“My order is 2 months past the original estimated delivery window, but they keep pushing the window further and further out, and there is no way to request a refund until after the estimated delivery window has expired. It cannot be legal to do that indefinitely, but so far it's been pushed back 4 times, and there is no way to communicate with a human (phone calls direct you to support page, which asks if you've gotten your package yet, and then asks if it was helpful). I consider the act of indefinitely withholding both an item and a refund to be a scam.”

“Do Not, Do Not buy anything from Wish - EVER! Rubbish, cheap counterfeit products, fake testimonials, no customer service whatsoever, it is an automated response system. You will be ripped off 100% everytime. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.”

“I WARN ALL USER WHO ARE GOING TO WISH.COM DONT BUY OR EVEN LOOK IT IS A BIG SCAM, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEM AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK. DONT BELIEVE THEM, AS THEY ARE BIG SCAM AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICES IS VERY BAD, AS IT IS REPLIED BY ROBOTS AND GENERIC STANDARD REPLIES. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND SINCE 6TH MAY 2020 AND TODAY IS 24TH June AND STILL NO SIGN OF REFUND. IF YOU HAVE PAID BY PAYPAL DONT CANCEL, AS THEY MADE ME CANCEL AND SAYING WE WILL PUT REFUND IN YOUR ACCOUNT 3 DAYS AND PAYPAL IT WILL TAKE 10 DAYS AND I DID THIS AND GUESS WHAT, THEY DID NOT KEEP TO THEIR PROMISE AND BLOCKED ME FOR £8.72 AND THEY DONT REPLY TO MY MESSAGES ON THE RESOLVER RESOLUTION WEBSITE AND WHEN YOU EMAIL THEY ASKING YOU SAME QUESTION OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND SAYING GO TO THE APP FOR REFUND, BUT THEY BLOCK YOU ,SO YOU CAN NOT APPLY FOR REFUND AND THERE IS CERTAIN TIME YOU HAVE TO CLAIM REFUND OTHERWISE YOU LOSE YOUR REFUND. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM AND I JUST DONT WHY THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT INTERVENING AND CLOSING THIS COMPANY DOWN AND FROZE ALL THEIR ASSETS AND PAYBACK ALL THE CUSTOMER BACK. I HAVE ALL ME CORRESPONDENCE AND MESSAGES FROM WISH ON THE APP I EVEN SENT THIS ON EMAIL, AS I TOOK PHOTOSHOT AND THEY STILL IGNORING. WARNING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! “It was a free gift so not that bothered except that it is a blatant Pandora fake Cheap and tacky and if I were Pandora I would be most unhappy that a site like Wish is doing this Still waiting for 2 of my items After two monthsWill not be ordering again”

“Ordered 4 items in April, received one. They keep extending the delivery date. now its July 12. What they call customer service is a joke, there is none. Tracking all lies, package hasn't moved since may. Spread the word this site is a scam. I will open a paypal dispute to get my money back. horrible”

“DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE. I've been waiting over 2 MONTHS for my item I've ordered Customer service is a complete JOKE. Contact your back and dispute the charge and order else where. This site should be SHUT DOWN”

“Total scam. Placed 2 orders on 5/24/ & 5/25/20. Have not received items as of 6/23/20. When I check the delivery status they keep pushing the date back, (now due the end of July). The customer service phone number is not in service. Tried to email them, had to fill out a form only to get a 'phishing' email the next day which I suspect was from them. Trying to cancel my orders but no response from them. Called my credit card company (as they charged me the day I placed the order instead of when they shipped it) which will prevent me from being charged.I'm guessing the positive reviews they get are from their own employees and since most of the stuff comes from China that's little surprise. Stay far away from them! Contact the BBB, your local state's attorney and FTC to file complaints. They need to be out of business.”

“The deliveries do not arrive when they have to arrive, you write to customer service about the ordered product and they say you should wait for the delay. For later customer service tell you that your 30 days to claim is over and you lost the money.”

“They are a SCAM have STOLE MY MONEY, I placed an ORDER on April 03, 2020 and as of this date June 23, 2020 I have NOT received the order. Let them say I clicked I received IT, cause that was a mistake and was to click about a CHEAP ASS ring they sent they look NOTHING like the model ring. The TRACKING of the product shows IT HAS NOT EVER LEFT CHINA!! SO to Wish.com a question: "WHERE IS MY MONEY, A PARTIAL REFUND FOR THE SHIPPING IS NOT ALL MY MONEY FOR AN ITEM I PAID MY MONEY I REPEAT MY MONEY HELL YOU DID NOT GIVE IT TO ME?". The ITEM should be just KEPT cause I do NOT live in CHINA!!! A WARNING TO THE PUBLIC: STOP!!! STOP!!! ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY CAUSE THEY ARE GOING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!! I even contacted Wish.com by email (I have even that proof), this email of reply to me was to go online to Wish.com Contact Support to handle this issue!! Now to the Public and even Wish.com: What the HELL is the DIFFERENCE in contacting them by e-mail or going online to contact customer support (service)???? It IS ALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT (SERVICE)!! Another way to send customers through changes to STEAL their MONEY!!! Just a DAMN SCAM!!! MY Name is: Mr. Lawrence Blackwell, I am NOT afraid to let it be KNOWN!!!”

“I would give 0 stars if I could... AVOID Wish at all costs. I ordered a pack of 20 face masks for protection against COVID-19, only 2 came!!! Took just over 2 MONTHS to receive them!!! I contacted them TWICE and both times I received the same automated email. They did not deal with my personal issue, and did not answer my questions. The third time I contacted them, they did not even respond... Had to open a case against them via Paypal to receive my refund. Once again, Wish did not even bother to respond to the case. (I won the case). Absolutely disgusting! AVOID AVOID. They will take your money.”

“I placed one item ( about .2kg in weight) in mybasket and the standard delivery charge applied - I had no problem with that. Then I decided to in add in a second same item. Then to my horror when I went to checkout the delivery charge had doubled. Scam comes to mind. I won't be using Wish again.”

“Firstly they are smart once u place the order then u come to know the shipping dates are too late. They kept changing delivery dates on tracking. They send your parcel to emirates post PO box and u end-up paying at the post office too whereas you hv given your address on the site for delivery. You end up paying shipping plus emirates post and the item costs less than what you have paid. The item received was also in a bad condition. Very very displeased.”

“Wish is the worst online shopping experience ever. I would rather pay the extra and know that I will get the product and when. They offer products then tell you they are out of stock but then you see it at a higher price. They keep delaying estimated arrival day for months and there is no way to return the item even though it's no longer needed. The clothing sizes are not correct (even using the Asian size table) most of my orders do not arrive (even waiting for 2 months). I now have items which have been delayed for the 3rd time and I cannot ask for a refund. Nobody to talk too.”
