Honestly, please save yourself the trouble. I have had the worst experience with Waterlogic.. worse than any company i've ever worked with. They want to thank their engineers and Sophie in Customer Service because if it wasnt for them, we certainly wouldn't be using them anymore. Not only did they send our wrong parts, old parts, and their sales person Zoey didn't give us any indication that we needed a co2 cannister or the correct sizing - we cant seem to get hold of them for love nor money. Honestly dont do it. Thank you Sophie for answering the phone and actually working.

Awful customer service. Charge extortionate rates for the rental of a water cooler - whether they provide water or not. They have been impossible to deal with. Do not recommend.

The most dysfunctional company I've ever worked with. Zero accountability on all business units. Accounting charged us for an office we had closed, the customer service is non existent, service techs just show up when they feel like it and never perform routine maintenance.

PLEASE IF YOU ARE EVER THINKING ABOUT… PLEASE IF YOU ARE EVER THINKING ABOUT BUYING SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY- I WARN YOU NOW DO NOT ASSOCIATE YOURSELF WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS THAT NEVER COME FOR PM SERVICE LIKE THEY PROMISE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS. NEVER PICKS UP CALLS, ON HOLD FOREVER. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOURSELF TROUBLE. Also if you are signing an agreement through email DO NOT TOUCH the signature area till you know for sure you want their service. They will somehow be able to submit your agreement for you even when you have not pressed submit on your end.

I don't like the services at all. Customer Service never picks up the phone. You can be on hold HOURS. The are only sending you bills. Their website is not working properly. Total scam. Be aware.

Beware poor customer service and repair. For years they only had sales people you could call who would do nothing to help you. The service number you call would "schedule" your repair but no one would show up and you would have to call back multiple times before someone would finally show up. Now they have new account managers that are calling to finally help a little because things had gotten so bad. I have seen their screen showing our service call history and it does not line up with all the calls we have made in maintenance and the calls made by supervisors on the shop floor. It's like all of the calls we have made were not recorded on their end. Our company switched our production facility and corporate office from bottled water coolers to these filtered water coolers. In the few years we have had them the units are continually going out. We call the service number and are told someone will be out in a week and then weeks and sometimes months go by and we have to call back because no one would come in to repair. The longest we have documented is 6 months. When they finally got around to fixing the unit that had been out the longest, they replaced it with a refurbished unit that went out a day after they left. So we had to call them back in to repair it again which took way too long. They do not come in to perform PMs regularly, and when they do come in they miss units or don't properly PM them because we have had multiple units needing to be repaired or a filter change soon after a technician has been here to perform PMs. We have also asked for 2 units to be removed so we would no longer be charged for them, but technicians came in to perform a few PMs and didn't take the units with them even after I talked to them and reminded them. All we get from this company is excuses and no customer service. Either they don't care or they stretched themselves so thin they can't service their customers. We are in a contract at the moment but will not be renewing it unless we receive an official apology and see a drastic change in their service. Everyone managing this company should be held accountable for the poor service, management, planning, and lack of communication between themselves and the customer. I also told the account manager about the terrible reviews about their company on the BBB website and others, and he was unaware of the negative view of the company and that our same issues were so widespread.

one of my employee signed a contract with other company in 2014 for water filter and I don't know when water logic bought the previous company. I wasn't happy with their service from beginning never the filter work properly and since 2014 they just send twice some one for service. I was tired of keep calling and no one respond. they keep charging me and kept me in contract for five years and after five years due to Covid start they just renew the contract without inform me. Now I want to cancel their bad service, Unfortunately, COVID 19 hit and my office was closed for months. Unfortunately, with the drastic loss of gym members and with no ability to provide services, I am unable to continue to operate my office and must close the doors. So imagine my surprise when I called Waterlogic to come pick up their water machine and cancel my account and they informed me I would have an early termination fee of over $1800. The only service they ever provided me was dropping off a $100 machine. It has never even been serviced. after 6+ years contract is done and i just want to give their machine back and cancel my service. I had to keep them for 5 years due to contact and after covid, it was impossible to contact them. I send them several email for cancellation but never got respond.

I had 1 cooler, cancelled my account in April, and was billed for 3 months service and a fee to retrieve the used cooler. run from this company,

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had their water coolers for 3 years. I had three water coolers. All of them developed mold in the cold water spout. I called and email no less than 15 times to try and get service on the devices. I ended up having to terminate service within the last 60 days of the 36 month agreement. They then billed me $645 for cancelling my agreement.

WORST COMPANY EVER, THEY KEEP ON CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR MAINTENANCE AND IT IS WRITTEN IN THEIR CONTRACT THAT IT'S INCLUDED. I called, they canceled the payment, but few months later, it's the same thing again and again. Can't wait to be OUT of this COMPANY.

We were suppose to have twice a year maintenance, we have not seen them since delivered. We have had it a year, then when the hot water stopped working, we called. Each call mind you will be a 20 minute minimum wait. Three calls later, and a million promises and even a "manager" of the service area that was going to apparently call me never did. Not once have we seen a repairman. I finally called to cancel my account and to come get the machine. It's been two weeks and the thing just sits there. What is amazing is every time I call I'm asked for my phone number...I give it. Clearly they aren't listening, because they read the number back to you and EVERY time they read me the wrong area code and I correct them EVERY time thinking this is the main problem. I would give negative stars if I could. 11/16/20 update. I've had multiple communications with promises of improvement and someone to come and service the machine that hasn't had any service (over a 1 year now) since installation. I was guaranteed twice a year. I was sent a copy of my contract that I couldn't cancel, even though they acknowledge no service had taken place. I pointed out they are in breach of that contract. I then allowed them over a week to send someone and requested in writing what their part is in seeing I am guaranteed service in the furture. I have never missed a payment, we have upheld our end I expect them to. Today, two plus weeks later, I sit with an unsafe, unusable system that they still expect me to pay for and not a sign of anyone servicing this machine. However, my credit card was billed for the two month I've been in discussion just trying to get the thing serviced. As of last week, I informed them I wanted out and was told that they would do that but to give them time to get the paperwork to me. Again, another week and I'm having to call and email to get someone to do their job, cancel the contract and come get this broken machine. Wow, just wow...how do they stay in business, no wonder they have such long contracts, they get guarantee payment, but you, not so fortunate. You just buy a broken system.

I signed contract with the Agreement to pay $24.94 monthly but got charged $83.83 instead. And they charged me twice. I contacted them and the customer service said it wasn't his responsibility. He forwarded my complaint to Account Receivables who named Penny and Susan. None of them get back to my email and answer my phone. This company is likely scam businesses. Avoid answering complaints but still withdraw money on time. The worst of the worst

Worst company I have ever dealt with, they implenent additional and vastly incrfeased charges on your invoices without notice and when you refuse stating you havent been notified they quote that clause 12 in their terms and conditions allows them to increase their charges to whatever they want to without notifying you that they are doing so anbd they give you no chance to cancel the contract. When you argue this out that they have to notify you, they implement court proceedings. So much for customner service. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Worst customer service experience Worst customer service experience - avoid at all cost One of the worst customer service experiences I have had to deal with. Tried to organise the removal of a water cooler unit, and twice the technicians did not turn up to collect. Customer service team unapologetic, do not return phone calls and not at all bothered by any inconvenience this caused in losing two days of work to sit in an empty building waiting for their technicians.

We were previously with OneSource which was bought out by WaterLogic. We closed one of our locations so negotiated an "upgrade" on our HQ service to avoid early termination fees on the service cancelled at the closed location. We were then charged for the service cancellation, after our "upgrade", which was actually only an upgrade in price for a MAJOR downgrade in equipment. I have been trying to get our rep to contact me for about 6 months, with no results whatsoever. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!

Avoid at all costs, they try to blackmail you to pay a 6 months get out clause that was never signed. 5 years i was with them and all they want to do is squeeze every last penny out of you.

Terrible experience with this company. I hope someone does their research and reads this before signing up for anything from them. It doesn't take long to find the bad reviews and complaints on Google. Prices changed, charged for services not received and despite making complaints via various methods, charges and reminder letters keep being sent. Every time I call and finally get through after 30 minutes plus on hold, they accuse me of lying! Something seems fraudulent or amiss - contacted by two different solicitors within a short time and the first informed me that they had received various complaints about Angel Springs/Waterlogic - their own client! Avoid like the plague! The latest request for cancellation and various queries has still not been responded to - 10 days later, and they still haven't collected their unused equipment.
