“Excellent service. Professional, courteous staff. Ordered several swatches of fabric plus details of the Sofa Beds I was interested in - all arrived the next day. Placed my order online, then received a courtesy telephone call to review the order and talk through time scales for delivery. Very impressed.”

“The complete experience was as set out in the helpful booklet that we had at the beginning. Timing, quality, were all as anticipated. In addition, we had no unwelcome calls from your sales department as we were making our decision to buy. ( Other companies often do that.) In particular the delivery was exceptionally well done by two very pleasant and helpful delivery men.”

“Really easy ordering process, nice follow up phone call to confirm order. Item made and delivered within 5 weeks. Delivery men were a delight despite having to haul sofa upstairs (it took 3 tries!) without any complains or groans.”

“The showroom experience was good. Sales staff were efficient and helpful despite it being a busy day. The product is good too. However, the 4 to 5 weeks delivery turned out to be 8 weeks which was disappointing.”

“Excellent service. Would happily recommend them or buy from them again. The delivery team were on the doorstep (in the country near Stratford upon Avon) by about 0720 (and we were their second delivery!). Haven't slept on the sofa bed yet, but as sofa it is just what we we needed and a fine piece of furniture. We are very pleased.”

“Very helpful staff in the Chiswick showroom, given fabric samples to look at at home which did confirm the choices I'd made. Customer services on the phone really helpful, friendly and accommodating trying to find a delivery date and time to best suit me. The delivery team arrived promptly, reassured me there was no problem getting the sofa bed through a fairly narrow doorway, assembled it and showed me how it all worked in about half an hour. The sofa bed is ideal in size, shape, colour and comfort so absolutely delighted. Really cannot fault a seamless team effort from start to finish!”

“Easy to order online, which was followed up by a phone call to confirm all the details. The sofa arrived earlier than expected which was great & the two men who delivered it were exceptionally helpful and friendly, showing exactly how to use the sofa bed and giving advice along the way. We ordered the memory foam mattress which is really comfy. We would order from them again!”
