“Good communication from the point of order. I was kept informed throughout the process and my sofa bed was ready sooner than I thought it would be. The delivery team was great and made sure I knew exactly how to set up and put away the bed.They dealt very well with the challenges of getting into my house. The sofa bed itself is just as described, and is very well-made and sturdy. It has already provided a comfortable sleep for overnight visitors.”

“I was impressed by the speed at which W&H made and delivered our sofa bed to us. Also pleased with how helpful the delivery men were, all packaging was taken away and we were even given a demo on how to set the bed up and put it away.”

“Iíve had my sofabed for one year and have used it about three times. It is very comfortable both as a bed and a sofa. It was delivered on time and I was shown how to open it out as a bed and fold it up after use. However even though I was shown and I follow the written instructions I have found it very difficult to close the bed, especially on my own. The last time I used it and had difficulty I have phoned the help desk and was told that an explanatory video would be emailed to me. I did not receive the video and in the end after a struggle managed to close the bed. For this reason I have given a 4 star rating”

“Excellent staff in the showroom, very helpful and no pressure whatsoever. We altered our order about a week later, in that we decided we would have a second armchair after all, again it was no problem. The complete suite arrived when they said with two efficient and cheery men, who also managed to get our very large old sofa out of the house without any damage or hassle'”
