“Wish straight up steals your money, gives you NOTHING in return, and then GHOSTS you so you can never get your money back! It is Disgraceful, Fraudulent, and unacceptable in its practices! They need to be stopped.”

“I would give them a ZERO! I ordered 3 masks from the same company and they only sent me one! They refuse to give me my money back! 90 percent of what you buy is JUNK anyways! CHINA 🇨🇳 is FULL of DISHONEST CRIMINALS. They barely allow you to say anything, they end up giving you 3-4 choices! They refuse to send my items. I paid for 3 masks and only got one- total of $18 for one dam mask!”

“I was looking at bedspreads but never ordered I noticed $83 .00 deducted from my account .Tried to cancel the order and was told it had been processed .but could cancel it when it arrived 3 weeks later I was told my order was being processed. The bedspread arrived now cannot get response from Wish .my fault should have read the reviews first .No more business from me or my friends .”

“Limted deals. Price flipped to a regular price once I received the deal. So I won an item of $58. Paid the 79 cents. Then I get charged the full price today . Twice on 2 different deals. All you talk to is an auto bot. I guess I will go to the bank about the bait and switch.”

“The products ordered are usually very bad, cheap quality, they operate with low price but playing with huge shipping cost, and nonsense customer support. You will reach a chatbot, i asked an operator but just chatbot answer, not reading the claim till the end. Not recommended! There are more better options to order in other places/sites, more reliable ones.”

“Sent faulty far east rubbish product, then when trying to get poblem resolved they won't do anything until you install their app. If you don't install it and follow their links you keep getting an error message. Absolute disgraceful bunch of conmen.”

“WISH.com is a criminal activity. The government needs to step in and help the consumer who is being cheated constantly. There is no such thing as "customer support" and no phone number or anyone to talk to to correct a problem. Every customer review is negative and TRUE. BEWARE !! Believe me...they are crooked!! They just ignore your complaints in sly and lying replies. Don't be a fool and give them your credit card number. Don't expect a refund, thats a lot of BS.”

“What a disfunctional fraudulent webshop. I ordered an item and immidiatly tried to cancel it but help desk told me that it was immpossible because it was already on its way to me haha. according to terms you have 8 hours to cancel without costs!”

“I ordered a bike. I received confirmation on Dec.16th 2020 to say it had been delivered. IT HAD NOT. Something was delivered to elderly neightbours 4 houses away by Hermes. Not a bike, some cheap rubber gym equipment. Their Customer Service is the worst l have contemplated, all automated. To date l am now up to 41 emails. All saying the same. I do believe they hope you get fed up and stop. IMPOSSIBLE TO RECEIVE A REFUND. IN THEORY THEY ARE THIEVES, TAKING MONEY AND NO GOODS RECEIVED. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE. I NOTICE ON BIZ THEY HAVE HAD OVER 5000 COMPLAINANTS”

“The item that I ordered was supposed to be delivered in Dec 31. Today is Jan 9 and it’s still not arrived. Tried to contacted the customer support in the app but the questions that they have do not correspond to my case and there is no live chat. I emailed the customer support asking for a refund, their reply is that they don’t do it via Email and that it has to be done in the app, while in the app there is no way you can request a refund. I feel that they’re trying to waste some time until the refund period is over.”
