“Staff generally extremely helpful, especially your delivery team who were excellent. Having measured my old sofa I had hoped that this one would be as comfortable as the last as is the same depth. We are in a flat and the stairs have limited space so didn't want to get it here and find that it couldn't be installed. It is very good as a bed but less good as a sofa as not deep enough, you tend to perch on it rather than lounge on it. This is partly due to large cushions and fact that arms are shallow but should have tried it out before buying.”

“Marvellous showroom in chiswick, great variety of fabric and colours. A bit expensive for the non standard versions. Delivery ok. They should be more careful when leaving cushions on flooR. I would have preferred them to unwrap the sofa in the house not in the van!”

“We have found the whole experience of buying from Willow and Hall excellent throughout. The website is user friendly and we love the choice of furniture and fabrics. We chose the Alderton chaise sofa and are delighted with it. The delivery was prompt and polite. We would definitely consider buying from this company again.”

“Ordering was easy, product was fantastic and excellent quality and the delivery man was so helpful. Put the sofa bed exactly where we wanted it (upstairs) and demonstrated how the product worked. Could not have been a more perfect purchase.”

“The ordering and delivery process was good, however we have yet to enjoy the settee fully and assess it's longer term reliability. That being of the mechanisms in the sofa bed and chaise section together with the fabric.”

“Excellent ordering service - easy online which was followed up by a phone call double checking the detail. I had not previously asked for a sample but one was sent out then. Timescales were explained. They rang earlier than the timescale to deliver but we had to delay for a week. Delivery service was excellent with furniture delivered to an upstairs room. A full demonstration was given on how to operate the sofa bed. The sofa bed is comfortable for occasional sitting on and works well as a bed. The only slight criticism was that the sofa bed had a strange 'chemical' smell when it arrived which took a few days to dissipate. Other than that an excellent service.”
