“When visiting in store staff were really knowledgeable and friendly. Ordering over the phone was easy and quick and due to a free slot my sofa even arrived earlier than estimated. All in all a super positive experiende, I have been recommending them to friends”

“Helpful service and reassuring advice was given when ordering and checking likely accessibility of our staircase for a sofa bed. Ordering was straightforward and, although it took a little longer than expected for our sofa bed to be made and delivered, it was well worth th wait. The friendly delivery team were dead on time on delivery day and worked quickly to put the sofa bed together, removing all packaging.”

“There was a delay in the delivery due to traffic and we were promptly informed about it and given the choice of a delivery quite late in the evening or the following day. We chose the following day and the sofa was installed swiftly and efficiently and our old sofa was moved to an upstairs room.”

“We were looking for a sofa bed that didn't look like a sofa bed! Success! The Hamptworth sofa is very handsome! We ordered online, but W&H still rang to check the order was ok. It was delivered faster than their estimated time and the delivery team were incredibly helpful.”

“Good product - poor after sales service. I ordered 2 sofas (over £3000) so expected to be kept informed of progress especially as I was going on holiday. I received a confirmation email but then my order disappeared into a black hole. I signed up to an account because I was told I could track my order but in fact my order never appeared on the account - just a message saying 'you have placed no orders' - so no help there. After a few weeks I tried to send an email asking for progress but the 'I'm not a robot' icon wouldn't work and then the web site went off line! I then called and was told I would receive information by a certain date - nothing! I then called a few days after this and was told the order was complete and I would receive a call from the delivery firm within 24 hours. Again nothing! So I called again and finally the delivery company got in touch and were very efficient. Willow and Hall need a better system for keeping their customers informed of progress with large orders.”

“Ordering was easy. Kept updating me on when it would be available. Sent a sample of the material when I forgot to ask for one. Drivers were great. Phoned me to update me on delivery time and hit it exactly. Very cheerful guys. Showed me what to do and left, taking all the packaging with them. I have used as a bed and it is very comfortable. I would and have recommended them to all and sundry”
