“It has been a long time since I have dealt with a company who take customers seriously and who do not drop the ball as soon as the purchase is made. Really helpful staff in store with very good product knowledge which I am very grateful for. I have never spent so much on furniture but am glad I spent my money with Willow and Hall and will do so again if I get the chance. Logistics were also on the ball and were able to accomodate unforseen changes at my end. Finally, delivery guys were fantastic. Friendly, efficient and patient while running through the demo. Very impressed. Thank you Willow and Hall!”

“The no quibble guarantee was exactly that. When they couldn?t for out ordered sofa into our living room, they took it back and we opted to order the same sofa in a two-seat configuration. Delivered on time and beautifully assembled. Faultless customer service.”
