“Good service, swift responses to emails, brilliant delivery team. Only point - sofas are currently supplied with small metal studs on the feet designed for carpets. We have a wooden floor, so the delivery guys kindly removed the studs and stuck on some felt pads I happened to have - thanks guys. I can personally vouch for the comfort of the bed part of the sofa.”

“Responding to an advert in a magazine, I visited the showroom in London looking to purchase a sofa bed for my sister. From the beginning of this transaction to my sister taking delivery of her beautiful sofa bed, I cannot fault nor praise enough the service I received. I visited many other showrooms, shops and websites before making my selection of Willow and Hall. The showroom had every model on display, with a wonderful selection of styles, sizes and fabrics. The staff were knowledgeable, efficient and helpful regarding seat filling, mattress types and fabric options which helped me select the best sofa bed for my sister. On the appointed day, the sofa was delivered by extremely 'nice' men who took great trouble ensuring the sofa was put together and all packaging removed. My sister loves her sofa, I still have to try out the bed. I recognise this all sounds a bit over the top but I was really impressed by the service, the product and the reasonable cost. I really recommend this company and I am not, nor is any member of my family, in the pay of Willow and Hall.”

“Very helpful, I made the order on line and then recieved a phone cal to check that itwas correct. Excellent service throughout. Sofa bed better than expected, slept on it for a week. It was lovely and comfortable. Recommend it to anyone”

“I spent quite a sum on the 2 couches, wonder if service could be a little more personal e.g. phone call to see if I was happy ? I phoned to say that the delivery men had very dirty hands which I let them wash in my bathroom and use my towels but they still managed to leave dirty fingermarks on the back of one of the cushions. Not a white glove in sight! Not your fault but not mine either and I am left with problem, bit annoying that my 2 new couches are not perfect”

“Lovely company to deal with and they employ their own drivers which is a real bonus as they are charming as well. Sofa bed is brilliant. Very clever design and comfortable to sleep on every night, not just occasionally.”

“I don't normally do 'reviews' and-or 'testimonials' but am happy to do so on this occasion. From the time of submitting the order for my sofa bed 'online' to the point of its delivery to my home by their friendly delivery team, I found the service provided by W & H pleasant, smooth and efficient. It was good to be kept informed of progress throughout.”

“I always knew how my order was progressing. I felt it would have been easy to phone Willow and Hall if I had any questions. Sofa bed was delivered exactly when it was scheduled. My samples were delivered promptly and website information was very accessible. I?m sure that helped me to discuss my order in a clear manner.”
