Scam company, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid Ordered a item in May, still waiting, watery excuses regarding to delays, non existent customer support;had to go through PayPal for a refund, never use again

Wish hides a lot of details upfront during online shopping. I doubt their legitimacy. After shipping is done, then these details are going to be revealed, when you are stuck (no refund). Wish does not show the name of the seller. They show an American or Canadian company name instead of the real company name that exist in China (faraway)- results in an infinite delivery times amid COVID-19. Showed as “Rogers” during the purchase but later on it some Chinese name. Costumer service just wipe their shoulders off, by sending “sweet” and “indifferent” copy-paste messages. No acknowledgement at all. Wish shows very BRIEF DELIVERY TIMES/shipping on their website. (hide it intentionally).

3 MONTHS + for a delivery, no warning when ordering, its not acceptable. Still have not received goods. Bet I dont get a refund either. Should never have got involved with wish.com Buyers beware !

A few months ago i ordered 2 dresses and never received them. Customer Service would not give me a straight answer nor a refund.

Every time i look at items on wish I notice customers reviews that are positive about tge items and the delivery. I have ordered a few times from wish before the last time was over year ago and it always took over a month to come. The items i order were clothing item and they were gifts for my girlfriend. The items where ok not to bad but one or two were the wrong size far to small. I did not worry as I not paid much. Then two months ago I ordered 2 items of electrical components cheep one's and I was told one item would arrive this week gone and the other this week coming. I checked the delivery tracking and it says both items have left wish and one of the items has arrived in the UK but it's being held by customs the other item is still in China. They say that due to covid19 the items are both due to be delivered on September 22nd. Now I see what other people have said on this website about wish I am not happy in away but because I the items I am waiting for didn't cost me much and i am not in a hurry for them I am not fust in away but its the principle you shouldn't mes your customers about. I reckon I could have ordered the same items elsewhere for a little more money and I probably would not have had to wait so long most probably a week at the most.

Do not buy from Wish. Please avoid this site at all cost. I paid for 50 pieces of masks but only received 5. No wonder the parcel was so small. I contacted customer service which did not help at all.They kept asking for pictures and proof. I sent pictures, proofs etc. but they still did not fix the issue. It was a waste of my money and time. $ down the drain. The product item was taken down so u could not even contact the seller . Obviously there is a problem but yet no help was offered from Wish. Super frustrating. I recommend AliExpress instead.

Ordered items in .May 2020 July 18th today no items Now it says sept2nd No way to get refund Or speak to anyone . Taking legal action

Ive been requesting support for 3 weeks straight on how to return an item I received from wish and instead I get a reply with the product description. It’s the worse company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I’ve emailed their customer support as the agents through the app don’t seem to answer my question on how to return and get a refund. Their answer is that only agents through the app can support me with a refund .

Don’t order from Wish.com . The stuffs they send out are from China. This year they have the COVID 19 , factories are closed down. And China have sever flood. 26 provinces are affected. I used to order from them. Yes it takes forever and some are scams I never get my products. But what’s going on in China now is better not to order from them. Maybe even more people complain they never get the stuffs.

I placed an order back in May and haven't received it. I have ordered items from other sites that were coming from China they all have made it and some of them I ordered a month-and-a-half after ordered from the site! When I check the status it gets moved up a month every time! I want a refund all you can do is talk to a pop-up thing that gives you options and none of them are a refund !! I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and I will continue to do everything I have to until I am refunded my money back! If this gets posted somewhere and you're thinking about buying something here don't do it I should have listened to everybody else the reviews I took a chance and crapped out!

I have never used the company "Wish.com" but thought I would try. I was lured in by false advertising about extremely low prices on some key items on the site."Great deals" are 50 cent purchases that pop up with increased frequency as you browse but don't buy. Then when you agree to purchase them they use that strategy to gain your trust and buy more (cheap) products but at "Dollar Store" prices. I ordered 20 items over two orders. Of those 20, 11 items they refused to fulfill. I received a message days later (and specifically, I believe intentionally not a the time of purchase. I received the message "Unfortunately, your order was not fully processed in time to get this item at this price [we advertised] and we were unable to fulfill this order. Tap here to choose your refund method." So they take your money. Explanation of how long a refund due to the company just not fulfilling the order, only for customer returns, which by the way they can refuse. This is from their return policy (Wish reserves the right to: Refuse any refund if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Use -Limit customer support and refunds for abuse of these services or violations of the Terms of Use -Limit purchase activity in the services if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Use. This Policy may be updated from time to time." (https://www.wish.com/return_policy). Finally on returns I have not been able to find an itemized invoice of the refunds due to the company's decision not to honor the purchase. (Did I mention they already took my money?) There is no human contact so I imagine customers just give up. Making free money for the company. Also when choosing you method of refund, there's no mention of shipping charges to be refunded or adjusted to the order. I have no idea where that money goes. This company then can conceivably take customers money under false pretenses, and hold it for weeks, increasing their net worth for 0% interest, under false pretenses. If this company knows it can not fulfill orders at the price at which they lure customers in, they should be reprimanded or at least stopped for falsely advertising. When they decide to not fulfill an order, they should provide a clear, transparent, dated and itemized invoice to the customer including reversal of shipping charges. If they are a computerized company, they should know their real-time inventory and then at CHECK-OUT and before they accept your payment, they should notify the customer of their inability to fulfill the order. I hope this informs to hold this company accountable. It appears to me and from the 11 out of 20 items ordered and terms agree to, that they backed out of, to be a scam.

This outfit does not respond when contacted with regards to items bought and paid for that were not delivered. They are now projecting delivery in Sept for items ordered in June for June delivery as they indicated on shipping tracking. What a fraud...

The quality of the merchandise is poor. It was on sale for a good discount, thinking they are going to send the quality that was advertised. Discounted merchandise are of poor quality. You buy cheap, you get a cheap material. I was expecting a good merchandise. I am disappointed.

This company is a scam operation. I am in the process of pursuing legal action against them dispute the fact that I will lose money doing so. Should not be allowed to operate. I advise you to stay well away and if you have been scammed...seek legal action. If everyone does then they will be unable to trade.

Scamming people cleanly. Smart company, shouldn't be allowed to do business in any country. These types of business scams that the whole company has set it self up on, are normally done by people who are now in jail. This company needs to be removed from all business ever again.
