“This company fraudulently listing the products in Swiss Francs trying to awake the feeling is a Swiss company , in fact is a Chinese fraud company . I have ordered two bluetooth earphones worth Sfr 24.60 . I have received a product not macthing my order with Chinese language audio menu , poor quality and completely other than described on the advertised photo. BOYCOTT WISH OF CHINA !!!”

“Compleat fraudulent site. I Ordered items they took my money. Two days later I was informed not in stock. ? AH" WHY ADVERTISE THEY ARE THEN?? Still waiting for a refund over 2 months ago. Constantly E emailing just fobbing me off saying " refund given". BS. I have not received any monies back. I FEEL ROBBED TOOK ADVANTAGE OFF (FROM A SO CALLED RENOWED SITE...... (WISH)... ANY REVIEWS THAT SAY GREAT SERVICE ARE CLEARLY PART OFF THE SCAM. DO NOT BYE FROM WISH THEY ARE LIARS AND ITS ALL A CON?????”

“I ordered 5 items from wish on June8,2020. I was supposed to get them by the end of July. When July came and went ,I told them I never received anything they said give it a week or two. So buy August I still never received anything so I told them again by now they want me to find the order number ( it doesn't show up any of my orders ) all it says is it was delivered . Why do they have track your order . It tells you it was delivered to your home. Then another month goes by (it is now September 15 2020) wish says wait a week or two again . So I text again and they want me to reorder the items ( I said NO) so they can get more money from me . Then it is now October 6,2020 and they want to know if I want a refund or to reorder ( I want what they took out from my account the first time).THIS WISH COMPANY IS A BIG SCAMMER CORPORATION. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!”

“WARNING to prospective customers. I got charged for 3 items that I did not order and I emailed them to cancel immediately. I got a refund for one item only. Despite numerous attempts through the support section where the items are shown as refunded and issue resolved no refund was received for 2 of the items leaving me at a loss of €41. I tried to get satisfaction by emailing them on numerous occasions but had no success.”

“I ordered a wolf hoody in April and it arrived 12 weeks later. I had placed another order the same day for 2 different hoodies and one arrived 16 weeks later having been delayed for so long but one hoody was missing. They marked my order as dispatched and received. I contacted them via ‘ my orders’ on the log in page and notified them one was missing. I’ve since logged back in only to find there’s no pending order now showing and no reply from customer service. I shall not be using this company again !”

“people beware,wish are as bad as scammers,a product i ordered is nothing like what i recieved,so all i wanted to do was send me the product i ordered as in the picture,but NO,i did what they said and went through the customer service,and at the end,got a choice of wish cash or full refund,,so goodie,i press one of the options,straight away,comes up mmm sorry we cant process this right now try again later,so i tried the other option,same automated message,ive tried over and over.ive even emailed headquarters of wish,no joy,so il never buy or recomend wish to anybody again,i have no idea how they keep there buisness running,probably on everybodys money,they are the worst company i have ever come across,just rip everybody off”

“A few weeks ago I received a package from Wish. I contacted my bank to see if I had a charge from them on any of my Credit cards. There was a charge of $47.08. I disputed the charge and waited to hear from Wish to see how they were going to handle the charge and the return process. I received notice from my bank that the dispute was denied. I cannot find any order confirmation, etc. from Wish. The items that are supposedly in the package were only put on my wish list and never placed the order. I am so freaking angry...this is a process called "brushing". Shame on you as a company, that you would stoop so low to make a dollar. Send me the necessary information for returning the unopened package and for refunding my money. Janell Moser”

“This is a scam. I ordered 4 different items and received none so far. Each time I went on the app I was asked to wait a little bit longer and today they informed me that it's too late to ask for a refund. Do not trust these thieves.”

“All i want to do is exchange a pair of pants for larger size. Trying to get customer service is impossible. Finally got auto`response. They wants more pictures of the pants, inside and outside the bag. I already sent them pic. Pants still have tags on. They're making it difficult on purpose.”
