“Amazing! Thank you so much for helping me with my order. I want to give a special mention to the customer service team, but in particular Henry for his amazing service. Every detail was taken care of, along with the team taking the time to get to know me to make sure I really got what I wanted. I will definitely come back to Willow and shall and recommend to everyone”

“I had a little trouble with the web site when ordering but had excellent service when I phoned. The sofa bed arrived before Christmas, as promised. I cant't thank the delivery men enough. The item was too large for either the front or back door so they had to take it apart outside and then reassemble inside. All completed with efficiency and cheerfulness.”

“Before completing my purchase I had some questions about the fabric I liked, the team on the phone couldn't have been more helpful - they recommended an alternative and offered to send me some samples to compare. They arrived the following day with a lovely hand-written note! I love my new sofas and thought it was above and beyond when Customer Service called me the week after they arrived to check I was sitting comfortably! I will definitely recommend Willow & Hall to my friends and family.”

“Superb experience with WIllow & Hall, I was quite worried as I had guests over the holidays but they went above and beyond to get this to me before Christmas. When it arrived, it was fully set up, packaging taken away neatly and the kind chaps gave me a full demo on how to turn it into a sofabed and back with helpful tips.”

“I am looking to buy a sofa and a mattress and I spoke with Kelly. I cannot express enough the excellent service I received from her. She was attentive to my needs, answered all my questions, overed every possible suggestion with regard to sending me samples of fabric and worked through measurements. Kelly was polite but appropriately friendly making me feel valued. Because of this charming and professional service I will buy from Willow and Hall providing of course you have what I would like for my house.”

“Our Atworth sofa bed was delivered before Christmas as promised. The delivery men arrived on time and were very careful and helpful and demonstrated how to operate it. The sofa is very comfortable and converts to an excellent bed which our guests thought was lovely (we choose the memory foam mattress as recommended in the showroom).”

“I loved my sample pack. It looked special and felt like a personal gift. The fabric choices are amazing . Although the website is excellent nothing beats seeing and touching the samples. My choice for my new sofa was confidently made.”
