“Deceptive platform. The promotional pricing is a scam. You pay money, and after a while you are informed that the product has not been sold and the wish has returned the money. Of course, you'll never see the money. The most expensive sales platform in the world. Shipping costs from space and very poor quality products. Delivery 2 - 3 months often damaged. I have lost a lot of money. I deleted my account. I do not recommend. They are scammers.”

“Waiting on order for over 3 months will only refund shipping must wait another 30 days for purchase refund. Bought a wig very poor quality must send more photos before they can process my return request. Why Can't I just do a return if I'm not a satisfied customer. Bought shoes wrong size granted my mistake still waiting to hear if i can return them. This process is totally ridiculous & takes up too much of my time & energy. Give me a break.”

“I bought some 'nitrile' gloves and recieved some very cheap thin plastic ones. Wish don't want to acknowledge the problem even though the photographs I've submitted show the obvious problems.”

“For 2 pistol cross bows they have never paid me back. 150.00 each there may be one more because of the type Originally I have ordered 3 they list it as in stock but never sent it or the money I have on records for 2 right now why lie if you don’t have it”

“The items looked nothing like the photos. The material was cheap and nasty and although I bought all the same size 2 didn't even fit. I would not recommend Wish to anyone.”

“They don't deliver some items and won't give a refund. I have had numeroius problems with them. hey have jacked up the price of items after i bought and placed the item n the cart. You can't get help. when you write to them they DON'T READ WHAT YOU WRITE. Then thy send you a nonsense FORM LETTER, many times entirely not about your problem. They sill send you a nonsense letter saying they have resolved your problem. I had one Item after being placed in the cart that went from$0.50 to $50. Then they tell you can return it withing 30 days for a refund. what they don't say YOU have to pay the postage to send it back. I had a duplicate order, that they would not cancel and I had to pay The return postage close to $100. They have a "bot" support assistant that protects the Support people. they have categories you have to pick from and most have nothing to do with your problem. to get through you have to pick a category that may not be relevant to get through. They never read your complaint just send out form letters. You can't talk to a real person. even the 800 number just tells you what the form letters say. No chance to leave a message. I had to write 140 letters on ONE item and still didn't get help or resled”

“SCAM!! Order did not arrive, terrible customer service.....just a couple of different automated emails. This company is an outright scam!!!! I could go on as I have sent about 30 emails to this company to try to get some service and find out where my order is. They tell me to review the tracking and check with my post office, when, upon review, the product has not left China. And they said refunds will be “hard to get because of cross border logistics”. DON’T BUY from WISH!!”

“They have a bunch of products listed as $0.50 with $0.75 shipping and every time I try to buy one, I am refunded for it. But if I buy one of the full price items, it takes FOREVER to get to me. I've done this dozens of times. Now I am wondering what they are doing with my banking information if they aren't actually selling the things they have listed.”

“Ordered 2 SD cards from wish - supposedly, Huawei manufactured. Took over 2 months to get them - came with a "free gift" of 2 more very small USB memory sticks. After arriving, none of them were functional - tried all the usual - reformatted, etc. None of them worked in 3 different computers I tried. Fakes, for sure, and definitely junk. I didn't have the time to claim a refund - didn't want to let this group of crooks know anything more about me.”

“I was just reading the Articles because I keep seeing to good to be true ads online. After reading and problems in the past with my GF ordering from them where they charged her card over 1000 bucks and she just ordered a few Dollar items from the app. Lucky the card company refunded it. This is based out of China from what I can tell and it is undoubtedly a scam business. China can F off as far as I care anyway after letting a deadly virus get loose on the World. We have no need for cheap Chinese made items anyway. Shop from your own country not China there finical strong hold on the World needs to come to an end now.”

“I received a counterfeit item from wish. This is the second time I asked for a refund for an item I received. They refuse to give me a refund on the first item but my credit card company refunded it anyway. Now wish refuses to even let me ask for a refund on the counterfeit item or buy anything from them at all, I have no problem with the second part of that statement because wish sells junk”
