Now Walmart forced people to pay in advance before you can check out to reserve a time. The problem with that is for one...by time associates start to gather your order there is always something that Walmart ends up not having. The other issue is that the associates often get the wrong items. They want to enforce no contact and to just open your trunk, but when you get home and put your stuff away and notice the mistakes they made, you’re expected to go in store to return or exchange. Completely kills the purpose of curbside pick up. No compensation for an associates wrong doing. I really dislike this update with HAVING to paying before you go to pick up.

Once again, Walmart sucks! I wanted to buy some clothes but was told I couldn't try them on due to covid. Fine, I thought, I'll just bring back what doesn't fit. So when I brought back some of the clothes to return I was told I couldn't do so until great corporate decided otherwise! Are you kidding! I don't suppose corporate, with their big old salaries, would even consider that those of us who don't pull in that kind of money might not have the luxury of waiting till corporate pulls their heads out of their collective behinds to get our money back! Other places are taking clothing returns so don't give me that B.S. that it's being about covid!

The Walmart online service and delivery services are worthiest I ever seen. Never deliver in time, still money, bring product not related to your orders, never give full refunds when they make mistakes etc.

It's time for Walmart to rescind their temporarily return policy. Now they're considering trash bags in the same vein as cleaning fluids/supplies. Business is reopening and it's time Walmart get current with their policies.

Low low level store with the most horrible CS. They have closed their fitting rooms due to corvid telling clients to check fitting at home and replace as needed, so we did. Now trying to replace some of the non fitting items they tell us they don't replace anything until further notice. Called the store manager and she said that if I don't remember the name of whoever told me that then she will not replace them... LOL Insanity and stupidity at its best. I'm done with Walmart after 20 years of loyalty... they are really dropping the ball lately

Very disappointed in Walmart again. I went in to purchase some clothes and took time to pick several to try on. I am generally hard to fit so was prepared. I usually buy one in every color when I find a good fit. Dressing rooms were closed due to covid so I went over to a mirror and yes tried over my clothes. Rather embarrassing but hey I did my best as for long needed. Found several that seemed good over clothes and went through self check out thinking I will confirm fit properly when I get home, and leave tags on just in case. Well as I was leaving I went to customer service to let them know it saddens me that dressing rooms closed down and was very difficult to try on over clothes in mirror. Will have to return a few if they do not fit properly. Customer service lady said I couldn't return them. I was totally unaware of this. I then said I just purchased them and asked for a refund before I left the store. She said no ma'am you may not return them and showed me their tiny paper sheet stating no refunds. I would never have purchased all these clothes if I knew I couldn't return them.

Walmart healthcare Dallas GA This is a formal complaint Yesterday, I visited the Dallas Ga healthcare center yesterday for a scheduled dental appointment at 10am. There were 3 people with appointments including me. They asked each of us the same questions: have you been tested for covid19 and do you have a fever. The Caucasian female and make answered no to covid19 test and I said I had been tested and it was negative. Then all three of us said we didn’t have a fever. They proceeded to take them back to the dentist however continued to question me. They asked why did I get the test and I said because it was recommended that we all recommended to get tested by healthcare workers and by our elected officials. Then they took my temperature and said it was 99.1 and they refused to treat me although I was in excruciating pain and needed dental care. I insisted they take the temperature again and they took it under the arm and it was 98.1. They still said I had a fever so wouldn’t treat me. Then she asked if I had drank coffee and I said yes. I also drove a convertible so of course I was warm. They recommended I come back July 11 when fever is gone. I pleaded with them to let me see the dentist and they said No. In pain and upset and confused I drive directly to the Peachtree urgent care in Lithonia and my vitals were taken and the temperature was 95.5. They said I needed an oral surgeon immediately to correct the problem and made a referral. For the record either this behavior is medical incompetence or pure 21st century racism. First temperatures 98 and 99 it is not considered clinical fevers by basic healthcare standards and number two the real temperature did not warrant me being denied healthcare especially when I drove 51 miles because the treatment cost at that facility was economically. I will never refer anyone here because they have clearly shown their patient biases towards people of color. Second I will be asking for an internal review of all their patient procedures to ensure fairness is given to all in regards to treatment. It was humiliating and embarrassing and it cost me 122 miles on my car and it was wasted time and to add I was in extreme pain. Was told to come back July 11

I spoke Not yelled my opinion to one of the nazi people counters at the door on my way out the building, I was screamed at and told to leave! I called the manager of the store but he informed me they don’t fire anyone for first offense! So anyone who’s ever been fired on their first offense speak up I’m sure that’s not true! Anyways I’ll never shop Walmart again! Thanks for making it official! I hate your company!

**BUYER BEWARE** Do NOT buy CLOTHES at Walmart. My husband recently went into Walmart to buy a pair of shorts. He was told he couldn’t try them on. So, he brought them home, tried them on, and they were too big. He just tried to return them and was told clothing is non returnable because of the virus. So, you can’t try on clothing or return It. This is so stupid. How many people have touched the clothing at Walmart? We will not buy anymore clothes there.

Despite terrible service both at the store and online I wrote a review on their website about it and they blocked the review. They had neglected to fulfill their shipping obligations on a $500 dollar purchase and when I asked the store to see if they could find out about what was happening with it they told me to go online to find out the information I wanted...which I had already done multiple times...then, before I could ask any other question they ignored me and moved on. So the review I wrote had to do with terrible service and shipping...they blocked the review I am assuming because they do not want people to hear about the terrible services they provide. They have yet to provide any answers as to why they provided terrible service, which is what I kept asking about in multiple attempts.

Not too big on Wallyworld these days during the covid 19 outbreak. Yes...they're useful. Yes...they're convenient. Yes...they can be OKish sometimes. Yes...they're one of the only options around that many of us can use. Those are the benefits and those are also the problems, especially right now. The company (like most) cares more about money than their customers. I'm just going to copy and paste what I already wrote on Google reviews about what's been happening. I'm "GASHUBOY" on there: "During "better times", aka pre-corona virus, the 9-Mile store is OK. They usually are fairly decently stocked and the store is maintained in an acceptable way. Just like any store anywhere, you have some amazing and thoughtful employees and some that couldn't care less if you left the store and died. That's fine and...normal in a sad way. My problem is with some of the "customer service" department and the warehouse folks who handle the online stuff. I know we're in rough times right now but they have started to get funky. Starting in late March and early April: They sent things like our 20 pound bag of bug poison in the same box as food items and supplements. One of those items was a bag of ground flax seed which looks exactly like the bug poison. Got a refund for that no problem. Several other shipments after that were still packed badly with items put together that shouldn't be and BADLY cushioned. Caused some damage. I had to get multiple refunds and that worked OK until they stopped responding and dealing with the problems. The last problem, some dented cans, they just sent a useless form letter. Can't bring stuff back to the store because I can't go out due to a prediabetes risk factor. Sigh. Update 5-5-2020: Walmart continues to send dented cans. Also sent a ripped open bag of cough drops-- the outer shipping box was fine on most orders. Still making it pretty much impossible to contact them online to deal with ANY problems. They doing this deliberately??? You also can't leave honest or complete feedback about anything (items, condition, etc.) on Walmart.com. They will either NOT publish your review or they edit it harshly. Anyone surprised? Glad you can HONESTLY leave feedback on here. Not that they care. Update 5-14-2020: Ordered 7 more cans of chicken to prep for coronavirus wave 2. Almost all of them were deeply dented. They give you the option to go into chat with someone now. The wait is usually an hour or more. Was writing this while waiting in chat btw. Finally got somebody to reply-- YAAAAAAY! Update post chat: USELESSSSSS!!!! They required me to send back the dented stuff. Needed to repackage the stuff and print out a label which I couldn't because if NO printer. OR...I could go out and take it back to the store...during the corona outbreak. Thanks Malfart! Here to make life better for allllll of us during these troubled times."

Tried to return a battery for my RV, stull under warranty & was refused a replacement because I've had too many returns with receipts. That battery powers the DC to AC converter that supplies electric to the RV. I live in that RV. I have no lights, no A /C. I called the customer svc # I was given & was told that there was nothing that could be done until some other dept reviewed the issue & would contact me in a couple of days. What the hell am I supposed to do with no power? You really need to review your policy on returns & give notice to customers of the changes to those policies. I've been a faithful customer for years & have spent a lot of money your store. I cannot believe you would not honor a warranty..

I bought clothing from Walmart online (I live in NJ) and there was sales tax charged. There is no sales tax on clothing in NJ. I figured this was an error and would be fixed when it shipped. When I shop online in any other site, Target, Etsy, eBay, I am ONLY charged sales tax on items that are taxed in NJ. It's not determined by where the item is SENT FROM, as many come from across seas where they have NO TAX...yet I am rightfully charged if it is a taxable item in NJ at NJ's tax rate. My request for a refund was denied as Walmart claims it can charge tax based on the merchant's state, not the point of sale. NO OTHER ONLINE SITE DOES THIS! Here is the review I am posting on every social media site I can and will be contacting the BBB and news media. People have a right to know how Walmart is basically stealing from people, and especially in these times, that is beyond reprehensible. BEWARE! When you buy clothing from here, Walmart charges you sales tax, even if your state doesn't tax clothing. They CLAIM it's because it is being shipped from a state that does have it! With people being as hard hit as we are now, this is another truly *** greedy robber baron move on the part of Walmart. When I buy clothes from ANY OTHER place I am not charged, as my state NJ, doesn't tax therm. The tax is to be collected at the POINT OF SALE and the state tax where it is being SHIPPED , not where it's shipped to. Please share this so people know what dirtbags this company is! I filed a dispute with paypal and was denied. Here is their response: Please note I think they are wrong, as NO OTHER online seller does this, Paypal offshores their customer service, so the response you get is very often wrong. I can't be bothered fighting with PayPal, my fight is with Walmart. I understand in New Jersey there is no sales tax on clothes. When you purchase online you may not be purchasing within the state of New Jersey. You have to pay whatever fees are associated with purchasing wherever the merchant may be located. PayPal would not be able to fight the legality of this dispute and that is why we denied the claim. You would need to take legal action to pursue this further. Please feel free to share this on any social media you use, I know I am! User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY CLOTHING HERE! Monetary Loss: $9. Preferred solution: Refund of tax charged illegally. WalMart Cons: Slimy ethics, Illegal charges, No response from company to complaints.

Walmart is only just ok while visiting the store. During a pandemic the instore experience is still just ok, but they have nothing left ever. Online is awful no matter what time it is. We now do not have any money that is extra or we can wait for. When I ordered my daughters diapers (the only place to find them) I knew it would take an extra few days but a whole week?! They tell you to except delays and account for that when they tell you their aprox delivery date. Here we are, I’m down to about a day and a half of diapers and instead of the date I was given it’s a whole week later. And this was after they shipped already with no notification of the status of shipped. There is no “extra” money to buy more somewhere else. I have officially learned my lesson. I will never order something from Walmart.com ever again. They also hold onto your money for days after (to take interest from it) and this makes it absolutely impossible to get diapers for my daughter at all. We are standing in line for grocery donations which do not include diapers. Thanks for nothing Walmart. Way to let down all of the moms out there trying so hard. We are in one of the hardest hit areas. I will be spreading the word for my mama friends to not shop here at all. There are plenty of other places to shop. Walmart is absolutely terrible. They do not care about you or your family. They only care about money and publicity.

Horrible customer service! Made an order from the photo centre and they sent me a confirmation email with an order number (9 characters). Now whenever I call customer service to track my item: 1)I am on hold for 2+ hours 2) I’m told that they can’t do anything cause the order number is not right (should be 11 characters). Horrible horrible horrible!!
