“It's a scam, will never do it again every time I try to check on my order they change delivery date and now it's taking two months and it's still in China. You canot contact customers help and you cannot leave a message also. Never again.”

“SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM wish.com is a scam I ordered on 3 march 2020 and after 2 months the order status is still processing. They refused to cancel and refund by saying this that they can't cancel order when it's in processing. After 2 month past no item and no money. They are fraud working with Chinese small companies.”

“Item ordered and paid for on 1st May. Still awaiting delivery. On 11th May received an email from Paypal to advise that $1249.63 had been debited from my account by Wish.com for a telephone that I have never ordered and is to be delivered to someone in the United states, I am in Australia. Keep an eye on your Paypal or credit cards people. Not a happy customer”

“The "satisfied customer" along with "Giulia" ratings are fake.They are placed on here to convince people WISH is a good site. Don't trust them, they are scammers, and PayPal do nothing to get your money back. Trust me, you will be robbed”

“Do not believe their first initial estimated delivery date because as soon as its paid for your money cannot be refunded and they suddenly change your delivery date forward about 60 days.”

“Bait you with a low price and then it is higher at check out. Next they add a shipping charge (per item) and the transport time for delivery is several weeks! After placing order, I found same item locally for less money but no way to cancel order? Reviews say the products are poor quality so I’d steer clear of this online retailer.”

“I will not even give Wish 1 star. I bought few things from them and it was ok. Now they have changed. You are unable to contact them if your product does not arrived. They keep changing the arriving date. I am now going to ask PayPal to try and recover my $77. Beware of this site, maybe they are scammers after all.”

“I ordered four items, one came within three weeks and other state it's gonna be here within 2 months?????? What delivery takes two month??? Tracking stated it's still in China a mth later... really not happy with this. Doesn't state takes two month to delivery before I confirm order... most definitely won't be shopping on this site again”

“80% of stuff you order doesnt turn up. They refund but waste of 8 weeks waiting for it. Careful buying brand name stuff. Often cheaper locally. Dont bid on limited item $1 stuff. Its a scam to hold your money for a couple of weeks. They get millions per week doing that it adds up fast.”

“It took twice as long to get my product. I sent 3 emails asking where my product was and never received a response of any kind. When I did get the product it did not work like it was advertised so I emailed them again about returning the item and still no response. It says they have 24 hour customer service and I have not received anything. I will never ever buy from this company again and will not recommend them to anyone I know.”

“If you are in marketing, psychology, gambling behaviour, check this situation out. $1 for the first item fully processed, essentially a lottery ticket, they don't mention that if you don't win you have to request a refund through customer service. I assume the point is to earn interest on the funds held, a million people with 30 or more things "ordered" at $2 a hit, for a couple of weeks is probably not a small amount of interest earned, enough to pay for a few item shipped to make it legit. The discount starting figures are from the the US military, $600 hammers and the like, amazing really, how is this not illegal?”

“I have ordered 4 items on WISH and never received one - these were regular priced items that were supposed to arrive, not the very cheap "limited supply." The first was a tablet, which they said was out of stock from the store but they were looking for it from another store. It was ordered on April 11 and supposed to arrive April 25. They are supposedly still looking for it. The second was another, higher priced tablet, which they claim was sent to the wrong address and refunded, but I have doubts that what arrived in Hershey, PA instead of Valley City, ND was really a tablet; it could have been an empty box sent to get a tracking number from USPS. They refunded it without asking if I would accept a refund (I would have chosen another tablet), and they still have this item for sale at higher prices than I paid. I also ordered My COVID face mask and a string of solar lights, but would be very surprised indeed if I ever receive either one.”

“I have not received an item I ordered at the end of March. Wish are making it very difficult to contact them to obtain a refund and PayPal aren't much better. Don't order anything from this company - the reason they offer cheap goods is because they don't deliver!”

“Cancelled order made by mistake within 5 minutes from ordering. Wish says order refunded, but never seen my money again. Support just finds excuses not to solve issue now already 2 months from cancelling. Do not loose your time and money using Wish.com”

“Like everybody else is saying way way too long for shipping .DUE TO COVID. It looks like the virus will be gone before I receive my mask. Try to save one or two bucks its not worth it. The site has great reviews that people write. But I'm having a problem finding where I could put my review🤔 LAST TIME”

“Totally hopeless Everything is automated so you get ZERO customer support They don't track postage I have waited months and nothing You get your money back but that's not the point not is it what I wanted I just wanted the item I ordered - not unreasonable in any way. Avoid WISH at all cost ... they are S****”
