“Wish are buyer beware!!, they send emails saying your items have arrived when they haven't, don't answer your emails enquirng where they are , do not waste your time or money on them.”

“You put arrivals on your site ,that cannot be bought,you say everyone gets a refund,but I have not received a penny back from you. Obviously a scam,and a disgrace, people,please do not fall for this scam”

“Since joining a few purchases had to be refunded due to either damage or not functioning as ordered. I have purchased many jewelry items only to find out that the 14, 18, 24 carot gold was not all gold. Some of these items have gone from shiny gold to pitch black. Some items in the combination have never arrived. Recently in receiving a refund I have been receiving veiled threats that state my refunds are getting a possible audit whereby my account might not be able to purchase items as that feature would be blocked. For every refund, there has been a reason for each one from damage to gold items going black. One does not appreciate being treated in this manor. I am still waiting for a refund for a stuffed animal that claims it is electric, when it is actually battery operated. Although I put 3 batteries in, husky dog doesn’t move or bark. I received it on January 29 and have received no refund. Other items received after the 29th have been refunded. I think this is the only refund outstanding.”

“Appealing customer service. I have been chasing for months a fraudulent transaction on my bank account from wish. They have continually made excuses to me and given misinformation to my bank of their part in it all. Despite admitting that the transaction was unlawful and a refund going 'astray' they continue to shirk their responsibility and wash their hands of the situation.”

“Because these reviews are all negative I have decided you can not be part of my life. Find another schill to exploit. People, thanks for the reviews I have permanently deleted my account, I don't do business with scammers and clearly they are scamming. Haven't used the account in several years because the merchandise is so shoddy.”

“I keep getting poor quality items. And then they keep giving me a refund back to wish cash. Well I don't want it back on wish cash I want my original payment method that I used in the beginning. So anytime I get a refund it's all back on wish cash and it's stuck on wish cash. They said it's stuck on wish cash and I can't get my original method of payment back. The quality of items stink. And it cost more to return then the original cost.”

“The customer service is limited to one item only. If I need help with other item, I have to contact customer service again. That's the most ridiculous thing. My sofa covers came without instructions & look absolutely cheap. More like a dust cover.. The interactive cat toys that I ordered are stuffed toy. The information on the website is INCORRECT!”

“Terrible company stuff will not show up. Tell will tell you delays are normal so that return or refund date expires. I was not refunded and never received my products. I am disabled and low on funds, company’s should not be allowed to rip off people during a pandemic”

“I had two emails from Wish that they had sent me products which I never ordered. My credit card was billed even though they were contacted straight away. The products arrived & I have since sent them back but have not had a credit to my card. Do NOT let Wish hold your credit card information”

“Delivery dates not true. No human to speak with. No measurements on clothes so a USA medium is not true. Returning is weird. They don't want item back but have issued a small amount on an item. Many listed decorations are in metric so you have to do a conversion. 6 + weeks is delivery time. Do not notify when item is way maybe backorder. I think they wait till they get a certain amount of item and then place the overseas order. And, Read the refund time policy before you buy. The items look nice, click on it and in some cases it never shows on next screen.”

“Do not deal with Wish. It took me 3 months to get a refund after receiving faulty goods. I contacted them on numerous occasions just to receive requests to display the fault on video via youtube!!! What kind of returns policy is that? DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS”

“Wish is a fraud , I was selling on wish local , they accused me of self buying and holding onto my money , stop replying to my mails , I don’t know where to go ans get my money back , it’s sad that nobody can help”

“It is a scam site to sell but not return. Delivery takes months. There is not a way to return. Label not included. No way to talk to human. There is a chat function but it is set up to not take refunds. Report the company to state attorney general. It is a fraud and should not be allowed to sell in the USA.”
