“Products were due today, they not only extended the date without my knowledge of delivery but also said I wouldn't be getting a refund because item has dispatched. So they changed the delivery dates on me and also refused a refund. Screenshot your delivery dates because these guys change it. By the way, it's been 2.5 months I've been waiting for something from China?? Surely it shouldn't be that long.”

“Promised fast deliveries, ever changing delivery dates, non existent customer support and not following their merchant policies for refund. I will never use their services again and I will be contesting the credit charges.”

“SCAMMERS!!! 13 fraudulent transactions from my credit card made by Wish. I listed all the details of these thefts to Wish customer service in multiple emails. They completely ignore everything I say about the thefts and say, "Thankyou for your concern. Which order are you talking about?" etc etc etc. They know exactly which fraudulent orders I am talking about and just refuse to even acknowledge the thefts. Crooked company, low - life scamming thieves.”

“I spent hours and over a dozen emails trying to explain to their so-called "customer service" that my order was not delivered to my address. All five of their people were TOTALLY UNHELPFUL. They kept saying my order was delivered, and I had proof from UPS via my tracking number and by phone that, yes, the package was delivered, but not to my address. Do not have anything to do with outfit.”

“i am very unhappy about this WISH shopping. I ordered Portable weights for over a month and I haven't received them yet. i contacted Wish CS or support but not useful at all. i cannot withdraw my money too, there is no information of my purchase when i contacted Wish . Did i lost the money ? In UK , is this really happened ? there is no consumer rights ? This is really annoying and i will need to speak with my credit company eventually .”

“Order 2 items over 5 weeks ago, delivery dates have changed 3 times and when I try and contact anyone they say due to the situation they can't deliver it. Its been stuck in China since day 2 of the order. Would not recommend using these ever again just go amazon pay a little more and you'll get your item much much quicker than these.”

“Prices changed between me adding the item to my cart and checking out. Shipping costs are high. Customer service is extremely lacking. I have been trying to get a refund for an order cancelled 2 minutes after it was placed because the prices changed. They continued to process the order and shipped the item several days after placing and then immediately canceling the order.”

“I think this company is a fraud and should be lock down by the government. I placed an order with them since early April and each time I checked it saying processed and keep changing the delivery date. I tried to cancel the order, but they refused to cancel saying it's already processed. They don't let you know that these things are coming from China, until after you placed the order and start checking, then they said origin is China. People please stay away from this WISH, they are scammers.”

“Ordered a webcam Auto Focus Webcam HD 1080P Very poor quality picture. I am trying to get a refund but they first ask for photos, which I have done. Then they asked for more, which I have done. Now waiting for a reply. I don't hold out much hope.”

“Ordered shoes/ They arrived after a few weeks but were too small despite being marked as by correct size. Tried to return them, but that isn't possible. I'm still waiting for a watch ordered months ago and a game console controller. I would leave this company well alone.”

“Wish covers for their sellers, especially the fraudulent ones. A $45 item was a perfect scam. USPS snaps a picture of deliveries and the address on the package was not mine. Wish came up with multiple excuses, then said I was outside the 30 day refund, even though it was "delivered" 13 days earlier. Another package shows it went missing after delivery to a China airport and they only refunded $3 (shipping). You cannot speak with a person.”

“I ordered a Door Wreath which I was expecting in maybe 3 weeks time due to shipping I am told It will reach me by 17th August which is far too late. I then asked for a refund and told I cannot have one as Wreath on its way! Is it walking here it’s weeks away. I will never have anything to do with this company again”
