Wish POLICY is to steal your money. They charge without any confirmation of shipping, recieving and then close your refund window. Which makes wish double garbage as you can't expect what you pay for, for several weeks anyway.

Same as everyone. Never received product. Shipping times changed 3 times now November. Can’t get refund because it not 30 days late. Will never be 30 day’s late because they just keep changing shipping dates. Scam. BBB says don’t use.

Ordered a pool June 12 deadline to receive July 12. Little to no movement deadline pushed to July 21 . I do sent was if not received by deadline cancel load. 2 months later pool is still in China. Deadline pushed to Sept 21 with no option to cancel just return when received. Meanwhile they have had my money for 2 months. I have heard similar stories. It’s a scam and I have filed a complaint with the Missouri attorney general. I don’t need a pool in sept. Avoid wish at all costs. If not you wil l WiSH you had!!!!!!

I ordered 13 items in May. Shipping delivery date was aprox early-late June. A few days before last day of shipping window, dates were changed to early-mid July. A few days before I was supposed to get my orders, the dates were once again changed to late August. Im unable to get refund on all products because its within the shipping window date that they changed last minute. My stuff has been sitting at transit hub since early June. How am I supposed to get a refund of the date changes a few days before stated arrival? A person can only get a refund after products are delivered. A service rep emailed me who spoke spanish, who got my order wrong, saying, "Sorry you havent recieved your jeans, looks like your order is still in the shipping window dates. Thank you for your patience." I did not order jeans, and nothing was mentioned of my refund or my unhappiness. Wish sells low quality products. They make cheap copycats of other artists stuff and sell it like its their own. They use other sites pictures to advertise their junk amd get away with it even when they are taken to court. A complete rip off do not buy from this site ever or refer to friends.

Clothing items shrink in the wash or tear as stitching is bad Quality of material is bad Delivery is random or does not get delivered to schedule refund is hard to get when the item is wrong Nothing like the photo dvertise

They are a fraud! The company is located in China, not in the USA. You will never receive your order, or they will send you the complete garbage or dirty, smelly worn clothes. Read bad reviews and report these scammers to FBI! https://complaint.ic3.gov/default.aspx?

Ordered 7 weeks ago - 6 items and have not received anything. Just got notice that I will not receive anything till August 27 at the earliest. THAT'S 12 WEEKS!!!! Ordered 2 items from eBay on same day - have received both already from Hong Kong. Cannot cancel and cannot contact company that sold items. DO NOT BOTHER WITH WISH. WISH I HADN'T.

I have an item that has had its delivery cancelled! I don’t know who or why it was cancelled but customer Service cannot grasp the concept that this delivery has been cancelled and refuse to refund on the grounds that it’s original estimated delivery date was the 7th of August and cannot issue a refund till then because they think A CANCELLED DELIVERY will still get delivered. I’ve tried to raise several points but keep getting the same email again and again claiming to have resolved the issue by stating they can’t issue a refund until a CANCELLED DELIVERY doesn’t get delivered. How the heck they don’t get the concept that it’s not going to get delivered because the delivery has been cancelled is beyond me and beyond their comprehension!

After making an initial purchase and finding out how long shipping would take coming from China, they gave an estimated 90 days, I made another purchase of similar products from only vendors specifically labeled “Shipped from United States”. No matter where in the United States the items were shipped, they should have arrived sooner then 90 days, even using the slow USPS. There’s no way to see estimated arrival or where items are shipping from till after purchase. All items that I purchased labeled “Shipped from United States” were shipped from China. I contacted customer service and told them this and gave them screen shots of the proof of advertising of shipping from United States. They refused to address the issue, they would only talk about how I had to wait for the ETA date before saying something should have arrived and other shipping excuses, nothing at all related to the false advertising. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

i received an item 100.00 it fell apart i then started a return was sent a return label with tracking. they received the item back july 9th. they are saying they never received it even though the usps tracking shows delivered to their address. May communications later and i use that term lightly{robots} still the same thing they keep asking for the same thing i keep sending the info and tracking they say no and the funny thing they want to send me another shipping label haha. All responses in foreign language also. dont use wish

I ordered 2 9" bread proofing baskets on May 4, and then again on May 12, as a gift. The projected arrival dates on their website changed daily, and when I checked July 19, one order was to arrive on Aug. 12, and the other Aug. 20. I never got notification that they were delayed. I tried twice to cancel both orders as I needed the items now, and my messages were never replied to. One of the items showed up today, July 20, with no notification it was coming, but the other has not arrived. I have no idea who delivered it. It just showed up on my doorstep with no notice. In the meantime, I got tired of waiting and ordered the same items on Amazon on July 12 and received them on July 14, for half the price, literally.

i ordered phone cases and they keep extending my arrival date was suppose to be july 11 then july 29th now it says sept 22 2020 this is nuts i order other items from other sites ebay ect and some come from china and always on time covid hasent affected them why is wish keep extending my shipping date i need phone case now '''''''

Ordered an item in at the beginning of June. Original "revised" ETA was June 17th. Now pushed back to Oct 1st. After reading all the horrible reviews, I do not expect it to arrive at all. DEFINITELY not worth the few dollars I thought I was saving.

I ordered some lights from Wish. Good price and date of arrival was early June. Nothing came despite stating that the item has despatched. Then on checking my original confirmation email the arrival time has been moved to mid July, and now to October. I tried to contact their customer service which is non existent and faced with a bot stating that as it is not delivery date yet, be patient. They just keep moving the date, never arriving. There are no products just a scam, and there is no one to contact either by messaging, chat, email, phone etc. Just give them your money and that's it. And now you are also subject to their spam selling emails about 5 or 6 a day each and every day. Products look good and cheap. Of course they can be cheap, as you just pay them, and get nothing. Avoid like the plague!!!

I ordered a handful of products in April. They are now scheduled to arrive in September. Totally unacceptable. The silver lining is that the credit card I charged them to has been closed. So I will be spared the trouble of returning them. Fellow customers: AVOID this TERRIBLE company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 3 shirts from Wish.com in early June of this year. I was supposed to get them in July which I accepted, but I just received an email that the shirts would not be arriving until October 5-Nov 29th! I told them this was not acceptable. I am up north for the summer and by that time I will be back in Florida. I attempted to cancel the order via email which is the only way to communicate with them. I received and email stating that once the purchase is in shipping that it cannot be cancelled. How can it be in the shipping process if it won't get here until October and I ordered them in June? At this point I will NEVER buy anything from Wish.com again. I've ordered a couple of things from Wish and honestly, they are not worth the savings. Their products are very inferior and they charge astronomical shipping fees. Not very happy with them.

I ordered products from Wish on June 15, 2020 & to this day (July 19, 2020) have not received them. So I emailed the customer service dept. to request a refund and was told that I can't get a refund because my order was on its way. I was told to expect it by Sept. 22, 2020, 3 months after ordering it. It's mighty funny how Wish got the money out of my account within minutes after ordering but I have to wait this absurd amount of time to receive my order. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I will never ever order from them again. And if anybody reading this review is smart, they won't order from them either.
