“Only half of the items we ordered arrived after months of wait. The other half just disappeared and you don't have a tracking number in the US. Just hope they will arrive. for the items that did not arrive, you will get partial refund and that is about 1/3 of the total price that you purchased. Shipping fee and tax is not included int he refund. Customer service just automated message and you will never get to speak to a live person. So, make your purchase and take the risk that most of your items may never arrive and you will not going to get your money back. We don't even know if all the items did shipped to the country because there is no tracking number once it reached your country. They can just ship anything to any address and the only information you will get is that they shipped to your country. Now, it is your issues.”

“Ordered something on May 8th 2020, still hasnt arrived. All useless automated chats, no phone support. No explanation what so ever. They just keep moving arrival date everytime they pass the said date. Now its moved to Aug 18th 2020 after the date has been changed 4 times. Big fat scam”

“DO NOT USE BUYER BEWARE Waited 3 months for my order which never arrived. They hide behind a 30day refund policy which is useless when it takes months to arrive. DO NOT USE BUYER BEWARE.”

“I just noticed a trend that has been happening with my orders lately. The original delivery being approximately a month. As the delivery date approaches and the shipment never leaves China it gets pushed off another month (which means it's another month before I get refunded). Just out of curiosity I counted my orders from January to May. In that time frame: 105 orders and 28 received! Eventually I will get refunded if I keep on top of them. I'm beginning to think that Wish is just using our money with no intention of ever sending the products! Think about it folks, thousands even hundreds of thousands of people order a product, they have the money for 2 months! It's called float! I have done my best to give Wish the benefit of a doubt, but I think I've been naive!”

“Placed and was charged for the item on May 9, 2020. Delivery delayed multiple times with the item promised by July 4th. Did not arrive. Contacted 'bot' customer service. Received an immediate partial refund and told that I had to wait an additional month before I could claim the balance of the refund due to me. This company has some unique items, but a TERRIBLE shipping system. This was my first purchase....and guess what...IT WILL BE MY LAST ONE. Good luck to those of you they suck in with their slick ads and 'low' pricing. Just be sure you are ready to take a long journey with them before you make a purchase. You may or you may not get it.”

“Worst customer service ever. I ordered 7 items on April 22, after almost 2 months I received only 1 item. They refuse to give me a refund for the other 6 items. And I conveniently can no longer look at tracking or any information about those missing 6 items. Avoid this company. They take ur money n don't send ur items. SCAM COMPANY”

“They set themselves up for automatic monthly payments of $75 a month through my PayPal account when I placed a one time order for that amount. The Items ordered never arrived.”

“I have been buying from wish since 2017, I bought up to 70 items in various orders and there is only two items I did not receive which is not a big deal because if I do not get an item on time I asked for a refund, refund is granted and when the item come I get to keep it. The first time I didn't know whether to trust so I decided to take advantage of a promotion in which you can use a code that reaches 50% discount on the cart and shipping, CODE: ( yltwdyp ). Apart from some of the item looking cheap and some of their sizes or off they offer some really nice things especially their shoes I love the ones I bought. If they realized you do not received your item on the schedule date they are sending you a message asking if you receive this item. For the person who have bad experience I don’t know what happen but I enjoy buying from wish. I recently order a sneaker.”

“My experience with wish. 1, The very few items I did receive were such poor quality they were either broken or missing in the packaging or fell apart within hours of using them. 2. Most items simply didn't arrive, currently on 66 days shipment for some! Wish have now restricted my account for "abuse of the returns pokicy". This basically means I was unhappy with either receiving junk or not receiving things at all. Yes it is cheap but what's the point if it's cheap junk or never arrives!”

“I personally have been ordering from Wish for 2 + years and have NEVER had issues with them. Great prices just don't understand why their shipping charges are so high. I guess it is to offset the low price of the product. There can be a long wait time for most things since they come from China, but I am aware of that and lately they have been exceptionally fast with deliveries from there too. I know a lot of people worry about their credit card info but I use PayPal and have never had issue. The first time i used wish i didn’t know whether to trust so i decided to pay the least possible with this code: ( yltwdyp ), till 50% off on cart and shipping. Just make sure you read entire description for each product for size and amounts. Then you wont be disappointed.”

“I order my watch band on May 19th. It’s June 28th and I still do not have my order. My arrival date has been extended 3 different times. I no longer want the watch band. Refund my money ASAP! The shipping wait time is unrealistic and not worth it regardless of how cheap the shipping price is. This was their response “ We're sorry to hear that your Handmade for Apple Watch Band Vegan Leather Braided Fancy The adjustable Strap hasn't reached you yet! Your order is still within the estimated shipping window, and is currently set to arrive by July 12, 2020. We truly appreciate your patience and hope your item arrives soon!” They hope it arrives soon smh.. July 12th is the third extended date they have given me since May 19th when I place the order. I will never buy from wish again. I don’t recommend you do either!”

“I lost $40 for the Order #: 5df65026f1a4462eb685f7f0 I put two orders last year around Christmas 2019. After shipping took too long, WISH decided to close the file and didn't want to refund. When I requested for a refund they answered me "Sorry, we have no information about your order because the file was been closed". Too bad too sad. Hard to trust such unreliable company.”

“I will give this website a 3.5.I did received the merchandise two months after i ordered. Except, nothing comes close to the colors i ordered. Nor the styles i ordered. Quality is similar to clothes sold at a cheap bazaar. I will try to take pictures of what i ordered and what they sent me. Clothes are wearable for the summer specially for around the house. Size did match the sizes i ordered. Charmwish,i will suggest posting pictures of what you have available and exactly what the merchandise really looks like.”
