“They did everything well. Their customer service was friendly and helpful and the settee arrived within the specified time and is entirely what I expected. The delivery men were excellent too.”

“I found the lady (Ros) , in the showroom in Chiswick, extremely helpful. She spent a great deal of time with me , finding the right sofa, the right mattress, the right fabric for my particular needs. She was interested in sending me away with what I wanted , however long it took. She could not have been more helpful in spite of the fact there were other people waiting to for her time and expertise. I was also impressed with the delivery service when I had to change a delivery time and ask for them to be particularly helpful with a time slot as the sofa was for my 90 year old father. They were charming and flexible both on the phone and in person.”

“The showroom staff were really helpful, accommodating and knowledgable. Ordering my sofa was easy, and the delivery drivers were fantastic. Would highly recommend willow and hall to anyone.”

“Delivery was excellent- arrived at time stated, very courteous delivery men. They placed furniture in desired room, took all packaging away and demonstrated how to use the furniture. The furniture was even better than I expected from the website. It is a very sturdy chair bed and adds to the room. Very pleased with the buy as well as the whole buying service. Would definitely recommend Willow and Hall.”

“Firstly there was a delay in the order being processed. Had to ring several times to find out what was happening. Your advisors were always polite and helpful but the delay did mean I had to cancel a visit by a friend. The assembly guys were great and put the sofa bed together in an efficient and speedy manner.”

“The fitters damaged the walls while carrying the sofa up the stairs. I was handed a feedback form which specifically asked me if there was damage to the property. You then went out of your way to email me back, just so you could tell me "hey hey! The T&Cs did warn you we wouldn't pay out anything! So tough luck .. " (hopefully it is obvious I'm paraphrasing) If you aren't ever going to put anything right, or fix the damage you make, then stop asking people if there is any damage caused. It is kind of pointless!”
