrive NLT 22 April 2020. One line item from the Order arrived on 18 April. On 22 April the “Tracking” system showed (the rest?) of the order out for delivery, then delivered. THE ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED. Despite spending 2+ hours on the internet & phone, the best possible avenue for solution turned out to be a wait of “in excess of 1 hour” on a secret customer service line it took me 2 hours to track down. While waiting on that line, I was disconnected. I cannot cancel the order because it “has been delivered”. I now have contacted my credit card company to dispute the order once the charge posts. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered something online around a week ago. It says item was sent out the following morning from Marrietta, Ga. I live about 45 minutes east of there so I thought it would arrive quickly. However after receiving no updates for 6 days I finally got an update that my item was marked as accepted by USPS in Columbus, Ohio. Still waiting to receive it but not sure why they had to send it all the way up to Ohio when it was already so close to where I live. Seems like a waste of resources on top of being annoying.

Walmart is not responsible for third part seller..Beware of them....they get your money and give you nothing...I sent an email two times but they did not answer...I contacted with walmart two times after waiting for a long time. But they just kept me on hold...and nothing... Walmart must be responsible for sellers and refund money..

The worst customer service EVER!!!! Such bad customer service never happened to me. I was sent a faulty item, after calling and waiting on the line for an hour or so I was told i will get a refund and the item will be picked up in 4 business days. it wasn’t picked. No refund was initiated. Walmart refuse to process a refund before the item is picked up. Why is it that they take my money when I buy online on the spot , but they don’t give me my money back when they can’t arrange for a pickup in a timely manner.
