“First class service, from beginning to end. The one issue I had was that they originally told me it would arrive on Monday and in the end the delivery man called to say he would reach Tuesday morning. I didn't find this a problem but my boyfriend had planned to be at home on the monday. They said they would be there between 7.30am and 9.30am and arrived at 9.15am. The 2 delivery guys were very friendly and polite. There was no damage to my property or the sofa bed and the furniture was fully demonstrated and packaging taken away. I was very pleased with the service.”

“Overall I would say the service was very good. It was a straight-forward ordering process and the sofa was ready on time. My only minor complaint was that I wasn't notified when the sofa had been completed and then when I rang on the four week mark after I'd ordered the sofa they seemed to think I already knew when it was going to be delivered, as did the delivery company who said something like, "Yep! So we're still good to delivery on Tuesday!" even though no one had ever contacted me to tell me that was the planned date. It makes me a little concerned that if I hadn't rung the delivery guys would have turned up to a flat with no one home! I think just in future it would be really helpful for Willow and Hall to contact the customer when the sofa is finished being made and then refer us to the delivery service? Maybe that's usual practice and I fell through the net this time? But overall it was timely and friendly and that's a small complaint.”

“Good for ease of ordering and supplying fabric swatches etc. Not good for poor communications with delivery team who were not passed on Very Specific delivery details about extremely narrow lane which entailed having to source secondary vehicle on which to make final delivery.”

“Your website is easy to use and the photos are really helpful. The paper catalogue shows all the crucial measurements which were essential for my order. Your responses on the phone were very good indeed and the delivery team were excellent. The delivery time (4 weeks from payment) was exactly as promised - well done to everyone concerned at this busy time of year (December)!”
