Made digital purchase 4 days ago. Never recieved code for purchase. Customer service keeps saying another 48 hours. Then refused to give me a refund for product they never sent. Will never order here again.

Ordered a TV and it took 2 weeks to get for a delay. Two weeks later I try to order weights FOR PICKUP. When I ordered it I was told to pick up tomorrow. Check my email next morning ANOTHER DELAY!!!!!! It’ll be a week wait. Walmart delivery is absolutely disgusting. If what you want is not in the store, go to Amazon if you have to order it.

Ordered 6 items and 5 were delivered in 3-5 from UPS. Still waiting for 1 item ordered from Walmart and USPS 10 days later. All items were ordered on the same day. STOP using worthless USPS

Tasia at walmart on Arlington in akron ohio, blew me.off the planet with her customer.service 12.23.19...and walmart was overly packed eoth customers, BUT SHE TOOK THE TIME, as I had shopped there earlier...once i finally got.home i realized i had forgotten 2 bags..i called back i was connected to.cust service but they never answered.i kept getting tasia..she went to check to see if turned in and it was. The person before her was like just bring in your receipt and get the items, i told her i had bought the whole shelf and wansn't anymore. O BUT TASIA..THANKS TASIA FOR SATISFYING ME WITH ALL THE PEOPLE AT.THE STORE. I WENT BACK AND PICKED UP.MY ITEMS. TASIA.ROCKS. NOW.THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered package on dec 16th with a 2 day guarantee delivery. 1 WEEK LATER ON DEC 23rd still no package!!!! No help from customer service whatsoever (except for Charlette, she needs a raise) this was easily the WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Walmart you have lost another customer to Amazon not that u care!

I have been a long time supporter of Walmart. Yesterday my 2 children surprised me with 2 new gift request. 1st was Rainbowsix seige (on line for 31.00 and some change). The other is a spiderman lego set (online for $69.00 and change) I attempted to buy online for store pickup and realized I forgot my walmart account password. So I went in and purchased them. The upsetting part is that Rainbow six seige costs $19.99 in store and $39.00 in store. I now see walmart is totally screwing customers over for shopping online during the holiday season. I will try to take more business to companies that choose to be a little more honest with their loyal customers.

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT BY SHOPPING ONLINE AT WALMART!!!! I will NEVER EVER EVER again buy from walmart online , i purchased all my christmas gifts from walmart 2 months in advance incase to have them all on time. they left me with no christmas gifts few days before christmas , they made me to contact third party which i didn't even know some of them were coming from far , all i knew i trusted walmart and i used my credit card ,it's not my responsibility to deal with zimbabwe , south africa or china where items come from , anyways emails after emails , i only received one out of all the orders that got lost in transit .it's kinda hard to believe all orders got lost at the same time ,i got frustrated and tired of following up my orders so i asked for refund. promise after promise nothing happened. after several calls took me half a day i insist to talk to their supervisor , one of staff hanged up the phone , the other one put on hold at least 20 mins , finally supervisor told me i should receive my refund in about 6 days and they address me to the email for higher complain here to help .ca . 1: Lost my time for 2 months and no gifts for christmas. 2: i have to run crazy to buy all the gifts few days left to christmas and NOW ON TOP OF IT i have to fight to get my money back. this is INSANE. i REGRET it so much that why didn’t i buy all my gifts from AMAZON . no matter what walmart lost my trust as a customer . PLEASE DON’T BUY YOUR SPECIAL EVENT GIFTS FROM WALMART , YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH NOTHING IN HAND .

The delivery service Walmart contracts with doesn’t follow through with their scheduled service. I received an email with date and time of delivery between 10am-6:00pm only to find out at 3:30pm (when I called) that it was not going to be delivered until the following week. Aside from staying home to wait for my package, they proceeded to give me 2 possible dates of when it might arrive. In other words, I have to alter my plans again for 2 more days. Free delivery? Don’t fall for the ploy! I called customer service to try and work around this issue by asking them to reroute my item to our Walmart where I would pick up my 200lb item, and they said they couldn’t do it. I also tried getting them to take out the signature needed for delivery and said I would be responsible and they refused. I’ve done all I can at this point but they weren’t willing to work with me. I didn't even care when I receive my item as long as it was delivered at the specified date they gave. The fact that they expected me to stay home for 3 days, to wait for my package, yea right Walmart — NO! Better find another carrier. Horrible experience. I’ve asked to be refunded which they processed, but here’s what I was appalled to hear “you have to call the deliver service company to let them know they don’t need to deliver.” WHAT?! I’m already told that my refund will take 2-3weeks and now I have to make the cancellation with their contracted service. Ridiculous! Walmart I’m fine with your Durango store which we frequent, but I will think twice about ordering anything online. I’ll also make it loud and clear to friends and family, to avoid ordering. I’ll update this review which will be posted on other media sources, once I see my actual refund. Maybe by then, I may cool down a bit and rewrite a better review. Your move Walmart!

Cancel an order and try to order again with the help of customers service only to find out. Problem with trying to add information in which the computer failed to take so I called Customers service for help. They help alright by never canceled the order then authorized the order now my account has been charged twice for the same order with an overdraft fee included. I guess this is a new meaning of rollback and take advantage of during the holidays. I love walmart because it's a family store. Even though you have some irate employees that still need to remember its a job and every call for help is important and people are entitled to a mistake. And sometimes you may have to go back to the old system to complete a task. To take pride in a job well done for that day. People are relying on the aide of another each day and I glad that the doors are open to help the community. But it starts with helping others never forget that hand may come you're way too. A just as it goes up it can go down the ladder. Everything is important. One day a little piece of courteous will come back bringing satisfaction guarantees home. Not causing harm for someone who loves Walmart a family store.

I too will never make a purchase from Wal Mart. I was given incorrect information on a requested price adjustment on something I ordered on line and was told the only way I could get the adjustment was to return and repurchase. I had. sent messages to Wal mart.com but did not get a reply. I needed to return the item laptop with screen and fan problems and would only refund me with gift cards wanted to dispute it but was told that I only had 15 days to return it. Asked for a store manager never did get to talk to one. Basically was forced to accept the gift cards or keep a flawed computer. After reaching Wal.mart . Com ( credit card company finally offered me a phone number) o was informed that if Wal mart would have contacted them or directed me to them they could have credited me the $20.00 to my card and instead I am stuck with over $300.00 of gift cards from a store that I never want to step foot in again! Their lack of training and education of their employees is disgraceful. I was never told that I would have to accept gift cards on the return or I would have returned it initially. Horrible they take advantage of Customers.

Ordered Christmas gifts online from Walmart on 11/27/2019. Was sent email confirmation that packages would arrive by end of business day on 11/30/2019. Didn't receive packages until 12/17/2019. That's after 7 phone conversations with customer service. Walmart is promising two day shipment that they can not handle. I will never order from Walmart again, I will stick with reliable service from Amazon.

Lost the items in store from online order send refund. Takes 3 to 5 business days for refund had to make a new order the online app was playing up at end of order it managed to put 2 addresses in none with a number, WALMART refuse to change it because of their policy was forced to cancel ordered so out of pocket 500 and no product in time for Christmas.

Do not order from online it will not get there by the date and I ordered a mattress and got a trampoline and order a bed frame and never got it ! Walmart sucks do not buy or order from online stores

Make sure your order actually shipped before you throw away a gift card if you used that to purchase the item. I ordered an item and it said it shipped just to find out it was cancelled. I threw away the gift card but now I can’t get a refunded because I no longer have the card. Basically just threw $62 out the window. Terrible experience .

Your Associates are not rotating stock in fresh or in dry. Associates standing around having pow-wow’s in the aisles blocking shoppers. Associates walking side by side talking blocking customers paths that are shopping. WTH

The cashiers have been rude the last dozen times I've been in there and I am getting a little irritated on how they insist that a hand gun license is not a form of ID.Thats exactly what it is;state issued,same info.It's used for All the same things.If I continue to have problems with it, I'll just stop shopping there all together.It's rediculous.

I purchased three bed warmers during Black Friday sale for a family that only had a space heater to keep warm. They said it would be delivered on the 10th of December. I contacted them on the 6th because I hadn't received notification about shipping and was again told it would be delivered on the 10th. I checked tonight ( the 9th ) and it's not been shipped. I could have brought from another seller on black Friday for the same price but went with Walmart, my mistake!!. They didn't even have the common courtesy to let me know. Now I will have to pay full price at another seller if I can even find them. Thanks Walmart, you really made a family's​ Cristmas.

They don’t tell you that alcohol is not returnable. Purchased Christmas gifts. The price said $15. Got home they charge was $20. Only 2 bottles. I will still ship Walmart. I will never purchase alcohol again from Walmart as I presently do weekly. Cheers!

This will probably not get printed at Walmart needs a union very bad they take advantage of all their employees through the holidays and throughout the days they give them points systems that if you keep your five points you make him move up and if you don't give you get out sick you got to know doctors excuses are accepted so if you get sick at Walmart your washing in dirt people open your eyes and realize Walmart's not for you Walmart just wants to keep you down as an employee you can get more hot hospital insurance more times off paid vacation time so you can also give Christmas days paid not to sit at 15% coupon they give you what the fuc I wouldn't even give them one star to Walmart that I have work at have filled all over the food when it cooking it and people come there and eat every day when they get pictures taking of this thing's Nation been shown to the bosses that work there the bosses don't even reply to clean it up they just keep on cooking and making more and more nastiness for the food that you eat be careful when you need an Ohio Walmart
