“I am looking to buy a sofa and a mattress and I spoke with Kelly. I cannot express enough the excellent service I received from her. She was attentive to my needs, answered all my questions, overed every possible suggestion with regard to sending me samples of fabric and worked through measurements. Kelly was polite but appropriately friendly making me feel valued. Because of this charming and professional service I will buy from Willow and Hall providing of course you have what I would like for my house.”

“Our Atworth sofa bed was delivered before Christmas as promised. The delivery men arrived on time and were very careful and helpful and demonstrated how to operate it. The sofa is very comfortable and converts to an excellent bed which our guests thought was lovely (we choose the memory foam mattress as recommended in the showroom).”

“Lovely staff and beautiful velvet samples sent quickly ... but unfortunately the description of the fabric (stain resistant cotton velvet) does not match the composition (100% polyester).”

“When I made an order they rang to check I had seem fabric samples before making my choice, they rang when delivery was going t be delayed. The men who brought the sofa were super - they arrived early in the morning and sat outside until they could see we were up. Explained the working of the sofa bed well.”

“Fast and efficient delivery of the Cosy pack! Lovely to check out the colours of fabrics at home before driving to their showroom. I now feel it will be a worthwhile journey. Willow and Hall were recomended by a friend and I can see why!”

“I loved my sample pack. It looked special and felt like a personal gift. The fabric choices are amazing . Although the website is excellent nothing beats seeing and touching the samples. My choice for my new sofa was confidently made.”

“This was the first order I had placed with W&H, can't fault customer service, product or the delivery service, all was absolutely top service. Only 1 thing I did pick up on was the free cushions to match my sofa bed were not made from the same cloth as my sofa bed so looks out of place so I do not use them as they don't actually look that great.”

“I picked willow&hall after seeing them in goodhousekeeping and they had a sale on and lots of fabrics. Ordered 2 packs of fabrics as couldnít pick but went with stain resistant as got a dog and didnít want it getting ruined. Ordered online and used my magazine code and got all confirmed on email. sofa bed came without any issue and looks good in my spare room. Now the dogs favorite place to sleep!”

“I bought a sofa from willow and hall about 2 years ago so decided to treat myself to a footstool to go with it as always fancied one. I knew which fabric I wanted so just did it all online. Had my delivery day confirmed and time so took the morning off work to wait for it. Unfortunately the drivers got stuck in traffic and ended up being about an hour late which I found out when they arrived. They were perfectly nice and apologetic and i know traffic jams happen but my 4 stars is just because it would have been good if theyíd been able to give me a call. The footstool is gorgeous so apart from that all was good.”

“Sofa bed arrived two weeks ago and had our first guests this weekend, and they raved about how comfy it was. We splashed out on the memory foam mattress and they said it was as comfy as a normal bed. I was happy with my order before but their comments made me decide I needed to leave a review!”

“Whole journey was how I expected to be. Website was simple to use, had a phone call the next day to confirm order, got another call 5 weeks later to book in my delivery. Sofa bed is now in my house! Only thing I would have liked was maybe a progress call a few weeks in to let me know everything was running to time, but given it did I have no complaints.”

“Good website, good service and quality sofa. Found ordering fairly simple and had a call after ordering my sofa to check I understood the options which was a nice touch. Delivery happened within a week of the call to say my sofa was ready. Delivery guys were running about 20mins late but called to let me know. Good experience overall.”
