Wish has cool stuff to buy but buyer beware sometimes the shipping price and the product price together makes the product not cheap anymore. Also the biggest let down is that it will take 3-4 months to get the products you order. I ordered back in April and it is now the middle of June almost and still no product. Every time I check on my order it gives me a later date on when my products will be here. I know the products are coming from China but my products have been in the USA for 2 months now and still NO PRODUCTs were delivered. Honest if I knew it would take almost a half of a year to recieve the products I ordered I would have never bought from Wish. I ordered products from alot of other sites and recieved everything in a timely order so if you want what you ordered this year then get it somewhere else if you don't mind waiting months and months and months then wish is for you.

Terrible service, difficult contact, I still haven't received my shoes, you sent me a message that I will receive them by May 30, I want to get my money back this scam.Do not buy, I have neither shoes nor money and I do not know how to recover them, because there is still no way to contact them, their support is not effective, not responding, the worst online shopping, just a scam

I'm only giving one star because I have to, in order to write a review. I placed several orders totaling around $50.00 over two months ago. I ordered dog clothing and still have not received it. The date keeps changing and the package is still in China. I have sent 4 emails through customer support and have never gotten a return response. They claim they will contact you within three days LIARS!!! cannot get a phone number for them either. They do this in order to avoid giving refunds. Horrible customer service experience I have ever had. I will absolutely NEVER order from them again. Two week delivery hmmm not on mine. If you need anything for a special occasion do not order through wish!

I ordered a phone case cost £7.40 on the 30th April it’s now June the 12th. Every time I go onto track my item it comes up with a different date every time when it is supposed to arrive. I would advise anyone thinking of buying from them not too. Scam company rubbish it’s all automated so you never get to speak with anyone. The company should be taken down.

Horrible shopping experience!! Dont ever trust the reviews on Wish website or App, full of lies!! I know the stuff are cheap but they are cheap made, no quality at all! Very slow delivery made you wait 3 months for your single package. Their customer service believe 3 months is about the right time (WTF?) and you cannot cancel the order once you place it.

I WISH I had read the reviews. I am having the same experience as most. This company is a SCAM and a FRAUD! They need to be exposed and shut down. I intend to escalate this to higher authorities. At this point it’s not about the money anymore. It’s the principle...liars and cheats!!!

Wish is a FRAUD!!! The estimated delivery dates are just a wild guess. After waiting 2 months for my items, I ordered the same items from Amazon and had them in a week. I asked for a refund and was told they could not issue because I was “still in the window of estimated delivery”. However, they extended the delivery date multiple times (see a scam here?). Finally they put the money (only for delivery) onto my wish account. When I asked for the money to be placed onto my credit card instead, I was told this cannot be done. (In an attempt to get you to purchase more from them) At that point, it was not about the money but the principle. I am STILL fighting to get my money back!!! DO NOT order anything from Wish! There customer support is beyond sub par and their agents only respond with scripted messages. Why are they even there? They are useless. This company needs to be exposed and shut down.

I ordered a lot of stuff may 19 it's now june 11 and I've received only 1 mask which doesn't have filter like it said. Dont order from this site they charge your credit card though that day, then change delivery dates at this point I believe I'm out of the money I paid. I probably wont see these items everytime I think my stuff be delivered next morning the dates of estimated delivery is now July 1st. Trust me dont ever order from this site, bunch of no good SOBs I am really upset I would never had ordered, I should have read reviews I'm mad at myself but I just wanted to pass this on for future shoppers, shop elsewhere

Products come from all over the world but mainly China. Delivery went from 10 days to 6 weeks. Promised promotion was cancelled after I paid. Nothing but a scam. DO NOT BUY THROUGH WISH.

When I ordered, the timeline on receipt of the product was 10 business days or so. Turns out the product is shipping from China, and deadline is now July 26 [I placed order on June 7)?! If i had had a clue, would NOT have ordered from them. And of course now I can't cancel the order since it is already in transit. People, do better research than I did before buying.

First couple items came in a reasonable time. Last item expected delivery just keeps changing. When i finally decided a month after the original date to contact customer support. They told me to wait until next week, which was a different date than had been posted when i wrote. I feel like im getting a "haha your item isnt SUPPOSED to be delivered yet" but... the estimation just keeps changing and customer service wont talk to you unless your item is "late". According to the wish website, in my country i can wait 18 days to ask for a refund, which is long passed. So i guess ill try that.

Please avoid WISH at all cost. My experienced with WISH is really terrible. I came across the website when l searched for products. Then l made 14 order sometime in March because the products are much cheaper compare to other sites. Up to date l haven't received a single item from Wish. Further hurting me, in May WISH informed me that a few products are no longer available and refunded my money. Unfortunately until today l haven't receive my refund when l check my bank account. To me, WISH IS A SCAM website.

One of the worst site to buy product. Full of lies and day time robbery. Never got products after paying expensive delivery charges. It happens 4 times to me. I would advise stay away from this if you can

I'm unable to cancel an item I paid for 17 May 2020, I was notified seven days ago the item purchased is out of stock, that means almost a full calendar month from the purchase date you don't have no item to send to me. Therefore the following steps was taken by me. As per your refund procedure I'm unable to choose an alternative item from the site due to the limited stock in this case no alternative items to choose from. I'm unable cancel the order seeing that I'm unable to change my email address on the refund page, the email address that's available on the page I no longer have access to. I have asked for assistance from customer service via email several times. I want to cancel the order you notified me I cant do it via email or using the refund page , I cant choose an alternative item from the refund page due to the lack of available items to choose from , I cant get the item I paid for seeing that you don't have the item to send to me. I cant get a refund from you using my old email address. I will be open for suggestion for you customer services. I will however be able to send you my proof of payment via my bank statement and or proof of banking from the bank, furthermore I will also be able to supply you with a recent account that would show my person details including physical address, and providing an affidavit from our local police service that states the above mentioned unresolved issue. This unresolved issues leaves me the customer frustrated and unhappy, I do understand why I was warned not to use your services. I would think that you the customer service should be able to give me an alternative option seeing that the current options given by you are unable to assist. My suggestion I paid for an item you are unable to send, you are unable to process a refund or send me any alternative items via the refund page , you are not willing to give me Wish cash so why not give me the opportunity to choose something else to the same value and more any difference I’ll gladly pay for this as long as I get an item in timely fashion. My delivery address stays the same as previously mentioned.

I placed an order on 5/2/2020. Received a tracking number that shows it still sitting in China since 5/13. Delivery date was originally 5/23, then changed to 6/7, then 6/22 and now 6/27. Little to no response from them. Attempting to get a refund. I'll find the item somewhere else.

I ordered my merchandise on the 5th of May today is June 10th 2020 they refuse to give me a refund my things are still in China if I was you guys I would not order anything from these scam artists they will take your money and keep your merchandise in China over a month later. I've tried over and over and over again through email to an agent that I want a refund and all they reply back is we don't fully understand so I put it in big bold letters GIVE ME BACK MY DAMN MONEY. Can you understand that nothing. Do not buy anything from wish...📢📢📢🤧🤕😤😵😣😒

First, waiting is ridiculously long and what a disappointment when you get some. Got masks that looks like were cut from underwear and on pictures showed mask with filter. Another mask would not fit my yorkie and ordered white got green. Everything's cheap and I'm still waiting for several thing 2 months later. Total RIP off and waste of money , time and nerves.
