“Jury is still out at present. Sofabed sems to be well made and mattress is very good Seat cushions appear to slope forwards and lighter people feel as though they are slipping forwards. Spoke to W&H and they said this is normal and will settle over time.”

“When telephoning the wait was too long for the response., that is the pickup of the call. This happened more than once. The delivery of the samples requested was very prompt which was excellent. I liked that you could order many samples to help with the decision.”

“Received my cosy pack it was charming. promptly sent full of valuable information, included were excellent samples of Willow and Hall fabrics plus a sweet gesture of a free tea bag to make a cuppa while browsing the website. Thank-you!”

“I had a little trouble with the web site when ordering but had excellent service when I phoned. The sofa bed arrived before Christmas, as promised. I cant't thank the delivery men enough. The item was too large for either the front or back door so they had to take it apart outside and then reassemble inside. All completed with efficiency and cheerfulness.”

“Before completing my purchase I had some questions about the fabric I liked, the team on the phone couldn't have been more helpful - they recommended an alternative and offered to send me some samples to compare. They arrived the following day with a lovely hand-written note! I love my new sofas and thought it was above and beyond when Customer Service called me the week after they arrived to check I was sitting comfortably! I will definitely recommend Willow & Hall to my friends and family.”

“Superb experience with WIllow & Hall, I was quite worried as I had guests over the holidays but they went above and beyond to get this to me before Christmas. When it arrived, it was fully set up, packaging taken away neatly and the kind chaps gave me a full demo on how to turn it into a sofabed and back with helpful tips.”
