Wish is a scam ! 1 out of 10 items you order may arrive, and if it does arrive, it’s usually defective or not at all what you ordered, they give fake tracking numbers and customer service is a bot! There’s absolutely no one you can contact, don’t even try ! I know the prices are great, but if you never receive what you order, how good are the prices ! PLEASE take my advice, do not but from this scam Chinese ripoff website

Honestly I would give them a zero or even negative stars if that were an option. I placed an order on March 8, 2020, and still have not received it. After ordering the item my estimated shipping window was April 5 - April 29. Still ridiculous, but I thought maybe COVID-19 was impacting their shipments. With that being said after not receiving my package my April 29th I sent an email to customer service. I received a very basic message back stating that I was still in the shipping window (which I wasn't) and that I should be receiving it by May 6th. Yesterday, on May 7th I still had not received my package and sent another email. Once again I received an email back stating that I was still in the shipping window. After that I got pretty heated because 1. I believe I am talking to a bot and their customer service is made up and 2. I am far from the shipping window. It should not take 2 months to receive a package. I asked for a refund, and they will not give me one. WISH IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

I ordered some eyelash serum turns out it was counterfeit woke up with swollen eye and very sore was given a refund

I ordered two items back in February 2020 and still have not had them delivered and it is now the middle of May. I have been trying to get my money back for a while now and have had no success. I guess this company is a real sham. D.M., Oshawa, ON

Buyer Beware of the Wish Website, this Wish website is a SCAM. Will steal your money and never send you the product! I am very careful when I buy from websites by seeking reviews, but because of the Covid-19 Pandemic, I rushed into placing an order of toilet paper on the Wish website, which was urgently needed at the office where I work. Wish advertised 1 box of 48 paper roll for $29/Box, plus shipping $9.00, Total $38/box. I placed an order on April 11 for 3 boxes with an expected delivery April 25. We have a small office of 10 people; 3 boxes would last us about 3 months. The order was for a total $114.00 Next day, Sunday, April 12, I got an email from Wish website with tracking # UPS 1ZW22A810378941474 that their Store: Robert Pollard in Kentucky had shipped the order to Florida with an ETA of April 25. Strangely, 3 days later, on Wednesday April 15 at 1:30 PM 04/15/2020 1:35 P.M, I got an email from Wish website that the order had been delivered to our Tampa office. There is no way, you can ship on a Sunday and 3 days later, you get the order. That was the first Red flag!! We have a small office, with just one door, where all deliveries are made, during the day the office is always open, I can see the area from my desk. I got up to see if they had delivered somewhere else, but there was nothing. I checked the UPS website with that tracking number and requested a Proof of Delivery (POD), which I am attaching. It turns out, the Tracking number is a fake POD, it does have the tracking number Wish website provided, 1ZW22A810378941474, I realize, the ext. line shows the weight as 1.2 Lbs., the weight of each box with 48 rolls of toilet paper is 19 lbs., 3 boxes are 57 lbs. Further down in the POD, you can read that Wish left the goods at “Locker”, well we don’t have a “Locker” in the office, but even if we did, you could not possibly fit 3 boxes each with 48 rolls, for a total of 144 rolls into a locker. By now I realize, I have been scammed by the Wish Website. I called UPS, they told me to open a claim as “damaged” product, and by “damage” it meant, all products were missing. UPS confirmed they could not possibly have delivered 3 boxes with a weight of 1.2 lbs. and into any locker. UPS backed my claim, but told me that I should contact “Amazon” since the account that originated the tracking # was an Amazon account. I told UPS, this was an order from the Wish Website, they told me that they used an Amazon account #. I have been emailed Wish multiple times in reference to this order, what they said was, you placed an order, the order was delivered, end of story, check our policies. They don’t want to hear that the POD is fake, that the weight of the order is 1.2 lbs., or that it was delivered to a Locker as opposed to an office address. To make a long story short, the Wish website is using clever tools to make it look as though they shipped the goods with a tracking number and that the product was delivered, when in fact, you will never get the product, and even using fake UPS tracking numbers using “Amazon” accounts. Buyer Beware - this Wish website is a SCAM – Wish takes your money and never delivers the product, but it sends you a fake tracking number, but no product.

Purchased items. They came but then someone from China used my bank account numbers and made fraudulent purchases went back into wish looked up my account and sure enough they changed my primary address to a warehouse in Florida. Changed my name and everything. I was passed. Thank God I caught it in time and cancelled the fuckers order and my bank refunded me my 95.00 dollars. Make sure you take your banking or credit card info out of wish.

Unfortunately these products are really, really cheap and often arrive damaged. Refunds are easy to request, but it's a shame these products are not worth the money asked for them, you are mainly paying for shipping costs, the money won't be paying those making them.

2 months ago i ordered the "free gift" thing, and they needed my card info. i went to super store and got a visa gift card, it had $25 in it. after a i ordered the product, i checked how much money my gift card had. There was 0.59 cents in the card, i haven't even used this gift card yet! DO NOT USE WISH

Terrible experience with this company. They sent me an email saying my order has been delivered, yet i did not receive my order. I contacted UPS with the tracking number Wish had provided in the email. They informed me that this tracking number belonged to a different customer than me. Tried several times to email wish to get an answer to no avail. I contacted my American Express card asked for a refund. Do not purchase from them.

I waited 5 weeks and I have not gotten the item. I asked that my item be canceled they refused. Once you the item maybe mpths later, then you have to pay big bucks to send it back to China. When you order from them they always say you are getting your item within 2 weeks, but when you return to the website days later it changes the date to 6- 8 weeks later than they originally said.

Ok my sister ordered A special type of markers on March 21. It said it's coming between March 21 to Mai 6 an i think that's really stupid. And guess what, todays Mai 6 and it's still no here. I'm sure that me and my familly will never use wish ever again because obviously wish want you to wish it came but no, it's just a scam. I been mad but never this mad. I WANT MY SISTER TO GET HER SPECIAL MARKERS NOW. Or else i'm going on the media to tell people what wish really is. This sucks. Also thank you soooo much for letting my sister be so upset today, thank you for the sorrow you have provided. She really needed those special markers for the new buissness she wanted to create. And those markers was a big part of what she needed for her buissness but i guess so people just don't understand that.

Horrible company. They're blaming their slow delivery on the crisis but Amazon and eBay making their deliveries on time. It's been well over a month and my product has only moved twice!!!!! STILL SITTING OVER SEAS!!!!!! AND WHEN THEY CAN'T KEEP THEIR DELIVERY DATE THEY KEEP MOVING IT BACK!!!! AND THE WORST THING IS YOU CAN'T CANCEL YOUR ORDER!!!! EVERYTHING IS AUTOMATED COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!!!!!!

scam seller used different house number same city to show delivered and to get pay nothing delivered to my house no refund issue because showed tracking was delivered I have hard time from wish costumer service no refund

About 5 months ago, I purchased Men's Red Mesh See-Through Underwear. Of course, i just clued into ordering by size, that my Medium is actually Size XL. The underwear was at least 2 sizes too small. Not to mention, also they are the most uncomfortable underwear I've ever obtained in my Life. Talk about painting them on! LOL Another issue I have, is that in November 2019, I purchased the NOVA Professional Hair Trimmer. I asked for Orange, they sent me Red instead. Also, the Blade attachment does not clip on to the end of the trimmer at all. Appears to be broken? I'm on a new journey now. Im abouy to call the Manufacturer for NOVA in China, very soon. To see if they'll fix it or perhaps just exchange it for a new one! I'll try to keep you all posted in the near forthcoming future. Which results I achieved or not? But seriously, it got to the point to be just a little aggravating overall. Trying daily, to clip this thing together. I certainly hope, they'll actually exchange it for a new "Orange" one! Would have given a lower score but that wasn't an option. Placed an order in February which hasn't arrived. Emailed customer services several times to say it hasn't arrived. Then received an email telling me i have to pay for the item ....AGAIN IT HASN'T ARRIVED!!! when i informed them of this for about the 5th time they said their records state it was posted through my letter box ( i don't have a letter box!) and that therefore i have to pay for it....this isnt the first time something hasn't shown up or has got lost in the post but usually they are ok with it and either send a replacement or refund the money. I dont see why i should have to ay for something i haven't got!
