They keep asking for a tag on the item, but each item has come with out tags. I now have several items that are out of the 30 days limit as everytime you email wish, you get the 3 day wait, then they ask for a photograph of the tag, then they respond with it all over again from a different person.

Never received 15 items only received 4 and I've waited months still no items. I was told that I had to do some kind of support ticket for all unrecieved item. What?! Another run around bull----

This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I ordered solar lights & silver chains. After almost a month I received a small bag containing 2 plastic watches & a Small bottle of liquid. Not even close to my order. That was July 25 & I have been dealing with their customer service ever since with numerous emails. All they had to do was to issue me a return label as I would gladly return these ridiculous items!! Now thy claim my window of time for a refund has passed!!!! I am so frustrated & angry with the incompetence of this compass you. I would never order from them again!

Don't order anything from wish if you do the chances are you won't get what you paid for ,i.e. 2 items I ordered for my wife they decided to send a couple of packets of seeds God only knows what they are , when you try and get something sorted out with them all you get are obstacles

I've been very satisfied with my purchased. I've mostly bought things like phone chargers, kitchen stuff like canisters, storage boxes, slippers, etc. and have been very happy with the quality given the very cheap prices. It does take 3-4 weeks to deliver. I also always look at ratings and reviews to make sure other users have liked the item. If the item doesn't arrive on time (has happened on some occasions) or is not up to the quality, Wish customer support has always refunded the money. The first time i used wish i didn’t know whether to trust so i decided to pay the least possible with this code: ( yltwdyp ), till 50% off on total cart.

Never delivered three orders combined into my address: Order ID: 5f0d79adb791c2c8254e5a11 They informed me that the delivery was performed on August 24, and that is not true.

I ordered few things but I received something different, cheap quality and wrong items, the description is misleading, you do not get to speak to a real customer service, they have this automated responses, it keeps telling you that your order was delivered. No wonder why they cannot compete with ebay and amazon, I will never order from them again just deleted the app.

I attempted to make a small purchase on Wish.com. I never received a confirmation email on account creation or order creation. When I attempted to log in, it failed. I did however see the charge appear on my credit card. Using their 'contact' link results in automated responses that ask you wait for up to three weeks for a refund. Three weeks later, no refund has been provided, and I still get automated responses to my attempts to contact them. Luckily, the purchase was not too large, but learn from my mistake - do NOT attempt to purchase anything on this site; you are literally giving away your money.

My first order I placed was on 10th of June. The estimated arrival date was shown as 28th July. It was okay because the items were coming from China and the current pandemic situation worldwide. Somewhere in beginning of July, first time Wish has changed the ETA from 28 July to 30th August and again in early August 2nd time they changed the ETA to 08 October which is 4 months of placing the order. This is absolutely ridiculous. Just to let you all know that on 10th June, I have placed other online orders on eBay for items coming from China one of which has a 08 Sep as ETA.... and it arrived a month earlier than that. Extending ETA is not a new concept…. Aliexpress also has this option BUT it can only be used by the buyer, not their system or the seller. I tried to find the refund procedure on Wish but no luck, because they keep extending the ETA and you cannot request refund until the ETA has passed. In my opinion WISH.com is a hopeless site to buy anything.

The pants came too small. Way too small. After months of waiting. And while customer empathizes, they say I'm stuck with them. The biking outfit on the same order, placed 3 months ago, has not arrived. I'm done with Wish. Writing off the money to lesson learned and uninstalling the app. Don't buy from them.

I bought the pet fountain, on June 3rd, but I never received it. Wish charged it on my credit card, on June 9th. I wrote a lot of emails and I have asked to cancel my purchase order and do the reimbursement. I always received the same response. They didn't do the reimbursement. I can't trust this company. The product that I received was extremely poor quality,and the second (I ordered both at the same time)stopped work aft one use,also took 3months to arrive

DO NOT USE WISH.COM IF YOU DO, IT’S AT YOUR OWN TOTAL RISK. I ordered 2 items in May, 2020! They said I’ll receive them around late May. As of August 2020 no items received. After over the 1st month I started questioning them every few weeks and each time they gave me a farther delivery date. In August 2020 (4 months after!) I received one item. I had ordered LARGE and it said so on the bag but it was a child’s size! I tried to return it before the 30 days passed but I couldn’t find where. They sent me to their Customer Help. I got there and into my account and it says “You have no orders yet”! After trying so many times without results, I furiously told them “why don’t you make the refund yourself like all other merchants do” but they slapped me with an identical email again. Their phone is useless as it sends you to the same merry-go-rounds as before. I know I’ll lose this money. I’m really sick of them and will stop wasting my precious time! However, I may try to have my credit card co. put a stop payment. I still don’t know what awaits me IF/WHEN I ever receive the second item. This company lures people with their ridiculously low prices, i.e. $2 for a pair of shoes (sold elsewhere for $30), free shipping, prompt delivery, etc. They have the Chinese sellers ship directly from China to you. Yes, I know, all stores sell Chinese items, but they offer them AFTER they’ve received them in their stores and they take the shipping responsibility. Also if something’s wrong with the item they promptly exchange or refund your money without any more ado. But anyway, I don’t care where the item comes from as long as merchant is transparent and quickly refunds you when it’s wrong item. THIS COMPANY SHOULDN’T BE ALLOWED TO DO THIS KIND OF BUSINESS. I KNOW BETTER NOW AND SHALL NEVER EVER BUY FROM COMPANIES OF THIS KIND. P.S. I forgot to tell you they give customers' data to the Chinese sellers. Few days ago, I mysteriously received a package though I wasn't expecting any as I didn't do any more shopping online. It was another item like the previous one and also wrong size too. It came from a Chinese Co. I immediately contacted wish.com about it and they responded with the same emails they had been sending me when I told them I couldn't find where to get the refund. I was able to get to this Chinese contact and asked them why they sent me something when I never ordered anything. They said, somebody will answer in 48 to 72 days. I'm still waiting. In case you receive from them an UNSOLICITED order, this is their info according to their label: BBTEX USA, Inc., 317 E. Redondo Beach Blvd., Gardena CA 90248. They’re known to rent temporary places in America (just like wish.com). Now I have the task of finding out if they charged my card! Grrrrrrr! Sigh..... :( It finally entered my little brains that it ain't no free lunch. So I'd rather pay the full price and get it over with without aggravation and wasting golden time. :) [Forgive my lengthy complaint]

I’ve never seen such a bad company like wish. I have had many issues with all my purchases. This is the last product I have issues with and it will be the last product having bought from these stupid people. I ordered a tripod and a ring ling light. I just received the ring light and they marked it as delivered. I complained more that three times and their answer was like from a robot “since it shows delivered, we take no responsibility”. I wish I had the possibility to post some of their answers...! The point is that they never sent the tripod and they know that. They implied that the tripod got missing during the delivery, so I should ask the neighbours!!! How stupid!!! Well, I can prove that the tripod was never sent! This is how they make money. After reading other reviews I saw that a lot more people never received the tripod...! So guys don’t bother you neighbours asking for a tripod. Just Wish one more time robbed you!!

Absolutely dreadful- ordered a swimming costume back in January- never got it. Wrote to find out where it was in March as assumed problems with corona virus etc but ignored my customer support request. Got back in touch and was told I couldn’t have money back as it was over the thirty day refund policy. I can’t give back what I never got. The Wish support was automated and didn’t allow me to talk to anyone. Don’t touch this company total scam - never shopping with them again and have already told at least 20 other people how appalled I am.
