“All very satisfactory. Good quality product. Excellent choice of fabrics and colours. Delivered within time frame. Kept me well informed on delivery date and time. Delivery men very efficient and careful. Would recommend. Probably won't have a need to buy from them again as would expect new sofa bed to last me out. Just one thing - sofa very heavy to shift with bed frame in and only tiny metal studs fitted to legs. Replaced these with some 50mm furniture gliders ('carpet slippers') from Wilko which make it very easy to push the sofa into place. Liked being able to visit showroom in Chiswick to try out sofas and choose best fabric to go with curtains and carpet. Wouldn't have bought such an expensive item straight off internet otherwise.”

“Totally satisfied through the whole process! Excellent communication along the way, and delivery when promised. The delivery guys were courteous & friendly, and gave a demonstration of the product before leaving us with our lovely new sofa bed which is so simple to use. And great quality too. Highly recommended.”

“Cannot fault them at all. The whole process was an absolute breeze, from ordering, to confirmation, and finally concise communication regarding the delivery. The driver called to confirm when they would be here on the morning as well. They brought the sofa to the room, and assembled the bed into the frame, and took away all the packaging. Extremely efficient and friendly service, I will not hesitate to use them again in future.”

“My ottoman arrived and it is really lovely. The delivery process was excellent - I had a slot of 7-10am and they called at 8.20 to say they were 20 mins away and arrived at 8.40 and were very courteous and helpful. I really appreciate the quality of service you have given. When I placed the order I didn't request a material sample. Someone called me to double check that I was happy about not seeing the material and sent a sample in anycase and advised me that if for any reason I didn't like it, just to let you know. The beautifully presented sample arrived within 2 days and although it was just what I had expected from your website, it was reassuring to have received it. Please thank the team there - the website is clear and easy to navigate, the sales team are thoughtful, proactive and a pleasure to talk to, the product is excellent quality and the delivery was smooth and completely un-frustrating (a rarity!) - so an all round positive and pleasant experience and I will be recommending you to friends and if I need anything else I will be sure to see if it is something you do before I go elsewhere. Thank you Alisoun”

“Very impressed with Willow and Hall's customer service. Without us even requesting it, they sent us a fabric sample of the material we had chosen with time to change our mind if we didn't like it; the sofabed was delivered several weeks ahaead of schedule and the team that delivered the sofa were knowledgeable and charming.”

“They were excellent throughout the buying process. The website was clear and easy to negotiate, and the day after we had ordered online we received a telephone call from a very courteous gentleman to confirm the order. We had plenty of notice of delivery and a three-hour delivery slot. The delivery guys rang us half an hour before arrival, brought the sofa bed in, set it up and demonstrated how it operated. We have since used it very successfully, so all round an unusually good buying experience. I would certainly recommend Willow and Hall to anyone looking to buy a sturdy sofa bed.”

“The entire service was exceptional, from web through to delivery. The team even called us to tell us they were sending a fabric swatch so we knew what we were getting despite us just ordering online. The delivery team were so professional and friendly. They showed us how to operate the sofa bed, they even took all the packaging with them, leaving my room just nicely set up. It was entirely hassle free and their customer journey is perfect!”

“Excellent service. I needed a small sofa bed, however trying to match the colour was not easy over the Internet. I rang up, and was told if I sent a photo of the curtain fabric, they would send a selection of swatches. These arrive quickly, with a Willow & Hall tea bag, one sample was perfect. I ordered over the phone, where I was dealt with very efficiently by a very nice young man! The sofa was expert Y delivered to Yorkshire within the expected delivery time. Thrilled to bits with it,thank you so much.”
