“We required a sofa bed delivered in a very tough location and W&H did all they could to meet that requirement. The model we chose ended up being too difficult to get in so after much back and forth between customers services, logistics and me we went for another one which we are now absolutely delighted with. Great company to work with and great sofa-bad, the delivery team also deserve great recognition.”

“The sales person knew exactly when to come and help, and when to leave us to it. He was very knowledgeable and experienced, and helped us choose the fabric which we struggled with. A very positive experience all round.”

“Quality of the product is excellent & the armchair bed operates well. The bed bows up when not being laid on but settles down once a body is on it. This makes it look rather odd when made up as a bed & not in use. Probably would not use them again as they do not deliver to the Isle of wight. Cost of haulier to deliver armchair bed to island was £42 and took an extra 6 days from delivery at hauliers depot to get it at home address. Delivery cost would be double for a sofa.”

“From first arrival at the showroom to delivery of our sofa-bed the service could not be faulted. Staff in the showroom were polite, helpful and patient whilst we chose what we wanted. Ordering was done without any fuss - we were offered a drink whilst we went through the process - even paying was painless! The Sofa-bed was delivered without any problems and within the agreed time frame. Again the delivery drivers were polite and helpful when they assembled the necessary bits. It now looks and feels wonderful - I hope we get many years of comfortable use from it.”

“Good communication from the office from the start and throughout and an excellent service on the delivery day. I am very pleased with the sofa bed and it's use was demonstrated clearly to me on delivery. The delivery men were courteous and helpful and called en route to confirm arrival time”

“We went to showroom twice before purchasing and both times the service was extremely good and thorough with a lot of time devoted to us. The delivery was on time and handled expertly. I am delighted with the choice I made and it looks very elegant in my home. The mattress is really comfortable, affording my guests a very good night's sleep. I recommend Willow and Hall most highly.”
