“Sent very detailed directions ( even coordintaes) and rang delivery people to inform them that our postcode would NOT bring them here. We had a freind travel here to meet them. They followed SATNAV and ended up away from our house in the village. Cannot understand HOW this happened.So points lost for service - sorry”

“We were promised in writing sofa delivery on 19 December and this was rescheduled for 23 December which added to the pre-Christmas rush. Alex replied courteously and in a timely manner to all my emails.”

“Unfortunately the products we purchased proved too large for our stairwell so had to be returned. Willow and Hall dealt with this very professionally and our deposit was refunded within a matter of days. We would use them again precisely for this. Excellent customer service.”

“A good service the sofa bed was promised for delivery before Christmas and despite taking a week longer to manufacture and the delivery van having an accident every effort was made and the sofa arrived in the nick of time.”
