“Very impressed - no sofa delivery charge and I was worried might not fit so the assurance that if it were not to, a full refund would be possible was reassuring. It fitted fine.”

“Simple to order, Delivered on time and great quality. Thanks. One suggestion is to review the names of your material - I consider words such as 'Linen' to have a specific meaning. On checking these are man-made fibres.”

“Excellent service, very good selection and a very easy way to choose a sofa bed. Care was taken to explain any potential problems. The only caveat is that we have found the mattress shorter than a conventional bed which wasn't pointed out to us. Also, on checking measurements”

“Our first contact with W&H was the website which was informative and easy to use. Next, the showroom in Chiswick and a very helpful and friendly assistant. Some weeks later, two very pleasant delivery guys who worked fast and efficiently. And now, we are enjoying two very comfortable stylish sofas. Great.”

“We thought that the service we received was exceptional from the moment we placed our order for a sofa bed right through the whole process until we received it. We were sent a fabric swatch without asking for one and when we spoke to a member of the team in relation to our order we received professional guidance and a feeling that nothing would be too much trouble; such a refreshing approach to customer service. The delivery of our sofa arrived ahead of schedule which we were pleased about as we hoped to have it by Christmas. The delivery team were polite, professional and a true asset to the company. The whole experience was enjoyable and we will definitely use this company again and have already recommended them to others.”
