Ordered "limited deal"duvet which should have been £1 plus £1 delivery these deals are restricted to the first customer who claims the deal .If u dont get the deal ,Wish send a notification to sat u havnt got it.i got a notification to say it had been dispatched within 12 hours of applying for the deal ..to be charged £45 when I tried to ask for refund it was " to late" as it had been dispatched.trying now to return and it's not easy!!! They have made it difficult to return an of course I have to pay the shipping .Please don't be sucked in like me

Wish products may not be the best, however the company itself is fine. I've received refunds without trouble. I also don't lie about not receiving products. I also try a product before i review it. I don't understand why people review: "i haven't tried it yet, but it looks good."

WARNING! this scam outfit will NEVER stop harassing you with endless unwanted emails; AND with no way to stop them. even if you demand their CUSTOMER UNSERVICE, these scammers totally ignore your requests repeatedly. When an outfit does this to you, they should be considered a 'terrorist' organization because they have no sense of respect or decency of your wishes. Furthermore, before I knew how dishonest this company was, I ordered an item well over a month ago and still have not received it. I received an email claiming it would take many months to receive what i have already paid for. Yesterday I filed a complaint with PayPal against them demanding a refund.

There is 0 customer service. You talk to an automated computer that doesn't even allow you to respond. My order never arrived from april 2020 it is now march 2021. Save you money do not buy from this company.

My order displayed $16 for my card charge. After hitting submit it jumped from 16 to $63...outrageous. I immediately contacted customer service to inform them of this error. I am still waiting on a phone call..3 days later. I was scam!!!!

Ordered Android Tablet that didn't work properly and after a few days it stopped altogether and does not switch on now. Below is the chain of emails from their customer contact page. Hi paula, Thank you for contacting Wish. I understand that the purple tablet pc won’t let you use the keyboard and now it will not turn on. We've contacted the store about your inquiry and should hear back from them within 48 hours. We will follow-up with you as soon as we get a response. Same as the other THOUSANDS of reviews. Paid for an order, didn't receive it. Listen. It's China. Traditionally godless. Communist oppression. Some have no qualms about stealing from us soft, privileged, stupid Americans. While buying up our lands, which used to be illegal. Planning on taking our whole country. But that's OUR govt selling us out. Cheap product trade deals that hurt us. Uygher slave labor. Nuff said.

I can easily recognize all fore mentioned cases as similar to my own. Orders placed late November 2020 never left mainland China and now all refund options are closed, and yes they told me to hold on another two weeks as well -just so refund options are missed. I must also mention that refund was not at all what I paid in the first place, but a some what smaller amount due to tax variations ... THIS SITE IS A SCAM AND A FRAUD! DO NOT DOWNLOAD APP OR ORDER/BUY ANYTHING - it's like throwing your money out the window 💸💸💸

Item I had ordered and paid for on the 20th Dec 2020 never arrived. Tracking the order showed that it left the supplier and then was returned to them without leaving China. No explanation and no refund. Claim for refund through PayPal has not been successful. No goods and out of pocket! I will never use Wish again.

I purchased an item on wish. The transaction failed. I tried again this time it completed. Then I got to put hade confirmations for the same order. I tried contacting wish immediately but there's no one to talk. You just have to leave a message and they get back to you. So they post both items. Eventually respond to my message and say there's nothing they can do. I tried numerous times after that to resolve the issue but they were not interested in helping. I will never buy from them again.

If I could give zero for this business, I'd like to. Prices are very cheap and quality of products are very cheap(low) as well. If you don't get the ordered item, it is not a surprise. Refund process is not easy at all. The system will ask you to wait another 2 weeks to ask refund, which can make people give up the small amount of money. I was thinking all effort to get refund was not worthy for the amount of money refunded. However, I went through by marking the date I had to take another, extra action to get Wish return what does not belong to it!!! Guess what... The amount refunded was less than I paid. Exchange rate? Wish should take the loss of exchange rate, why customers? Garbages are sold there. Last tip: you should check the shipping fees!

Be careful, scam scam scam One of the biggest scam ever seen, they confirm to you two orders till you feel trust and order more where it'll never received. I place last order in Aug 2020 and till now after five month the order according to shipping history still in China.
