“Felipe helped us in your west London showroom and gave us as much time as we needed and was very helpful in describing the differences between all the sofa beds we considered and all the different fabrics to choose from. He was very patient and we were there for a long time. Your customer service line is very helpful as well and your delivery people do exactly what we were told they would do. We were given all the updates about when and what time they would come and they did exactly that and they were very careful with the sofa bed and our possessions.”

“The showroom advice lady was excellent and a great help in choosing the best fabric etc. Delivery was on time and the delivery men were very helpful and assembled the sofa bed with advice. I`m really pleased with the quality and finish of both sofas and will certainly recommend your company to my friends.”

“Slightly shaky start with ordering initially but the bed arrived in good time. I realised once it was delivered that I had ordered the wrong colour fabric so the bed was easily returned & refunded without any quibbles & a new bed was ordered which arrived even sooner and is perfect.”

“My husband and I have been so impressed with Willow and Hall and would highly recommend this company to anyone. The staff were fantastic throughout the whole process of buying our two sofa's. The team in the Chiswick showroom were very knowledgeable, the customer services staff very helpful, and the delivery men were so friendly. We will not hesitate to use W & H in the future. “An excellent service from start to finish. We live on an island off the west coast of Scotland and find it difficult to buy online because no-one delivers here or if they do they charge exorbitant prices. Willow and Hall arranged to have our sofa bed delivered to a location where we could pick it up with minimum fuss paying the standard delivery charge. Great credit to them and to the delivery drivers. The sofa bed is exactly what we wanted. It not only is robust and well made but is comfortable and looks very good. We are very pleased with our. choice of fabric.”

“Always a worry buying something online but fantastic product with fantastic service. From start to finish everything was as I hoped. The only thing they could have done better was maybe an email at some point to let us know progress but very happy overall. Sofa is comfortable and couldn't believe they could fit such a thick mattress inside it so guests will have a comfortable night.”
