“Easy to order single sofa bed and received follow up call the next day. Delivery was on scheduled date and delivery men were courteous and helpful. Would definitely buy from Willow and Hall again.”

“Staff at the show room were very helpful and professional - offering very good customer service. Sofa arrived earlier than expected which was great for us. Delivery company were also very prompt in contacting us and arranging a suitable delivery time. They also responded well to delivery tips and our neighbour who accepted the delivery was very impressed with them.”

“They were very flexible and understanding. We tried to buy one model, but it wouldn't fit up our staircase, we then returned it and ordered another smaller one - they were great, and refunded the difference. Their delivery company was amazing too - the first guys tried very hard to get that one up, but it was impossible. The second (different duo) were also fantastic, and tried for about 30 mins to get it up the stairs; genuinely surprised-impresseed.”

“Online Ordering was simple. I then received a phone call to double check requirements and access for delivery. I was given an approximate delivery time, which was a quick turnaround in any event, but sofa bed was available even earlier. Delivery was efficiently organised and no problems with delivery.”
