I ordered items related to this pandemic on June 6th. The date of its arrival was a huge determination on whether I would order it through Wish or Elsewhere. I have yet to get the simple order, and Have been told multiple times the date will be extended. I may not even still be working or at the same address if they push it back again. ZERO customer support......please reaffirm my faith in you- I have always ordered through amazon- I was hoping for some competition.

In May 2020 I ordered 10 items from wish, in mid July they trickled in 1 by 1. Still waiting for 3 items. So far, the items are of very poor quality, & 3 out of the 4 blouses I ordered are too small. Wish suggested to order a size up from what the consumer usually wears, so I did. Still too small tho. However, they did refund me for 2 of them, didn't require for me to return the items. Trying to track an item from overseas is damn near impossible. Have no idea where my other 3 items are. EVERYTHING to do with trying to contact wish is a no go. Total automated robotics on their end. Frustrating ASF!

I have an email invoice for £199/99 and I have never placed an order with them it is for a computer part and I do not have a computer. Sorry I can't upload any details but I do wonder how they got my email address. The gentleman who answered the phone said my order would be cancelled, but did he just want my bank details. Was it a scam . I think perhaps I should pass this information on to the fraud squad worried pensioner Bicester

They one of the worse of all company. Take forever get the product. what they show on the site does not look anything close to what I purchase. They keep giving me a run around on a broken not working equipment. ALL PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. SCAMMERS

Scam. Please do not buy anything from Wish. Ordered in early May but never received anything. The delivery schedule was set from july, to August, now is sept. I just dont know why their website is not shut down. They should be responsible for this scam. Please goverment please shut down this scam.

Wish is a total garbage website full of copyrighted items. As a graphic designer I reported my items several times for copyright infringement. They were removed within 48 hours but a week later they are stolen again by a different seller on Wish... I ordered once in the past (2 items) and one package had a fake tracking number and of course I never received it and the second item was an empty package!!! The customer service was very bad and softer sending them at least 10 messages (you can’t reach them by phone) I gave up and lost $35.

Product comes in a thin paper rectangular box necessary to hold 100 individual pieces. This box was packed and mailed in a small flat padded envelope. Needless to say the box was destroyed. Company never responded to correspondence asking to make the situation right.

If I could give it a zero, I would. I didn't realize I was ordering from China (my bad). I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. I ordered May 27. When it didn't arrive, and didn't arrive, I checked tracking. Only then did I realize it was coming from China and expected delivery was July 5. It is now July 28 and no delivery...new date expected September 5. I cannot use this dress at this point and several emails went unanswered. I opened a case with Paypal, which took 2-3 weeks to close, but I did receive a refund through their purchase protection. Buyer beware!

Did not receive any of my stuff i ordered worth R1000, contacted support with in the 30days period to follow up who said i need to wait another 2 weeks, then when i followed up they said its past the 30 day mark so no refund.

They sent me a faulty product and refuse refund or reply to my messages. The delivery date was changed to 4 months later. It's a total SCAM company. Be careful!! Do not buy anything from here!!! And whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS!

If I could give a 0 I would. This company took more than $45 from me, refused to assist with support and when Icontinued to ask gor assistance to obtain my money back they reset my password so I no longer have access to my account. Comllete scammers. Do not purchase.

So yeah, awful experience. I ordered a couple of pillows for my son and have yet to receive them. I ordered them at the beginning of May 2020, received a shipping notification, but nothing ever arrived. I contacted the support 3 separate times. Each time they took any where from 1 week to 2 1/2 weeks just to respond with what looks like an automated response. "Hello xxx, Thank you for reaching out. It looks like your last transaction was unsuccessful and your payment was not processed. We placed a temporary hold on your account to protect your financial data. We will need to verify that you are the cardholder in order for us to remove this hold from your account. Please send over the following: * Your photo ID with only your name and image shown" Two things come to mind when I read this. First, I can prove my card was charged for the full amount shortly after ordering, the charge still exist today. I sent them a screenshot of both the order and my bank statement, but apparently that's not good enough. Second they requested I send a copy of my personal ID. I will not be sending anything to them when it comes to their request of my ID, even if it's just a picture and name. REALLY, horrible customer service. I will NEVER buy from this site again, so they can enjoy the last $20 I'll ever give them. Yeah you read that right, all of this over a piddly $20.

I will never order from this company again. I ordered two ladies clothes items and on the last page where the payment is taken it shows you the delivery charge on this occasion it was £14 but unfortunately you can’t now cancel it just whizzes off with no warning, I immediately cancelled and I’m now trying to get refunded, I’m told that if I cancelled immediately the funds wouldn’t have come out of my account but I’m unsure on this until I see my next Bank Statement. I certainly would not recommend this a Company when they have the audacity to charge amounts for P & P that are nearly as much as the items it’s just not on.

Product shipped directly from China.. arrived several months AFTER Wish’s initial promise of 6 week delivery. They did NOT refund and would not allow us to cancel. Bought a better item on Amazon for similar price and got it in 24 hrs. WILL NEVER order from Wish again.
