“As yet I haven't bought anything from them but they were very speedy in sending me fabric samples and info on the models of sofas I am interested in. Nice tea bag too! Much quicker than a major retailer on the high street who haven't sent me fabric samples after trying 3 times and waiting 4 weeks!! So I am sure these people will come up with something nice for me when I decide what I want.”

“I can only share my experience as far as trying to make a choice and order is concerned as we are not due to recieve the sofa bed for some weeks yet. I found the W&H website by searching good quality bespoke sofa beds on Google. I think it is a good site. It is pretty straightforward and informative. I needed some further information and so rang them and after 43 minutes in a queue got a very willing girl but she had to refer all but two of my wuestions to someone else. I tried to ring the next day, to make my order but with a couple of further questions and after nearly an hour in the queue gave up and sent an email asking if perhaps they could ring me. I waited and then got an email followed by a telephone message. I had one more go and in just under 40 minutes I got connected to a real person! Against all instinct I have placed an order, primarily because I need a sofa bed in a hurry and in the belief that in their taking the time to create such a detailed website I hope it means they are thoughtful and the product better than high street average. On all three occasions that I got through to them I was told that on those particular days they were experiencing a larger than normal number of calls. I hope they werenít all complaints. I donít like leaving negative feedback but it was a frustrating, time wasting and disappointing experience. I feel sorry for the people answering the calls because they appear not to have had adequate training. I will leave feedback on the sofa bed when we have it.”

“Iíve had nothing but good experiences ordering my sofa from Willow & Hall! Placing my order online was simple and I got a confirmation email through immediately confirming my order, followed by a phone call the next day in case I had any questions and to discuss my choices. Next call was with my delivery date and my sofa arrived within the delivery time slot they told me. Couldnít have been a smoother process - clearly other people have experienced some issues on here but I couldnít have been more pleased with my experience so just wanted to share it.”

“Appalling customer service and sofa arrived (finally after terrible communication about delivery) with faults in the side stitching and the special legs I’d ordered at extra cost missing. I have been ringing and emailing them virtually daily for the last three weeks to no avail as still not had an adequate response or had the issue addressed. Spent hours on hold on the phone then no manager ever available or even when you do finally get through they don’t deliver on their promises of even trying to resolve the issue. Do not buy from them!!!”

“Attentive staff at the showroom. Guided me through all options and fabrics. Ordered later online and received follow up phone call to confirm details and talk me through delivery. Sofa was made and delivered swiftly. The delivery drivers were very professional and took alot of care. Love my new sofa bed as well!! Great quality and very reasonable prive”

“Tremendous service - fab website, fabric sample arrived even though I didnít ask for it so I could change my mind if I wanted to (I didnít!) and when it turned up I was so pleased with the look and quality. The best sofa bed Iíve seen with regards comfort and thickness of mattress. Would have been 5* but your logistics let you down and as this is the last touch with your customer it is one that is remembered. Sort this out and you will be perfect.”

“I was on the point of placing an order, in fact I was typing in the details, when I suddenly became aware that you had increased your prices without warning. e.g. the Matt velvet I had selected was £0 one moment and then £200 the next. The order I had prepared in draft and the order I was typing ready to send were identical - except the price The first was £1,312 and the second was £1,700. End of review. R.Hodges.”
