“From start to finish, the purchasing experience was top notch. Great website, very good Comms from their post purchase team (who got in touch immediately to send over a material Swatch to make sure I was happy with the colour), to the delivery team who were very curteuos and informative. The sofabed is also very comfortable (so I have been told). Overall very happy. Thank You!”

“My new lovely sofa bed arrived promptly as described within 5 weeks time from the order date. Looks really top quality, very sturdy, fabric just like the sample and very comfy as well. Delivery was above my expectations just like they promised, without any hassle. Over all very please with my purchase.”

“Service very good. Regular updates and delivered on time. Would use this company again. Our sofa bed looks good and appears very good quality. My only tiny criticism is that the cushions that came with the sofa where far too big. My thoughts where that it would have been more practical to have smaller scatter cushions. Still happy with my purchase.”

“We were looking for a small sofa bed for a modern house with narrow doors and tight angles on the staircase. From start to finish the process was easy. The website is comprehensive and the sales assistants really know their products. We asked a lot of questions and the answers and advice they gave us was extremely helpful. We ordered a model with removable arms which was perfect for delivery and installation. The delivery date was discussed on ordering, and this was adhered to, and we were contacted just before delivery to agree a time slot. The delivery team were excellent and they were able to assemble the sofa bed for us. Excellent service throughout.”

“Overall I was very pleased with the service and the delivery team was exceptional. However, I was asked to call to confirm my delivery slot and despite calling and emailing to confirm the time they'd given me, they called again a few days later to ask me to confirm. Apart from that I was very happy with the service and product.”

“The sofa was great and very good quality. Delivery was friendly and well-organised. However, after-sales service was the problem: shortly (by which I mean 3 or 4 hours) after the delivery guys had left we noticed a hole in the fabric on the arm and got in touch with WH. I would have expected an immediate offer to do something positive about it like taking the sofa back and re-covering the arm but instead we got prevarication over the fact that we had signed the acceptance form at delivery time, with the implication that we might have somehow caused the damage ourselves post-delivery. Eventually they agreed to send someone out to assess and potentially fix the damage but we knew it would not be fixable in situ and there was a 10-day lead time on the visit. At that point we asked to send the sofa back for a full refund and to WH?s credit they agreed and acted promptly with no further delay. So eventually they put things right but it?s a shame they weren?t more responsive earlier - if they had been we would have kept the sofa.”

“Flawless. From managing the initial order and fabric swatch to delivery and set-up. The sofabed is fantastically comfortable and looks fabulous, too. I would recommend Willow and Hall to anyone ? and, in fact, I already have!”

“Efficient from the word go - oder to delivery. I think because you use your own carrier it really pays off. We have very awkward stairs but with care and attention they managed the job.”
