I have been waiting for 4 months already ordered in march and according to wish delivery will now only be in october so sewen months for a jump rope and a pair of earrings. Keep it just give me my money back.

I paid for several item and ive waited months but never got my goods. No customer support or refunds available its a con.

Before you buy first check other online shopping they might be cheaper than wish and you Get it earlier. With wish you may expect 2,3 months if you buying stuff for kids,pets no Worthy by the time you get won't fit

Nightmare experience. Covid-19 related safety products took 8 weeks to deliver when promised for 4 days. Customer Support doesn't read what you are saying. They won't accept a return and their computer just sends you round in circles. I have blocked them from my credit card. They are happy to lose all goodwill and get all these rubbish reviews for a transaction worth £12. There are far better ways to buy online.

Going on three months and still no order from Wish . This company should have been shut down a long time ago if it's even a company at all . These are pirates using our money to make themselves rich . They need to be shut down immediately.

Wish is the worst. They have terrible customer service; they are not the least helpful and not at all apologetic for their mistakes. The ads do not mention delivery time before your order is confirmed and dispatched and it's too late to cancel. This gets even worse when they don't even stick to the delivery time provided after order confirmation; instead keep postponing the date again and again and then some more. So basically I paid 18 AUD shipping fee for a 4 month delivery time because I thought it would get delivered much sooner for such a high shipping fee instead it's taking longer than free shipping or low cost shipping by any other company like Ali Express or Shein. I ordered winter jackets and boots and by the time I will receive my products, winter will be over in Sydney. The customer support was utterly useless, rude and unhelpful when I wanted to cancel my orders and asked for a refund. So save yourself some time,money and headache and never shop using Wish.

I havent received any of my orders. They have changed the order date 2x! I cannot complain or ask for a refund because “my order is still in transit”. It will be 4 months that I will be waiting for my order. There is no customer support. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!

Long wait time. 2months. Ordered one size gloves added shipping. Added another size. more shipping. One order??? Got one size, the other was not there. Nothing from Wish. Eat it I guess.

If there was a minus then it would have been the lowest minus ever. False advertisement and a big scam. Ordered and paid for a box of 100 gloves and received only 2 individual after waiting for almost 2 months.

After 30 days if you haven't received your item you are entitled to get your money back. This happened to me it took about 2 months delivery I googled it found the 30 day thing , contacted PayPal and in 2 days I had my money back

If I could give zero stars I most certainly would I used to actually get my stuff from wish I only had a pair of socks not ever arrive so I felt safe to do multiple orders the majority of that stuff has not arrived we’re going on four months now! Today when I looked at my order history they’ve now moved everything to the end of August I have about 15 items with partial refunds some of them I was supposed to be able to get them today but now there’s not even an option for that they just say we refunded you they only refunded me the shipping fees not the money for the actual items that have never arrived I hate Wishnow zero customer service they don’t care they’re neverItems avoid them like the black plague

do not buy from this app/company. it's all from China and the shipping on items is around 4 to 5 months. I'm still waiting on my products and I don't see any customer service that actually works. This is one of those nightmares that you just kick yourself forever giving it a shot. SCAM.

Its funny everytime i post a bad review thet say sorry yet i have now been waiting over 3 months 4 somthing thats still in china its a joke people do urself a favour pay the extra 20 bucks and buy local they going broke they take ur money and sit on it to claim interest once they have that then they might give it back if ur lucky

I ordered alcohol wipes on April 28 at the height of the pandemic.The product was scarce so I did not care how much it was. The estimated delivery date was May1-5, tracking on wish assistant got moved to May 25.When I did not get the product by end of May, I tried to just cancel the product because by then I figured I would not get it.I wrote to customer service and was told the product will arrive by June 16.I tried to get a refund but I was told the delivery date was now July 9.I went to the Wish assistant and I was given a shipping refund and to come back if by July 9 I still do not have the product and bu July24 I would get a full refund. I wrote again on July9 and tried to get a refund because I I feel I was just getting the run around. I was told to wait again and also if I go back to the order details with wish assistant and I do not see the refund window, it means i no longer am eligible for a refund. I looked and I could not find the refund window anymore.How can a company do this to people? It is not so much the price of the product but the way they conduct their business. It is totally disrespectful to people. They treat you like a simpleton! They hang you on tenterhooks and they just want you to give up! i can not believe a San Francisco Company does this! It is crooked and someone needs to look into their business practice. How can a reasonable person believe that in this day and age, (even in this pandemic) that waiting for a product for more than 80 days is acceptable and refuse to stand by their service by not giving a full refund for a product that never arrived? What a scam! Never order from this website , there is a slew of reputable websites out there.

I regret the day I saw wish popping on fb page!! I made an order on 13 th may 2020 and I was meant to receive it on 11 th June,as the days got closer,they shifted and extended it to 26th June, I kept my patience. As if that wasn't enough when the day's got closer they extended it again to 1st July thinking that was so far!! As the days approached the same they extended it again to 16th July and as I speak since they know ,16 was few days away they extended the order again to 7thAugust. I should have thought twice before placing the order because my goods are showing already in transit the destination ctry, it's better you make an error on app so that others won't fall victim's I will never ever buy from wish and if there's any way I could give a negative review,I would do it!!! I am here in false hope that you will deliver maybe after a year but I dare you the day you deliver is when I uninstall your app

You are required to read the TOS, and I suggest you do so thoroughly. The essentially absolve their organization of any responsibility to deliver, I am still waiting for a paperback birthday gift ordered in May, as of July it was still unmoved in China, and is now expected after.....October. Not allowed to cancel without possible CHARGES. THIS IS WHY THEY HAVE AN "F" rating from Better Business Bureau, many complaints of this same issue, as well as past indiscretions with class action suits. You may WISH you never heard of them.

Clothing is junk. They change your shipping dates back a month and blame it on Corona! Its the second time I order a bunch of stuff and wait almost 3 months to get it. It sits in places in transit for weeks on end and costumer service Is a automated thing on line. Last time I order from them. Gave them a second chance and they blew it. I’ll or on amazon and pay the extra and get my items in a reasonable time.

10 July 2020 Folks! Read the reviews of your customer service. I visited my bank today and they will try a) block payment to Wish.com b) try to recover my payment to Wish. com. Just reflect: all your dissatisfied customers will go around their world: real and digital and warn everyone to avoid Wish.com like the virus! The personnel from Wish.com who were supposedly trying to solve my problem gave singularly futile directions! Egregiously dishonest! I happen to be a disabled 83 year old and I believe your treatment of me is shameful elder abuse!
