“Ordered from Wish.com, they whack a huge £18 delivery fee, then tell you delivery date is 2 to 3 months away, avoid buying anything from wish.com, I will wait and see if anything arrives.”

“Before Covid I usually got the merchandise before their estimated due dates. Afterward, it’s a good deal slower & is now going past way their estimated time. The merchandise is usually shipped from China & the wait times currently are something else. They should post on their website before we purchase there will be extended delays. Refunds used to be issued 30 days from purchase if late. Now estimated times move around & refunds are not a set timeframe. I do understand the delays are Covid related, but the wait times from this site currently are far worse than EBay with international sellers, including China. They need to work on their business model and shipping times to remain competitive in the future. They are a legit company and my hope is they get it together. I’m waiting for several items.”

“Horrific company, zero customer service, absolutely unreliable. Dropped over $100 for purchased items that never arrived - and that was three years ago. No luck getting reimbursed. NEVER buy anything from these thieves; total scam!”

“My very first experience with Wish.com was an appalling one - an experience that I refuse to subject myself to ever again. Post placing my order, my delivery date was changed on two occasions, resulting in a 51 day wait for my item (I am yet to receive it). My desire was to speak to someone via telephone; however, no contact number exists for UK consumers. I was left with no other option but to communicate via email - corresponding with c.s. rep Ishmael. This concluded in my request for a full refund being refused, despite the surpassing of the delivery date, and questions regarding my order went unanswered. I am currently in the process of filing a dispute via Paypal to recoup funds. A horrendous experience - DO NOT BUY FROM WISH.COM.”

“WORST F***ING compnay on earth!!! Complete scam! You will NEVER EVER receive your item from them. It's all fake and no item is physically shipped- you just pay these slant eyed liers to ship you an imaginary package that bounces around in their made up tracking system to trick you into thinking your packag is on the way. Eventually it will stop reporting and will be deadlocked with no further updates. Listen quietly and you can hear a bunch of chineeze giggling in the back ground saying " he he- "Ameica so tupid- he he "we take money and give them no ting" he-he. Bunch of loser chineeze. I've never liked China and that will remain. China sucks anyway. STAY AWAY from this SHI* company and their garbage products!!!”

“I ordered a xl top which arrived and was too small on contacting supplier I was told it was as advertised and my error if I wanted to pay to return they would refund on receipt of item (China) this item was advertised as 1week arrival it actually took 6 weeks .I was recentlyasked by a friend on FB would I use wish my advise is no the aftercare is appalling .”

“I ordered from this website on 11/05/2020. I never heard from them so I emailed the Wish Customer Support on 01/06/2020, who promptly replied that the drawing pencils I ordered should arrive by the 15th of June, it is now the 27th of June, nothing! the tracking I was provided does not show it has arrived in the UK! My mistake for not checking where the item was being shipped from...China! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!”

“I ordered a set of macrame plant hangers from Wish.Com, & paid on my credit card (more than advertised amount) On advertisement was told they would take 5 days to deliver. The money was deducted from my account on June 3rd, & I still haven't received the goods, or heard from them either. Money was deducted in Amsterdam.”

“I found out this company does not stock anything, they use outside suppliers for all of their orders in China. Then they pay them bottom dollar for the merchandise and shipping, that's why the goods are often inferior and shipping takes so long. All of the goods are loaded onto a container which come by ship which takes 4-8 weeks from China and unloaded in California. Nothing ever comes air freight, customers are told none of this when you buy, they give you a short shipping time to entice you but it never happens. They keep most of the profit for basically just putting the order together, the vendors get next to nothing for their goods. Stay away from this outfit, and good luck trying to get a refund.”

“I purchased a tablet in May 2020. After receiving a notice my tablet had been delivered on 6/2/20, but having not received it, I inquired of customer service regarding the discrepancy. I stepped into the awful world of Wish Customer Service. After complying with all their requirements, including providing them with proof from the post office that USPS did not deliver my purchase to me, they would not issue a refund because their policy does not allow a refund if THEIR records show my purchase was delivered to me. No tablet, no refund. One cannot contact a supervisor. They do not have phone support. Their replies to my email messages were repetitive and not at all helpful. It was clear that the customer service reps I dealt with did not have any interest in solving the problem. Shipping is poor, slow, and unreliable. The Wish business model is deceptive and is based on low product prices, vague descriptions with additional hidden costs associated with product variables, and always an additional shipping cost. Choose another venue for online purchasing!!”

“I ordered items in the "if you can't wait" category. Delivery was supposed to be by June 15. It is now June 26, and all my items are still in China with a new delivery date of mid-July. Not acceptable and customer service is not available. DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH!”

“Listen up everyone I brought a watch from wish back in April and it’s June an still nothing the dates kept on changing an then they had the nerve to offer a partial refund wtf is that they can keep that mess I will never waste another dime with them I advise anyone else not to. We work to hard for our money to get straight scammed. An the customer service is not real just bots so that’s out to. They just fishy an scammy.”

“An advert for wish came up on my FB page, with an item I really liked. To view full details of item I had to confirm my email address. Alarm bells were ringing then, but it was late at night and I went with the flow. The item was actually tat, so I left site and that was it. Since then I have had emails every day and going into the site to change my settings hasn't worked. I emailed them to cancel my address on their mailing list, but it keeps bouncing back. Just seems like a scammy company from the outset.”
